Perched directly above Lake Bonavista with large glass windows overlooking the lake, The Lake House is home to one of Calgary’s finest and most creative restaurants as well as a unique setting for weddings and events.

The Lake House features Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts‘ (CRMR’s) renowned and distinctive Rocky Mountain Cuisine. This is interpreted and presented by Chef Gareth Colville. Chef Colville and his team excel at showcasing the regional flavor of Western Canada. Our locally inspired menus are complimented by a diverse wine list offering global selections authored by acclaimed sommelier Brad Royale.

                                        We were lucky enough to be seated by the windows, which gave us a stunning lake view throughout our meal. The timing was perfect; they had just transitioned from their winter to summer menu, and every dish reflected that fresh, seasonal change. We shared the charcuterie board, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The cocktails, though, completely stole the show, especially the matcha martini, which I highly recommend. It was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish!

                                        So happy to have a lovely non franchise option in Deep South Calgary. Gorgeous setting, great service and such a lovely menu. Food was fresh and tasty and drinks menu was good too. Will definitely return.

                                        The lake house has always been one of my Favorite dining experiences. The food is excellent always cooked to perfection. I took my boyfriend There for dinner and of course I was not disappointed. We started with A cocktail and the charcuterie board and casually enjoyed each others company. The staff were attentive but never rushed us to order our main course. We had a romantic evening with good food,fantastic atmosphere, and superb Service. We have a wonderful evening and once again the Lake House did Not disappoint.
