    Was a great venue for our friends retirement. Food was good. Service was fabulous. Only complaint is it was a little too loud. We’ve been multiple times to this location and this was by far the loudest we had experienced. Made it a little difficult to talk without yelling.

    Prime rib amazing. Ceaser salad dressing could improve. Way to tangy. Last year it was amazing. Ate less than half. Out waitress was absolutely lovely. Very attentive in a lovely way.

    Not a good visit. Had to send my steak back twice, as it was undercooked. Everyone one was done their dinner by the time I got mind….which sucked.

    I would like to speak to the general manager. I’m truly not one to complain but my son’s garlic mashed potatoes tasted like manure. They smelt like them too. Unfortunately I’m not exaggerating. The fries that I recieved with my steak and lobster were barely warm. Our waitress brought new mashed for my son but they were the same. And she brought new fries for him. We got a 10% discount. It was my daughter’s 18th bday so it was a disappointment. Our waitress was nice tho. I’ve always said the Keg is a failproof go to which it always has been. We were even more excited to try the Oshawa location for the first time. Unfortunately based on our experience I cannot recommend at this time.

    Every time we have the prime rib it's not very hot/warm. Taste is fine though it's very disappointing to my wife and I eating cold prime rib dinner. Re considering what we order for sure next time were in at the Keg, we've tried multiple times with hopes of a warm tasty prime rib dinner. Sorry to have to share this fact, perhaps you'll work on this for others to enjoy going forward. We have not really complained to our waiter/waitresses we've had as the taste is fine and sides are good... Regards, Luc 905 655 6900

    We always start our Christmas Season with lunch at the Keg when it opens at 12:00 in December. Service and Food was amazing.

    Everything is excellent they are very accommodating. Food and service is always very good. The only suggestion is if you bring a lrg piece of cake and you brought a lot of spoon it would be nice to bring little plate as well. So we don’t pass a single plate of cake around.

    I was lucky enough to have two servers Beth and Haley because they were sharing a section they told me they were amazing very good at what they do. I had the ribsteak it was incredible!

    We had our staff Christmas party at the Keg. We booked the dining room by mistake but wanted to sit in the bar. The Manager, Jason was able to accommodate us and found a way to seat us in the bar. Our server, Jacob did an outstanding job taking care of all of us. Shout out to Ashley and Jesse also for their contribution to our fabulous meal and time spent there. Outstanding location!!! Food was fantastic. Service was as usual top notch!! Will definitely be back and always highly recommend this location. WELL DONE!!!

    Was good, prime rib is why I go there. We went for dinner early at 4pm so it wasn’t too noisy. I like the early sitting, you have more time to relax.

    Our food took way too long to come out. When we told our server, Ashley this she replied "I punched it in right away." No apology or anything. She basically got defensive. Disappointing because normally the service is GREAT. Not this time.

    First of all, thank you to our server Chase who provided us with excellent and polite service. He didn't rush us with our selections and even made some excellent suggestions. Just before we left, he took the extra step to say thank you to each of us and to wish us a good evening. From the fresh bread to the main entree to the birthday Creme Brule the food was "eye closing" delicious. I ordered the blue cheese filet mignon. OMG! It's my new favourite. The only other comment I have is about the reception area. We checked in under our reservation and were given a "stand off to the side" wave. There was no mention of how long the wait would be or to have a seat. It just felt a little off to us but it did not affect our evening. Thank you to all the staff for making my daughter's 30th birthday celebration dinner worth remembering.
