   Jeremy was amazing! They were attentive and friendly, and checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was good. They were great at anticipating our needs and also helped with a special birthday message. Always happy to come to The Keg for any and all special occasions :)

   I’m a regular at the Keg, but this time is the first time the waiter brought(for free) my child a small plate of fruit and veggies(3 slices of orange, 4 fillets of carrot and 4 fillets of celery).

   I had a terrible time last night, as I brought folks all the way from Singapore to try my favorite steakhouse in Canada. We sat down and ordered our food, five minutes after the server came back to tell me there is only one prime rib portion left when my table of six had three prime ribs ordered. This was at 7:50pm on Monday 29 at the Keg Mansion. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. So we all had to change our orders. When our one prime rib order arrived it was an end piece that was grey and completely overcooked and tough! That's absolutely unacceptable. When the managers came to explain they said the kitchen had a prime rib carried over from the night before so they didn't think to prep more. How is that ok? I appreciated all the comped desserts at the end of the night but ultimately you can't fix the disappointment of coming to Canada's number one steakhouse and running out of prime rib before 8pm. I am such a Keg fan and I go frequently and now I have a bad memory and impression on the keg mansion branch which is a shame because I visit so frequently.

   Great place for a lovely dinner. The restaurant is inside an old mansion that has a lot of character and history. The servers were wonderful in entertaining my young nephew with it's history and fun spooking hauntings that happened in years past. The service was wonderful, top notch. Our server attended to us the whole evening with friendliness and care and never rushed our group for anything. Everything tasted great, especially the steaks, which of course is what they're known for. The only item that didn't taste quite well was the side of mushroom rice which was cold and not seasoned. Other than that, everyone agreed their mains were great. and the appetizers we ordered (cauliflower bites and calamari) tasted really good!

    Took my husband out for his 65th birthday. We have been to the mansion previously and prefer it over other locations. Our waiter was fantastic and so was the food. We were seated in the library. It was great until a group of 8 very loud people came in all talking over each other. Was very very loud. We were almost finished our meal when it got loud. When leaving we noticed the big dining area was much quieter than ours with many more people dining in it. For future visits I would recommend a different area if you are looking for a quiet area.

    The prime rib was really good as were the lamb chops. Mike, our waiter was very efficient & friendly & the cheesecake was amazing. Unfortunately the bathroom is on the 2nd floor.

    Our experience was an 11/10! First time at The Mansion, but enth time at The Keg, but this experience was the best one of all the Keg's we've dined at. Our waiter Ethan made our experience that 11 out of 10! He was the right amount of attentive without being too in our face. He gave off the charts service. The food was excellent and a big shout out to Billy Miner for making the best pie ever! Overall we had an excellent dining experience and will be back at this location again!     Hilary at the upstairs bar is very friendly and attentive ;) Lindsay was our server and never missed a beat !! We had a very nice relaxing time. Our dinners were delicious along with the amazing appetizers !!!!! The service is impeccable as nothing went unnoticed. The attention to detail made this a very special occasion indeed !!! 5 Star service all around from the minute you walk in !!     We had a great time! The entire meal and service were 5 ⭐️ all the way. I completed our dinner details online including our “special event” and allergies but none of this information seem to be communicated to our server. Once they found out it was my son’s birthday they served him a fancy slice of cake with almonds on it. Not good for a kid with nut allergies. They were quick to correct and serve him a creme brule as an alternative but this could have been easily avoided had the pre-booking info been shared It was a great night overall.

    This location is not what is used to be. The host/hostess were not very friendly and seemed to not want to be there. When I asked for better seating as it was for a special occasion i was told I would have to wait 30 minutes even though I made reservations (I asked for this when I booked). The service was great but the food was tasteless, the beer was sour and the restaurant itself it’s not very well taken care of.

    Great food and very nice waiter! It was my 10 year old's and 12 year old's first time here - they requested to come here as a treat for their recent birthdays and they absolutely loved it! It was a nice return for my husband and myself too after some years. The food was delicious, our waiter was very attentive, bringing the kids replacement of their drinks, when ice had been mistakenly added to them, and a slice of ice cream cake with a candle at the end of the meal. The manager also very kindly brought their food to them, when there had been a small delay in their getting served.

    Love this old style mansion with high ceilings, almost felt like we should be there for high tea not a steak meal! However, food and service was excellent. Pro tip: ask for their in house made bread basket with the cheese butter, so delish!
