The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Scott Road

I’ve travelled the world, and have dined at many different fine restaurants, the Keg is one of my favourite places to eat. I have never had a bad meal at the Keg! Highly recommended.

The staff was AMAZING!! Went above and beyond to provide the best service we’ve ever had. Small mistake and manager came by and apologized, very professional. Would definately come back again and highly recommend

Only complaint was getting the bill and not being asked if we would like anything else first. Could have easily sold additional drinks after dinner

It was a great experience but the prime rib sucked. It was like eating gum. I sent back and the next piece was just as bad. On the plus side, Chris, our server, was great.

Our server Gary was amazing, and looked after us all night. He was very generous with his time, attentive and fun. The food was delicious as always. Thanks for a great birthday dinner!

Not a very good experience service was sub par, asked us what we are celebrating I said it’s my wife’s birthday they did nothing to recognize that, before they would offer a dessert this time nothing, will have to compare service at another Keg to see if service has gone downhill overall

We eat here often. Usually they are very good. This time, unfortunately, wasn't. Mediocre service. One of the meals was not properly prepared and had to be sent back. Refills for drinks and water had to be asked for instead of offered and when we did ask for them they forgot and didn't bring them.

To the credit of the manager, he made it right when we complained.

Never had a bad experience here. Had a different steak than normal was cooked to perfection.

The staff was great to get us seated since we had a baby seat. Dinner was amazing and each dish we order came in perfect timing specially when you have a 5month old.

Amazing customer service at this location. Our salads were missing croutons and we just casually mentioned it to the waiter. A few minutes later we were told that they were very sorry about our salads and that they removed $20 from our bill. I was so pleasantly surprised. Way to go Keg. Beyond wonderful customer service. 5 stars all the way.

I came to the keg on Sunday night with my wife for our 1 year anniversary and I have no complaints about the employees that work there they are very nice but when I ordered a drink which was a double ceaser it was super spicy could not take more then 2 sips out of it cause my whole throat was burning so had to return it and just ended up ordering a beer that was my frist complaint we ordered our appys it was super good but when we ordered our main course we order a filet mignon and asked for it too be medium rare and it came out abit well done so asked for a new one and the second time it came out it was kinda burnt my frist bite felt like all choral burnt and just ended up returning it and decided to go somewhere els but the manager did cover our bill but was kinda disappointed that this keg was not up to par and dont know if I would come back

It was my birthday and ALEX took very good care of my friends and i.

The server was excellent, and it was a nice cozy place for a family get together and meal.

Our server was amazing, appetizers came out very fast but main course took over 50 minutes. The restaurant wasnt very busy and when food arrived steak was under cooked, lobster tails were unbelievably small.

I had a wonderful experience, I had a group for my parents Anniversary and the staff was amazing. We got our food pretty much right away and it was delicious! Still the best steak in town! Thank you for making my parent’s day so special.

We loved the experience though we've been there before. This one was special. Atmosphere, ambiance, good, company - ALL GOOD.

My son’s meal was originally wrong, incorrect cut and size delivered. This was corrected, but by that time everyone else had finished eating. A few had found their cuts contained a lot of fat (more than their liking). On the whole, it was a good experience and tasty. The waiter did a great job.

Had, yet another, amazing time!!! Staff made my Hubby’s Birthday both delicious and special! Wonderful evening was had by all. ❤️

We had a lovely time. Our server was funny and very good to fill our water and make sure our little guys were served promptly. The food was very good and cooked perfectly. We were celebrating an anniversary and birthday and she brought complimentary desserts at the end of the evening. It was a pleasant surprise

We had such an awesome time. One of the best times at the Keg, been going there for years. Our server Johnathan was 1st class, my God he was awesome. Brandon the manager came by a number of times asking and ensuring we were good. He was so personable, sincere and genuine. George Tidball your founder would have been so impressed with him. The hostesses were so awesome as well. You should make this location a training location for all Kegs.

With out of town family visiting, what better place to enjoy dinner than The Keg. Always consistent, The Keg always delivers. Steaks, potatoes and veggies all cooked perfectly. Desserts are top notch, and even the smaller ones can be shared. I’m so glad there’s a Keg in my neighbourhood!

We celebrated a friends birthday. Our waiter Mike Scully was awesome! He paid close attention to us. Immediately told us about the specials. Refilled our waters with great timing. He was also very funny. The food was delicious too! Will definitely come to the Keg more often! Thanks Mike!
