I‘be dined at Melting Pot many times. I love the food and keep coming back for that, but we had the best service ever with Daniel. The food was the same top quality as always but the exceptional service put this specific experience at the very top of all of our visits.

My friends and I went for their BFFF Wednesday meal. We got the entree option with cooking styles. This was so good. The new items were fantastic. They are always so accommodating with allergies. And it’s a great fun environment for catching up with your friends!

Great for celebrating special occasions. It is a novelty dining experience that is a bit more expensive than your average sit down restaurant but worth it if you love cheese and chocolate. Tip- if you are trying to save money, skip the meat portion of the meal...you will get full on cheese and chocolate alone!

We come here every year for my birthday. It’s a special occasion place. The food is good but this year we didn’t enjoy the experience as much. Much to much time between courses. We usually split a meal we were told they don’t do that anymore. Usually get something special for dessert recognition of my birthday. I got a card. Felt a little weird. Also I asked about a special cheese. I had to pull it up on my phone. It is a special on Wednesday and the waiter had no idea. Just wasn’t the same.

Was not satisfied I became sick in the middle of dinner where I had to step out into the restroom, my partner then followed to check on me and instead of asking was I ok the server followed us to the restroom and asked where we still paying our tab.

Will not be going back, service was horrible, manager did no recovery, had to be asked for twice during Mother’s Day meal. paid full price for a terrible experience, still confused as to why. We paid the $200 bill and left. Me having to get a manager twice should be alarming for future guests. Very disappointed!

My husband and I had a lovely Mother’s Day meal. We chose mid-afternoon and were rewarded with a quiet corner with an extremely attentive and knowledgeable server. She was friendly,but not overly friendly and her service was impeccable.

This is our favorite restaurant, period. Tom, the manager, works endlessly to bring us the best experience. Mother’s Day is no exception. You get a special menu which can be changed to accommodate what you like, you get glasses (soon I’ll have a complete set) a flower, exceptional service and an overall experience that can not be matched. We have never had a server that wasn’t the best! Thank you for keeping up the outstanding service that we have come to expect even on such a busy day!

Was disappointed that I didn’t like the tea and asked for a Diet Coke instead. I was charged for both. The food was good. Disappointed that the filet mignon didn’t have much flavor at all but the teriyaki one was delicious.

We were just filled with joy when we left, we seriously had a GREAT NIGHT. Our anniversary is at the end of this month - we know what we’re doing 🥰 It was cozy, lighting was perfect. Perfect for a date night plus it’s interactive. We’d never done anything like that so thank you for the amazing service. Best I’ve ever received. Food was fantastic.

We absolutely loved everything about our experience at the Melting Pot on Sand Lake Road!! Our server, Blake, was kind and very attentive to our needs. He was very helpful in making our selections. The food was very plentiful and high quality. We were impressed how expertly the meats were prepped. The chocolate fondue desert was amazing!!! So many items to dip in - huge crowd pleaser!!! We will make this a regular night out for us. The bar area looking like a good spot too!!

Great experience! Our host was friendly and helpful, our server seemed busy but she made sure our drinks stayed full. We ordered cocktail sauce which I understand has to be made from scratch when ordered. It didn’t arrive until the end of our main course so we didn’t get to enjoy it much. This wasn’t the server’s fault. I wish Melting Pot would keep some on hand rather than have servers take up their valuable time to make it when requested. Next time I’ll ask for it as soon as we are seated to allow ample time.

Food was great. Although we had to wait for almost 30 minutes even with a reservation. Not nice. Do not, I've requested a special romantic moment at the table and they've charged me 12 usd for a couple of petals on the table. NOT worth it at all.
