The Loose Moose is still partying, nearly three decades after launching onto the Toronto bar scene. With seating for more than 400 guests on both levels, it is the place to meet and make new friends, listen to live music, or catch the game.View Private Dining Details
Awesome place and location . Food was great as well as the service . Will go there again next time I’m in Toronto .
I was very happy with the friendly and prompt service.
Everything about this restaurant was excellent, except the music. It is way too loud. People go to restaurants to talk and socialize. You cannot do that when the music is so loud that you cannot hear the people talking at your table. For this reason, I will not return.
We came with the kids for a meal before a concert. We hadn't been in a few years and it was just the same as we remembered! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, the beer list was great, the waitstaff were really friendly and the food was amazing!
we had a great waitress (alice) who took great care of our group
First time at TLM!!! Absolutely loved it!! Our server was outstanding and our food was divine!!! Thank YOU !!!
The wait staff was Great friendly and attentive I believe her name was Stacey?
Just had drinks before and during the Raptors game and it was the perfect environment!
Very loud, everyone comes here to watch the game after work or stops before a show or concert.
Bar food is ok, beer selection decent. Service not great, took forever to flag down a waitress for drinks & the bill.
Go here if your looking for casual, cheap and loud.
Food was not good at all, alcohol and service was great.
Food was fantastic, our waitress was great. Little slow on the payment process but not her fault it was packed for the game
I've been here several times with usually great results. On game days is a little crazy but it could be solved with a couple more staff.
Had a reservation, plenty of available tables, but we got one stuck in a corner with only an awkward view of a tv screen (we were there to watch a Leafs Playoff game). Think I would make a reservation some place else next time as the food was average and the service efficient but chilly.
Meal was uneventful for the price. Not a place I would seek out to return to.
Went here for Game 1 Raptors playoff game. Our amazing server, Mary, handled the busy scene like a boss and made our great night even better!
Very loud, not for quiet conversation.
More of a sports bar
Which i didn't realize.
Great ambiance & terrific food, I'd definitely go back.
Service was fantastic and the food was good. We went there to watch the Leaf game but they didnt have the game audio on...just the video and music. That was disappointing so went downstairs to the antler room where they did have the audio on...so much better.
Went for dinner before the Leafs Game. Fantastic options for beer if you are a craft beer lover. Pricing for alcohol overall is good for beer - a bit pricey for the wine. Food was good. We ordered the Pickle and Pork App which was good. Felt there could have been a few more pickles for the price. Also ordered the Jalapeno dip which was good. As for mains we ordered the Chicken avocado sandwich, the onion and goat cheese chicken sandwich and the steak frites. Sandwiches came with fries. Food was delicious. Overall a great spot and will definitely visit again.
The service was excellent! Our waitress, I wish I caught her name, was the best. She took perfect care of us!
As always great food and service before Leaf game.
Great Pre-Game ambiance. The perfect stop prior to attending one of the near by sporting events. GO LEAFS GO!!!
Good service and food was relatively inexpensive but typical bar fare.
Excellent food, great service on an extremely busy Good Friday. The only downside was the background music was a bit loud, we all had a hard time hearing our server. We will definitely eat there again.
Perfect location for before or after a Jays game. Very, very busy when I was there so service was a touch slow. Good value
Went prior to Toronto Maple Leaf. Nice and close. Great service and full selection of beers.
I always use the Loose Moose before concerts or sporting events. Unfortunately the server we had(Stacie B on the receipt) was dreadful and ruined this particular experience . She was rushing us from the moment we sat down, the appetizers came out super quick and included my daughter's main meal which had to be sent back. Then the main meals came out before we had a chance to finish the appetizers. We complained about this but to no avail so we just left them to one side and they were cool by the time we got to them. We then ordered another pitcher of beer and she actually rolled her eyes as if we'd asked for something really difficult - I thought bars wanted to sell beer!! We had just received the second pitcher when she started grabbing our plates off the table - I had to grab mine back so I could finish my meal.
I will go to the Loose Moose again but I will be requesting to not sit in Stacie B's section.
My friend ordered the ribs and it came to her RED, the manager apologized and my friend ordered something else but we had all eaten when she got her new meal. They did not even offer her a glass of wine for the inconvenience of having to rush to finish up her meal before we went to the show.
Food and beer was great as usual! Very busy, our server was okay but it was very busy.
I think this is likely a great spot. I made a reservation for 7 long before coming to Toronto for the Pink concert as a pre concert thing. Unfortunately they stuck us way in the back next to the kitchen. I thought we might be cooking our own food. It was a disappointment to say the least. Cut off from all the action. I do think the actual place looked like it was great though.
Great meal. Great service. Great atmosphere. We were about 10 mins late due to traffic and they accommodated is. We would highly recommend.
This is a great place if you enjoy chain dining establishments. The servers were very pretty and wore tiny or tight outfits. The food was just what you would expect - nothing wrong but nothing interesting.
The place was lively with good beer selection. The food was mediocre. I recommend this place for a casual get together. There is music, but not loud enough that you can't carry out a conversation.
I really enjoyed the food. We both got a burger and we started with the guacamole and chips. The service was quick and very attentive. Our waitress told us about specials and we quickly jumped at the opportunity to try a new drink.
Food was great and so was our server. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and we will definitely return again.
very good food, if you sit at the front its not to bad for conversation, the back area is noisy so with a group it would be hard to hear each other. Service was very good, both the hostesses and the waitress we had. Very attentive and friendly. Food arrived quick, was hot and tasted excellent.
The Loose Moose is a great restaurant and has a good combination of craft beers and good food. That is a hard to find combination in an affordable price range.
Great place for pub-fare and variety of drinks. Lots of sports on the TV's and not a big challenge finding a seat...even on a busy Saturday night.
