It was okay, but nothing really special like we thought it would be. I was expecting the best salad ever for $6.50, but it wasn’t all that good, and $34 for 5 bites of steak, 6 bites of chicken, and 6 shrimp is utterly absurd. $22 for what little chocolate we got is ridiculous, as well. The server was professional and worked fast, but I’d prefer someone personable and friendly. $25 for a tip when all was said and done is flat out robbery. In an hour and a half, the server earned more than I earn having a Master’s degree. I obviously went into the wrong career field. My husband and I both left full, but we each had digestive issues all night long. We won’t be returning the restaurant any time soon.

Generally always a fun time and experience at the Melting pot. A little disappointed this time as we felt rushed by our server to make a decision on our food selections and to kove on to the next course before we were done. Their new celebration package dessert course has a bundt cake, I believe because it is placed in the chocolate fondue unfortunately soaks up a lot of the chocolate leaving a shortage for the rest of the items to dip.

Waited 20 min even with reservations. Service was not prompt, had to wait 20 min to get drinks refilled, waited 20 for the food come out after the fondue was ready, I was told that she will get us additional dipping sauce but I never did get it, I got the explosion chocolate and had to wait for a waiter to find a lighter and then light it. This was my second time going because of the first was amazing service, food and experience. This time it did not feel the same for a $300 price tag.

We are frequent customers at the Melting Pot and opted to try the Mother’s Day Menu. The food was great! Our waiter Michelle not so much… the waiter on the table next to us brought us drink refills twice and clear the dirty dishes. She was not attentive at all and had “let’s get you out of here for my next table” attitude. The icing on the cake was the chocolate fondue - she told us that it was ready to go but it was actually cold and we had to turn up the heat ourselves. She failed to check on us until she appeared with the check saying “hope everything was good, here is your bill”. Worst service ever in the 14 years we have Ben coming here (multiple times per year). I ended up tipping the waiter that refilled our drinks and leaving her with a 10% tip. Not even sure if she deserved that. Just to sum it up great food - terrible service - not normal for this location.

We went for my Mom’s birthday! We don’t get to spoil my mom like this very often, but everyone at the Melting Pot made her night so special! There was a super sweet card at the table for Mom which made her really happy. The perfect place for a fun date night dinner. Delectable, tasty food choices await! We opted for the four-course Even Bigger Night Out dinner, which begins with cheese fondue alongside a platter of bite-size breads and fruits and vegetables, and ends with a scrumptious, chocolate fondue dessert. In between is a freshly made salad and the main course fondue with various meats and seafood, including lobster. The current cost, with just water as the dinner beverage, runs around $120 before sales tax or tip. It's not the most frugal option but well worth the cost for the unique and super-tasty experience. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to return!

Haven’t been here in a few years, but still the same awesome food and service! My GF and I went, her first time and she was blown away! We did the 4-course meal, added the lobster tail and wow…that’s ALOT of food cut into small pieces! Rio was our server, he was fantastic and gave great advice. Other than temp inside the restaurant being slightly chilly as evening progressed…best night out to eat in a long time! 🙌🏼
