We were sat in the bar section without being asked. The bar tenders were our servers and they were busy making drinks for the rest of the restaurant and we were left sitting with mediocre service. The bartenders tried their best but for a melting pot experience it was not that great. Probably won’t be going back after years of being constant patrons.

Excellent meal as usual. This is our go-to place o celebrate family birthdays, graduations, etc. It’s quite expensive but they do offer a military discount if you ask.

We enjoyed the food (as usual), we always go for my birthday. Our server was very friendly and attentive (for the most part). A little disappointed. What usually is a 2 hour dinner, turned into a 3 hour dinner (we are not sure if our waitress just forgot about us towards the end?). It took us an hour from the end of entrees to the end of dessert. I tried to flag down other waiters multiple times, not sure if they were ignoring me or didn't see/hear me. I love the Melting Pot, it's one of my Top 3 places to eat, but last night's experience was a little bit of a let down.

It was our first experience here. We knew it would be an expensive evening but it was a special occasion for our sons graduation. We were seated immediately and the server greeted us right away. Drinks were served quickly and the waiter was friendly and attentive. Why the 1 stars? Welp, we felt we were completely taken advantage of as new comers. It was recommended as per the waiter to do the 3 course menu. Each of us getting our own meals. This was completely and utterly excessive. We didn’t know any better so we went on the waiters judgement. We had two sons under the age of 12 that could have easily done the kids menu. My husband and I could have shared. Not to mention, we were cooking ourselves and everything was uneven. It just wasn’t fun and not the experience we had intended. This place is a one and done for us and I wouldn’t recommend it. A family of 4 with a $340 bill is absurd and we would have better suited at a fine dine steak house which we frequent.

This is an experience as much as it is a meal. Strangers leave as friends and families leave as community. The meal takes approximately two hours leaving ample space and time to take in the well portioned four course meal.

Fun and social place - great to visit with friends as you sit and cook slowly in a cozy atmosphere. Plenty of food in the complete dinners. We always get 2 cooking surfaces so that we can have both an oil and broth cooking pot. Drinks are overpriced and we were charged for an extra drink we didn't order. We also were overcharged on one drink and they brought the wrong beer to the table, so most of our issues were bar related. Not fine dining but a lot of fun.

I had tried Melting Pot a years ago and wasn't crazy about the meal, but I went back with my family a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. The food is very good especially the cheese fondue selections and the chocolate dessert options. My biggest compliment goes to the serving staff. A few weeks ago we had Morgan and I can't say enough about him. He clearly explained all the options, was attentive without being on top of us, and had a great attitude. We liked him so much we requested him again when we went back this weekend but he was out. We had a different server, Will, but he was also great and extremely nice. It's a great dinner out.

The melting pot is what you make of it. My husband and I don’t prefer the “full dining experience” because the main course is not to our liking. But, we go for the cheese, salad, and chocolate fondue. We went early on in the evening for our anniversary, and requested a table with 2 burners so we could have 2 cheeses. We were sat in a nice giant booth, and were able to enjoy each other without kids. The food was exactly what we expected. But the star of the show was out waiter, Greg. He was personable, professional (not like he needed to be, we were having fun conversations with him) and provided fantastic service. I’d like to say we’ll be back soon, but most meals now involve toddlers.

Our waiter Brayan was polite but he was very very slow. He took a while to come up to us when we sat down. I ordered a drink and it took probably 20 minutes to get it. After that he took awhile to bring the cheese (which was very good but took a while). After we had our salads I ordered another drink which i never ended up getting because he never bought it to me. He bought the broth over for the meat but it took maybe another half hour after that for him to bring the meat over. After that he never came back to see if we needed anything or follow up on my drink. I was very disappointed this time. I come here quiet often but this was alittle ridiculous.

This meal didn’t work well with my stomach and made me and my colleague sick for the greater part of a week. Now, I love this restaurant and have never had this problem here in my life. The service continues to be excellent and I enjoyed the experience as usual, but something was terribly wrong with the food this visit.

Restaurant was packed and they were short on staff. Dinner took three hours. No water refills. Server was really nice but clearly being pulled in too many directions. Cheese fondue was the best course. Salad and protein options were a bit of a letdown. Dessert good though suggest getting the plainest chocolate - we ordered the more elaborate fondues and they were overkill.

My wife and I have been here for date night and with our kids. Each and every time the service is terrific and the food is awesome. If you're looking for time with the family or your significant other and do not want to be rushed out of the restaurant this is the place to be.

Had a great first experience at the melting pot. Server was knowledgeable and attentive, until a large party showed up in his section and an hour and a half passed between the delivery of our entrees and coming back to see if we wanted dessert, which we did. At some point we had been informed that the server was juggling our table along with the large party, so we understood and were patient. But we had little kids in our group and at a certain point we really needed to speed things along. It somewhat soured an otherwise good experience.

We were celebrating my friends brain surgery and birthday and we had a Horrible experience from beginning to end, Service was awful we had to constantly ask for our meal it took 2 hours to get our salads even when we called the manager In no one checked on us and still didn’t get the proper service in addition the chair broke with my friend she almost fell backwards extremely careful of the staff. We do love the melting pot and we understand that things happen but there really wasn’t one thing positive about our evening.
