We were a little disappointed with the menu being different than what was sent out via email. Three cheeses were not offered and two chocolates were not offered. It felt a little like a bait and switch situation. The food was good. The service was excellent and I will be back. I was just disappointed they didn’t offer the same menu advertised for this event.

We hadn't been back to our local Melting Pot in a few years and decided, kind of spur of the moment, to return. So glad we did because the food and service were great! All three of us had an enjoyable evening and are looking forward to returning soon.

Limited to an hour and a half at the table for a four course meal in valentines night. Not enough time. Waitress had absolutely zero personality. Talked so fast you could barely understand what she was saying. Had a 6:15 reservation which ended up being a 6:25 seat time. At $95 per person plus drinks I expect top notch service and to not be rushed through all four courses of my meal. Not a great experience at all. Two people, each one drink, gratuity figured in $288 Not even close to wroth that cost. We will not return.

The food was great. The service was amazing. However, the overall experience and value absolutely did not match the price. Super overpriced which made the experience horrible. I could have went to so many places and received a lot more. Not to mention that you have to cook the food yourself. Just was not at all worth it.

Service was wonderful. I took my girlfriend and daughter out for their Valentine’s Day special. They brought both of them a rose and even a glass of apple cider for our daughter so she could join the dessert toast. Food was delicious and fresh. Easy cooking instructions.

The food was prepared very well and the quality of the food and service was great. I had prompt and a very attentive server (waitress). She was polite and professional but not very talkative. But, she did give great service and was great in explaining about how I should cook the food. This location has wonderful service with very attentive service.

Overall, our visits are always fantastic! Service is quick as a whole, but sometimes prepared drinks take a few moments. Portions are just the right size if you have a big appetite, and the selections are fresh and flavorful. Our definite go to for a date night, or place to go to in celebration of any special occasion :)

The service was terrible. We say with dirty dishes for over 55 minutes, water was not refilled and our entrees cam out after over 15 minutes of the boiled base. We thought the liquid would evaporate by the time the meat was served. We’ve been coming here every year for the last 10 years and come regularly separately as well. The extreme price increase did not match the overall experience. This is the first time that it has been like this. Usually it is our go to restaurant

Great food and service. Server was nice and did her job. Sad part of evening was restaurant owner or manager chewing out a staff member. I guess he didn’t realize we were nearby. Very unprofessional and questionable what he says when guests aren’t around.
