    We had a great meal. We needed a break and we had the best little night. We ended up getting to take advantage of a sunset dinner special it was amazing Great deal even came with a bottle of wine. Good service nice paced. Our server said she was newer we thought she did a great job. We loved having a section kind of all to ourselves

    Not sure if it was the servers first day on the job, but service was terrible compared to previous times I’ve been there. He didn’t explain the sauces, he did explain how to use the timer or how to stay safe from cross contamination. He was using a tablet to take our order and took forever to find each item. I’m used to waiters memorizing the order. Anyway
the food was pretty good but our waiter needs to step up his game. Plus we had a family next to us with 3 little kids. When did this place turn into a family restaurant? Tip: if you have 4 or more in your party, be sure to ask for a table with 2 burners otherwise you all have to agree on the base and chocolate dessert will be. Frustrating. Don’t think we will be returning to this location anytime soon.

    Overall wonderful food and environment. Someone started vacuuming while we were still eating, and our server left us for about 25 minutes without checking in. Overall the food and environment were worth it.

    Our experience was disappointing due to the overall cost, small portions, and limited service. There was also zero acknowledgement of our daughter's birthday, which we had mentioned when booking the reservation. We will not be going back in the future.

    We went for our anniversary and it was such a great time! The service was amazing and they made sure we had a memorable night! The food was absolutely delicious and loved the idea of cooking it ourselves! Such a great night, we will definitely be back!

    felt rushed by the server had to tell her to slow down at one point because we hadn't been there in years and they wanted everything now. The cost is WAY to high paid $478 for 4 people. With the rushed services and cost you would think the service would be better. Didn't explain cooking times, or that we could ask for more vegetables and sauces. Told her several times no bananas and she still brought bananas. Explained the food allergy before we even sat down. Would not recommend this place if you have food allergies and need items separated.

    This was my 1st time to the Melting Pot and having a fondue based meal. It was for my Wife's birthday with friends who go there all the time. It was a wonderful experience and helped to have someone explain the different cooking methods and cheese sauces. I recommend the experience, but understand it is expensive. I'm sure I will go back again.

    This is an experience not just a meal. Our server was great and food was good. The only issue I have is the cost. 4 people for dinner $300 without the tip. And they add a 4% charge for increasing costs? It’s literally bite sized portions of meat and some veggies. When they can offer it every day 50% off in the bar that tells me it’s just greed.

    Our server was amazing! Angel is a sweet heart and she made our experience here great! Definitely recommend coming here, you will not be disappointed. It was mine and my husband’s first time coming out and we enjoyed every single course of our meal!

    I reserved a "Romance package" for my girlfriend's birthday, it was confirmed in text and email but when we arrived nothing was there, I was told their store was not notified, nor did they have anything to make it right. That was disappointing, to say the least, but not a night ruined. The service from the maitre d, was as expected and he did apologize. The service from the waiter however was disappointing. We had to ask multiple times to have drinks refilled and the dining experience took over 2.5 hours due to having to wait between courses so long. There were only 3 other tables at the time so I'm confused why the service was not good. Food was also "meh" it wasn't bad but it was lackluster.

    Great place for date night. 1st time there was a bit of a learning curve. Drinks were fantastic. Cheese and chocolate we're amazing. Was hoping for a bit larger portions for the pricing. Nobody went hungry, but definitely not stuffed either. I would say it's more about the atmosphere and the fun experience is what you're getting. Which they nailed! If you're hungry and in a rush, don't show up. But if you're looking for an interesting low key date night idea. This is absolutely where it's at.

    Fun and flavorful night out! We were having a date night with two other couples, and celebrating two college graduations. The food was really delicious! One of our group did the vegan/gluten free, four course meal as well, and she said it was really yummy. Our server, Mandy, was on the ball! She got all of the fondue pots heated up and changed out in perfect time, and that really helped us to enjoy the experience. All of the food was fresh and tasty, and the dipping sauces were amazing! Definitely worth the time, money, and distance for us! Highly recommend this place.

    The Dinner was extremely nice especially for a first time experience and a date night. I can see it being a family dinner night too but the price was definitely something that stood out. We didn’t get a full corse meal, but we did get the cheese, entree, and chocolate for desert and came out to be 100 dollars for 2. The food matches the price for flavor but not the quantity. As for the place, the setting was great and relaxing, and our waitress was outstanding! She helped us with everything and was super kind and genuine. We talked to her and enjoyed a little conversation before we paid too. The food was delicious for sure and I had fun cooking it in the broth! Definitely worth a good time
