Great experience from start to finish. Reminded us of the Keg back in the day.
Covid procedures were securely in place and we felt very safe. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and not only was the waitress very helpful and knowledgeable, but the manager personally came over to me to discuss my meal and reassure me that my meal would be safe to eat.
It was quiet and had a lovely atmosphere.

I came here to celebrate ba special occasion, it's definitely not the nicest location but staff seemed friendly. The bread was super dried out and hard to the point where I couldn't even chew it (jawbreaker). The rest of the food was okay. The washrooms were extremely dirty and not well kept at all. I will not be returning to this location.

Was the poorest quality Keg I have been to but it did the job. Wouldn’t recommend but if you had to go it would be fine.

We were here to celebrate our 30th dating anniversary.
We've been impressed with this location in Whistler for the past 3 years, so we keep going back.
The food, the service and the staff are all very good.
Both our meals were perfectly executed and tasted awesome.
We will be back.

We were celebrating my husbands birthday and we had hoped the Keg would do something special like a dessert or a coffee or something. Very disappointed that the server’s attitude was “so what”.

Arrived early for our reso - seated in the lounge for HH and our server Hayden was fantastic! The hostess brought our drinks up to our table once it was ready which was nice. Overall it was a lovely dining experience.

Very good in COVID situation. My fault I should have ordered tenderloin instead of sirloin.

We went to the Keg for happy hour and stayed thru till dinner in the lounge area. The service was great and we just enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

Burger was dry. Only ate half.
Steak was dry and tough.
Caesar salad, escargot, calamari was good
Cauliflower/couscous salad was ok but the dressing was like dry icing. It may have sat there for a while before serving.
Server was friendly. Came back once to ask how food was but then disappeared. No water refills and we had on our jackets on ready to go when asking for bill.
It’s been a while that we ate at the Keg, this will probably be the last.

Great Food and Service and lots of space for COVID safety
The Keg historically has been very dependable but not this visit. Food was over cooked or undercooked and served cold. Little attention was paid to the details. Very disappointing especially at these prices.

My wife enjoyed her steak and lobster and the dessert was great (shared). My meal was lacking. The steak Oscar came with minimal Oscar sauce and the seafood had zero colour (or flavour) . It obviously had not seen any attempt at grilling which provides the needed bump in flavour. They did have good protocols in place for safe dining. Drinks were a bit lacking as well.

I’m not even sure where to begin with our experience on Monday night but it was so bad, I’m done with The Keg. It will take a lot to convince me to give it another try. Our waitress was not friendly, our food was cold, the baked potatoes were practically raw. The only good thing was one of us had the prime rib and for the most part, she was happy. The wine was great but dinner was not.

Upon arrival we were asked to "stand to one side" to await our reservation while people without a reservation were brought inside (outside being wet, chilly and filled with cigarette smoke). It would be far more pleasant if we could wait for our table at the bar.
However, the server, Colin, was lovely and genial and the food was tasty. I had indicated on the reservation that it was my husband's 50th, so it was interesting that nobody wished him a happy birthday. (He was relieved that this detail got missed.)

This is not your usual Keg experience. From dirty seats to dirty napkins in a post covid world it didn't inspire confidence of cleanliness. The food was mediocre at best. A cocktail that was so sweet one would think a preteen made it. Sauce for a steak that was harder than mashed potatoes and a simple meal for my spouse that came out on 3 different plates at 2 different times. Overall a disappointment.

The only thing I could really complain about is the amount of veggies you get on your plate. 2 quartered Brussel sprouts or a half a tomato does not equal a serving of veggies equal to the cost of your meal.
Our server Dillon was wonderful . He engaged in conversation with us about our time in whistler , was thoughtful and thorough when asking for our order and suggested a secondary bento ale option when he found out tomato wasn’t really something I would enjoy . He made sure to recognize it was our anniversary . I wanted to ensure that management knows that there was a customer in our area that may not been as respectful of the space as others and Dillon was super kind . Curious and ensures this customer whether they thought so or not got amazing service as well .
