    The Local has been hosting graduates and their families for years, with a focus on style and comfort. Located in the heart of Belmont, and our expert team will make your celebration a night to remember. The cost is $65 per person before tax & gratuity. Our regular menu is not offered during graduation weekend. We require a credit card on file to hold your reservation. We will not charge anything to your card now, it's simply our way of holding your reservation. Cancellations after March 1st will result in a $20 per person fee to the credit card provided.     The food was fantastic and the atmosphere in the main restaurant was super cool. We were seated in the building next door which lacked ambiance. Waitstaff was also amazing. We will definitely go back.

    We enjoyed a lovely experience at the Local. We started with the cheese and charcuterie board, which was delicious!The braised short ribs fell off the bone it was so tender, and paired well with the mashed potatoes. The fried chicken was crispy, tangy greens and man and cheese along with the homemade sauce was the best. Dessert of brownie and cheesecake were also home runs. Our server Claudia was attentive and delightful. Highly recommend the Local!!

    Service was great. Food was dreadful. Wife and I had rockfish which was awful. Son had steak fritte which the meat was tough.

    Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greeted so lively and seated right away. Service was perfect also. Food was excellent. Gnocchi was amazing and burger was very good. Spicy shrimp appetizer was also great. Brownie sundae was huge. Overall a great experience.

    Our waitress has been greeting us and waiting on us for several years. She's always been pleasant and attentive without hovering. The food is consistently good, but the menu is limited, the wine list offers a nice selection. The Local is a very popular establishment, especially on Monday Open Mic nights, and the crowd is quite quite enthusiastic. The musicians who offer their original songs are very accomplished.

    Very cool place. Was pretty packed and the food wasn’t as good as expected/told but still pretty solid. Drinks were great.

    We were seated quickly, however, we sat at a table for over 20 minutes without being offered water or being checked on as several severs and staff members walked past multiple times.
