We usually always order the Top Sirlion Keg Classic. The steak was ok nothing spectacular. We have come to the conclusion that it’s just not worth it to have steak at a restaurant. $46.00 x2 for two 6 oz steaks is just too much. The sides were rice and a few grilled peppers and came with wedge salad. I get prices of food have gone up but it’s not an affordable option to dine there anymore. Lots of other amazing restaurants in Windsor we like as well and get for a lot less.

The service was great , food taste was top shelf, it’s just our table found that the food portion size is small for the cost of the plate. We didn’t leave unsatisfied or hungry it just the small amounts of food that to eye. We will still return for more of the great food 👍

We had to wait quite a while, even though we had reservations it didn't seem to make any difference, only to be seated at a not so great table. Waitress was excellent. Everything was good until a loud noisy group was seated right next to us even though they could have been seated further away which wouldn't have been so disturbing. So, although the food was on par with what one would expect from a good steakhouse the overall experience not so much due to not being able to enjoy our meal and conversation as we couldn't hear each other due to loudness of our dining neighbors. Recommend for the food and service, do NOT recommend for any special occasion.

The air conditioning was not working. We ate sweating. it was horribly hot. We were using menus to fan ourselves. I literally had sweat tripping from my forehead. The waitresses only response was …. I know can you imagine how I’m feeling running around serving. The food was good but definitely not worth eating in a very uncomfortable setting. Disappointed. Spent $420 to be miserable. And no acknowledgment other than “I know it’s hot”

The waitress was very nice,but it took a long time to take our order and get our drinks.Food came out quick but my rib chicken combo with cauliflower did not taste good at all.I thought it was going to be bbq(grilled)ribs and chicken.It was not at all.It looked like the ribs/chicken was either steamed/boiled and bbq sauce put on top.The riced cauliflower tasted like frozen mushy cauliflower.They were very accommodating to replace it with another grilled veggies…..but again the vegetables had to grill marks and were pretty much hard(under cooked.The head manager did apologize,and they did deduct that from my bill.My husband’s food was great, he ordered steak/scallops.Our waitress was too busy,never offered to get us another beverage.I was very disappointed in my own meal.

Fantastic birthday dinner with our friend. Courtney, our waitress, was very attentive and helpful. She introduced us to the manager Noah who was extremely helpful in downloading our iGift Certificate that we couldn't access. A most enjoyable dinner out. We'll be back!

Very disappointed, the new layout feels like a Denny’s Seated at a very small 2person booth in a row of booths on both sizers the servers continuously waking up and down very high traffic area. Had reservations early to attend a show still waited 49 min past reservation time to be seated. A beautiful venue overlooking the river, plenty of near-by parking, elegant and welcoming inside, great service (the wait staff seems to have been chosen for their good looks as well as their skills), and delicious cocktails. However, the Teriyaki Steak I ordered was the toughest piece of meat I've not enjoyed in 50 years. It literally made my jaw hurt to chew it and I ultimately gave up. After taking it home to add to a soup/stew, it was just too obstinate to even make use of it in that way. This is our second time at this location, and we often go to The Keg in Tucson, Arizona. It's a great restaurant, just don't order the Teriyaki Steak unless you need a shingle for your roof.

Apatizer and main cours come 2 min apart was rushed through the dinner then bill given out so fast no time to even think about getting desserts ir coffe . Plates where taken as other person finished not in orderly maner usually whole table should finish together. Also as i ordered a drink and want to order something else waitress took off to go get my drink without me ordering another drink i felt very rushed through and place was not even busy lots of empty tables

Not disappointed, great place for a romantic, delicious dinner out! We started out with drinks, ordered an appetizer, then the main course. Steaks were done perfectly and tasted superb. Finished the meal off with some creme brulee! Our server was perfect and supplied us with what we needed when we needed it. All in all exactly what we needed and expected:)

We haven’t been to The Keg Steakhouse since pre-pandemic so we weren’t sure what to expect. Well, I must say it’s just as good as it was before. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. The service was great and the food was awesome. I recommend this place and plan on going back!
