We arrived and were taken to our table immediately. Probably since it was an early Tuesday evening. Really did not need to have made a reservation on a Tuesday. Our server was excellent throughout the dinner.

Steak was cooked perfectly. Mushroom rice was so good. Veggies a bit dry. Had a ceasar salad to start and the was the most disappointing. Flavourless, and dry. Would be great with a home made dressing with flavor, home made croutons and added bacon bits. Had a keg ceasar to drink and was very spicy. Too spicy. Nice night out but a bit expensive for the quality.

Over all it was a great experience. The only thing that was not up to par was the brussels sprouts were over cooked making them tough to eat so obviously I left them on my plate. My husband ordered a Keg Cesar and could not drink it because it was too spicy.

We always love the Keg and it's our go to however the service this time was not on par with what we typically expected. The waitress was slow and it took a long time to order or even get basic things like a water refill. I would always recommend the Keg however this time it missed the mark. I'm sure it's a training issue and can be corrected.

Our combined birthday dinner. We hadn't been to the Keg in a while and when we left we decided to make it a more frequent dinner destination. The food was great the service was excellent. A trifle noisy but not problematic. All in all a great birthday dinner!

Fantastic server. I asked for ice water. Not only did I receive a glass of water with lots of ice, I also received a pitcher of water with ice. So many restaurants only put 1 ice cube in the water and I have to again ask for ice. Nice to see a server that brought us what we asked for. We had the prime rib classic - absolutely delicious. Done to perfection and so tender. Thank you Steph and the supporting staff for a great meal. We will get back.

Our server, Ben was funny, knowledgeable and outstanding! Due to 2 of our guests with dietary issues, we were very, very impressed when the assistant manager came to our table to assure us that every attempt would be made to make their meals as safe as possible. We will definitely be coming back and will be making The Keg on MacLeod Trail our go to restaurant

Mothers Day dinner We had a party of seven. The service was beyond 5 stars! From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a "Happy Mothers Day!" to when we left and were given a complimentary dessert....I haven't had that kind of over the top service in years! So impressed . The food was fantastic too....but I really have to applaud that team work, organization and amazing atmosphere that we had.

The prime rib sandwich had no flavor whatsoever. The only flavor to be had was the au jus that came with the sandwich. The french fries were barely warm. The sandwich was $22.00. Very disappointing.

Awesome food, awesome service, always enjoy it there. Dining room is tired and dark however, some fresh renovations and brighten it up like other locations we go to would be a bonus to what is always a great place for our family to dine.

When we arrived for our booking we were seated immediately. The hostess was polite and quick. Our server was wonderful. She remembered that we were there for a birthday and made my mother-in-law feel special and she also remembered that one of our guests had a food allergy. Our water and wine glasses never ran empty. Great experience.

Floor in entrance looked to be falling apart- thank goodness I wasn’t eating heels! The outdoor patio was filthy and not appealing- dead plants everywhere, food on the floor, broken pieces of planters and watering system, multiple bums passing by our seating area outside. Appetizer was tasteless and came out 10 mins before the bread. Steak was cooked ok, but full of fat and not a great cut. And the sides…what a waste. Note even a point, stale and bad tasting, the peppers were mushy, basically a plate garnish- what a waste of a place where good edible veggies could be. The desert was inedible- we both took a bite and sent it back. Tasted like freezer burn and not worth the calories. The ambiance, the bums walking around and just the entire experience was super low end- whether it’s restaurant or just this location, things have truly gone done hill for the keg. And for the price- I’d rather cook at home or go elsewhere. The keg is NOT what it used to be.

As always the steaks are The Keg are the best. The service and ambiance are great. Overall the experience was amazing which is why I take my daughter to the Keg on her birthday. Thank you for making it special. My only concern is the lighting. I find it too dark and can’t read the menu without having my phone flash light but that is such a small issue

It took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table there was some confusion but the server we got was exceptional and so king and upbeat. Overall this was a great experience. The manager came ove to apologize and pay for our dessert which was extremely kind. We ended up have a great evening for my birthday 😊
