   Our server Shay was just fantastic best ever. Also we went for a little celebration and they gave us an ice cream cake in the house. That was a very nice touch!!

   I always enjoy an evening at the at the Keg. Megan was our server and she was helpful and solicitous, especially appreciated as one of our party has food allergies. The food was delicious and I feel we got good value for our money.

   Service was lovely and it was nice that we had a large table in a quiet area of the restaurant. The food was good except that my daughter found a large piece of plastic wrap in her garlic mashed potatoes. She chewed on it and luckily did not swallow it. We showed it to the server and while she did apologize and bring her another serving of garlic mashed potatoes, I don’t feel enough was done about that. No manager came to see us. This could have been a serious health risk.

   Went with a large group for work and there was no issue making a reservation, and had no issues with separate bills for payment. Food and service were great as alwasts! They even called us when we left a pair of sunglasses at the table, so thank you for that as well!

   The chef did an excellent job with my filet and my wife's lobster tails. We appreciated the service of Jack who remembered us from a previous visit and made our dinner so much more enjoyable.

   I've been here before and the service has always been exceptional. That's why I came with two older ladies, who both use walkers. I knew we'd be well-taken care of and we were! Our reservation was on time, the table we were given was tucked away, but very close to the restrooms. The waiter offered to put the walkers away in a nearby closet, so they weren't in anyone's way. We enjoyed very attentive service, which was wonderful, and the lady with gluten concerns was kindly shown what she could have on the menu - or even from the bar menu. All in all, a pleasant experience for everyone. There's even an elevator to get you from the main entrance down to where the main dining area is - so thoughtful!

    The staff were very accommodating, making sure that my seat in my wheelchair was convenient and comfortable. My server, Anna, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. All the food was presented beautifully and high quality tasting. I always enjoy the ambience at the Keg and appreciated that the section we were sitting in displayed the current Blue Jay game.     The food tastes exactly as it should and what we longed for as we order our fav dishes all the time. Excellent French onion soup and the salmon and steak were cooked to perfection.The service was fast and friendly.

    Service took way to long for appetizers to come to the table and even longer for the entree. Once entree finally arrived it was cooked in correctly and both were missing an accompaniment. Waitress was very nice and she was very overworked.. was very impressed by management who comped the meal made incorrectly. Thought the experience wasn't as it normally is at the keg we appreciated the managers help in trying to make things right.

    Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and the service was amazing. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal that was cooked to perfection. The server ensured that a food allergy was well accommodated and brought out dessert for us to celebrate our special event. The location and ambiance was perfect for our little party.

    It was our first time at this location, but The Keg does an excellent job of providing a consistent, quality experience at all of their locations, and this was no different. Our server Ryan was very friendly and helpful. On an accessibility note, there are a couple of steps down to the restaurant floor, but they have a lift conveniently located next to the steps.

    The Keg was disappointing. It was not at the level experienced during previous visits, last prior to the pandemic. It looks a little rundown. The chair cushions are worn out and not supportive. It was extremely noisy (OK there was a play off game on). The food did not look as good on the plate as it did before, not quite as appetizing or tasty. Sirloin was served medium rare; ordered medium. Something seemed to be missing with it. Staff very pleasant but seemed a little harried.

    Orders were not taken completely accurately (rare for the keg) and my steak was undercooked relative to what I asked for. Still ate it, it was fine, but not what I ordered. And the server sort of just showed up and interrupted us each time, rather than walk over and wait at least 2 seconds so we can finish our sentence and then turn to her. Big fan of The Keg. Second time going to this location, and both times I didn't leave with the happy feeling I get every other time I've been to The Keg, which is a few times a year.

    We waited for 45 minutes for our food. The server didn’t even fill up our empty water glasses, we were also not offered some plain salad while we are waiting which cost them nothing. They kept saying they were too busy but the whole point of eating out is getting pampered not starving while restaurant still makes money. The server said the minimum tip was 18% which is not true as my friend didn’t have his glasses with him. They wiped the sitting benches with the same cloth they wipe the next table to us. They also set the new set of dishes first before cleaning the same table, so I’m going to rethink going back there again. I loved going yo the Keg until yesterday.

    Found the steak wasn’t cooked accurately and didn’t want to send it back for a new one. Reason, I don’t believe in wasting food or have to wait longer. Not the first time this has happened. Would recommend chefs get an update or refresher on steak wellness.
