My girlfriend treated me to dinner for my birthday here, and it was also our first time. I really enjoyed it and found it quite fun for a night out. The waitress and the staff made the dinner relaxing and easy.

Fantastic as usual. Conversations from other tables carried far and were quite audible. Didn’t detract from experience, however.

Love the Melting Pot for our special family celebrations! Great variety of food and drink, that satisifes everyone. Prices are on the high side, but there is plenty to eat and lots to celebrate! A perfect place for a special occasion for a group.

Very perplexed by bar service. We arrived about 15 minutes early with the intention of getting a cocktail before dinner, and waited at the bar for about 10 minutes until a disheveled employee asked if we'd been helped yet. We placed an simple order for two, which took another 5 minutes to prepare. My date's drink had not yet arrived by the time our host came to get us, so he graciously waited for a few minutes until it had been served and we were able to make a quick toast to a fun evening.

Once seated, service improved dramatically. Our server was polite, efficient, and had a good sense of humor. He helped us wade through the confusing menu, and our dinner was a very pleasant experience. The fondue was fun and delicious, and we had a lovely evening.

Had a great time celebrating a special occasion although our server was a little preoccupied with other things and forgot our salads. So service was a little slow. Server was apologetic. Food was great! And would still highly recommend.

I went for New Years with my husband, daughter and mother in law. For $75 a person and $25 a child, I was very disappointed. The cheese and cooking liquid had such a strong wine taste that my daughter couldn’t eat it. I ordered my daughter the pasta, as they would not allow a child dish to be vegetarian. It was ravioli with sun dried tomatoes. Really? What kid eats that? The waiter never informed me that was the pasta in the kids menú. I asked that they take it back and the only cooked vegetables my daughter could have (she is a vegetarian) were edamame. So I paid $25 for my daughter to eat edamame? I will not be returning ever!

Friendly waiter, delicious fondue, and timely seating. The tables are private so it's nice for special occasions, dates, or catching up with friends.

Service was awful. This was due to poor management. Our server was waiting on tables in several different sections throughout the restaurant and had no time or help to wait on our table. Our reservation was for 7:00 pm and our main course did not arrive until 9:30. At one point another server offered to bring us out our food if we could remember what we ordered. Our cheese fondue was wrong but at the point when it came out we kept it because we were so hungry we had no patience for the correct food to come out. For the cost of this meal we deserved much better. We felt like we were the hated step children by the lack of service we received. I would not recommend this place.

We have been to MANY different Melting Pots across the country, and this was perhaps the worst one we have ever seen. Portions were small, service was terrible, our fondue cheese was cold, and we waited over an hour for refills. Need I say more? We do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Friendly staff but there was some definite lag time between courses. It felt like our server had a lot going on but she was still super-friendly and pleasant. The pretzels for our chocolate fondue course were very stale.

Resturant interior is dark and needs updating. Food makes up for the non-enticing interior. Our waiter was AWESOME! Food was delicious.

Christmas Eve tradition! Menu selections just keep getting better and better. We LOVE this place! To top it off, third year in a row to have Destinee as our server. She makes ALL the difference - personalized service much appreciated. Can’t wait till next year... and maybe even sooner.

I went with some friends for Christmas Eve and had a great experience! We all did the special Prix Fixe option, added on drinks, and spent ~$60pp. Destinee was our server. She was fantastic and super helpful in explaining everything. Bless her for her patience with us. The food was great and even better than I remembered. To be fair, how can you go wrong with melted cheeses and chocolates, and fried things?!

The parking was not 2 dollars after validation. I had to pay 11 dollars instead. The place was noisy with waiters trying to explain the melting pot experience. The food was gluten free friendly.

The food was phenomenal, like always. We tried the grilled cooking style for the first time and my wife, my daughter, and me loved the food. However, the hostess seemed a bit disengaged and our server should have taken the night off. The server was not rude or disrespectful, but you could tell she did not want to be there. She seemed overwhelmed and frustrated and unfortunately, that showed in her work. The restaurant needs a facelift: replace the seats, the carpets, and a deep cleaning will help.

My boyfriend and I went here for our two year anniversary and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, our servers attentive, and we were placed in this nice booth that made it feel more cozy. Also during dessert they brought out a plate with "Happy Anniversary" written on it in chocolate and glasses of cider/champagne! It was a sweet gesture. We'll definitely be back to celebrate again! Although maybe not the four course meal again purely because it's so much food to eat! xD

The food was generally good. Our only complaint is the lack of an "all fruit" option for the chocolate fondue dessert. Super sweet baked goods and marshmallows in a chocolate dip don't work so well for an all-adult group.

Food was very good....the cheese and chocolate fondue were the best. I'm not sure if you can share entrees but the portions were huge. I'd definitely recommend sharing an entree or just skipping it entirely in favor of the cheese and chocolate if you're on a budget. We had kids with us which I was nervous about but they LOVED it and our server was fantastic with them. The kids menus kept them occupied until the food started coming and they were fascinated with the fondue prep and dipping and cooking their own food. The kid meals were actually a really great deal. We'll be back :)

My husband and I came here for our 27th wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special! I wish I could remember the waiters name because he gave us excellent service! Very friendly and genuine. For our chocolate fondue they also brought out a plate that said “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate with two glasses of champagne! Very sweet!

The Melting Pot is a ton of fun! We went with a group of 6 and got sat at a table with 2 burners. That allowed us to try 2 different kinds of cheese, 2 different kinds of cooking sauces, and 2 different kinds of chocolate. The only issue with that is that it's a little awkward reaching over people to get the other kind of cheese/sauce/chocolate, but I'm not shy so it didn't bother me. All of the food was delicious, though my favorite was the cheese and the chocolate course - I didn't care as much about the entree. Quick note - this is not a place to go for a quick meal. It takes 2-3 hours if you're eating the 4 course experience and likely a good length of time even if you just go for cheese and/or chocolate, so be prepared! If you're bringing young kids (mine is 5), definitely bring something for them to do. It's a long time for a kid to sit quietly!

We hadn't been in a couple years. The waitress was the high point. Multiple pieces of silverware were dirty (eg: chocolate still on the dipping sticks), the cheese course had a grape with a lot of mold on it--not a speck, but enough someone should have noticed. Salad course was drenched in dressing and the lettuce either had lots of dirt or lots of 'black' on it--gross--2 different salads had this. The drinks from the non-spirit menu were gross. So over sugared and lacking in discernable flavor. Revamp those! Some of the beef cuts were not chewable, they had so much fat in them. The other high point was the dessert menu--lots of great options on the tray of food for dipping. What stood out during this visit was the lack of attention to detail--during almost every course something was lacking and for $50/head, I expect a little more. Also it's FREEZING in there. I get that when all the pots are going it can likely get hot, but it was so uncomfortably cold. The thermostat was set at 68, but it never warmed up to a comfortable point, even when the restaurant got full. In general 4, people to share one pot was too crammed at the table. Vs another table with 5 people, got 2 pots and lots more room. Moral: bring 5 people so you get 2 pots.

This really felt like an overpriced chain restaurant and the food quality has gone downhill. There was minimal flavor to the cooking methods. The service was horrifically slow. It was just really disappointing. I used to secret shop melting pot and it was impeccable service and food. Not so much anymore.

First time here and it was a great experience. We went to celebrate a birthday and our waiter was amazing in making it special. Went out of his way to do a little birthday special dessert with what we had. Overall the experience was amazing he explained to us what everything was step by step and what he was doing next. Definitely worth the experience and plan to go again!
