The best restaurant around the area! Our server Mauro was absolutely outstanding. Not only was he professional, he does it with flair and makes sure everything was to our liking. Excellent dinner and even a scrumptious dessert to top it off, which he did on his own to make it even more special. I commend him with such a great, fun personality and attitude. Hard to find nowadays!!!

Our last dining experience at The Keg was at a different location and we weren't that impressed. The Keg Riverside, however, was excellent. It was busy (show night at the Chrysler Theatre). Prime Rib was excellent, our server Corrine was great, service was prompt but not rushed. Noise level was okay in the dining room, a bit loud in the bar area, but it was a full house on a Friday night. We'll be back!

The start of the experience was good. However the food was mediocre. The fries were dried out and seemed to have been sitting under the beet lamp for quite sometime. The steak lacked seasoning and was a bit dry. The server did not QC my food for roughly 8-10 minutes, At which that time there was no point of sending it back to get a new meal. There was also a bug in my wine, which they did take off the bill. Overall not a great experience.

We came here for my daughter’s birthday dinner. We had been to the one in Toronto a few years ago & had a great experience & we were not disappointed in this location/visit either. Our waitress was absolutely amazing & went above and beyond to make our visit perfect! The food was delicious and we all left fat & happy! Already planning our next visit.

There for a late lunch/early dinner at just after 3pm. My husband's baked potato was cold, why do they do that - the kitchen MUST know it's cold. It always upsets the balance at the table when something has to get returned. Hot food should be HOT. He said his steak was good and he likes the Chicago charring offered at The Keg. Happy with seating, managed to get a table in the bar with view of river, and the place was busy by the time they left.

My wife and I loved celebrating our 3-year anniversary at The Keg! Everything we ordered was delicious and served fresh and very hot! Lucas, our server, was fantastic and very attentive to us. We ended the night with a delicious crème brûlée on the house. We loved it! If we’re ever in Windsor, Canada again, we would definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We usually enjoy going to the Keg when staying at Caesar’s. we look forward to the food and of course the signature cake when celebrating special occasions which we were. The server was new and there was a slight language barrier but was ok. My keg classic steak and mashed potatoes was good but my husband had the same only rice. The steak was very tough and the rice dry and tasteless. The server asked if it was ok and when he said no she immediately took it away and suggested the mashed. The kitchen did bring him another plate however the steak had more grissol and was still tough. It was cooked med well which he requested but for the price of the meal there is no excuse for it not being premium steak. Then at the end the server brought a dessert menu and then asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I said yes and told her our news and she congratulated us but never offered or just brought their usual cake to share. Very disappointing especially when my husband had the terrible steak but then not know enough to bring us dessert. I am not one to ask for it that is their job as servers to rectify and go over and above to make up for the very disappointing steak. Needless to say we did NOT leave a tip. We observed the server showing other staff that no tip was left. We very seldom not tip even if the experience was not great but in this case the Keg should be training staff better in how to make up for a bad meal. We will not be back. Too many other choices in Windsor that are small business owners that im sure will appreciate our business.

We celebrate birthdays regularly at the Keg. Over Covid many establishments have tried to cut corners to save on costs. The prices have gone up at the Keg but the meals are still the same excellent meals. The complimentary Billy Miner ice cream pie is still delicious and a very generous sharing size. We also like sitting by the windows to have a view of the river. The staff are always excellent and the free parking in the parking garage is appreciated. We have never been disappointed at the Keg. It is one of our favourite restaurants.

We arrived 1/2 hour early for our reservation and the hostess seated us promptly. She was very friendly and professional. Our waitress was knowledgeable of food/drink menu and we received excellent service form drinks to dessert.
