Love me some Cracklin Chicken, but it was not up to par. Neither was my wife’s seafood dish. I’ve likely had 50 meals at The Mercury and every other experience has been great. Not this time.

The service and food was amazing! The server was attentive and so friendly. The Caviar Egg was very delicious. The chicken was very moist and had lots of flavor. This place is great for date night or small groups of friends. I would highly recommend The Mercury to anyone wanting a unique dining experience.

Upon arrival we were escorted to our table in a more quiet area as per our request on Open Table! Our servers were excellent, attentive, personable and the best! The food was delicious! Highly recommend!

First time ever that our meal was under par. Crispy salmon was not crispy - overcooked and bland. I asked for asparagus and it was boiled - also bland. I felt like I was eating hospital food on a restricted diet! Disappointing. We save The Mercury for special occasions. Off our list. Apparently, off a lot of lists. It was not near full on a Saturday night. Took our waiter 40 minutes to take our order. Something has changed - not for the better.

I am no expert at rating restaurants but I would say that The Mercury is perilously close to being a 5 Star establishment. I do recommend a reservation. When I arrived, I was greeted like an old friend and was seated in exactly the accommodation I requested. This was a birthday dinner for a beautiful friend that I love dearly so I wanted everything to be perfect; and it was! Our drinks were generous and perfectly prepared. My lady had the 9oz filet which was excellent while I had the Pepper Crusted Tuna “Mignon” with cranberry-corn galette and braised chanterelle mushrooms and it was absolutely outstanding; even better than I have had in Hawaii! The prices were what I would expect at an establishment of this quality and I consider what we had to have been an excellent value. For OUTSTANDING SERVICE, I suggest you ask for one of Jimmy’s tables. He is very professional, has full knowledge of the menu, while being entertaining to talk to. I will be taking my sweetheart back here very soon!

Our fourth or fifth visit. Always for a special occasion--retired school teachers are a bit more careful about nights out. Our anniversary at Merc was great. Food and wine outstanding. Our server was friendly and attentive, not obtrusive. Veal milanese and tuna mignon are dishes not to be missed.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times for dinner and for lunch. My favorite is the black cod, very few restaurants ever have this on their menu. They have it all of the time and it's fabulous. They also make their own pate and it is always served alongside butter with her homemade bread. You could make a meal out of that alone. I would always highly recommend this restaurant.

Poor experience for a upscale restaurant that’s been here for 22 years. Appetizer:jumbo lump crab meat dip was very watery and jumbo lump crab hard to find. Husband’s duck did not taste like duck. It was very tough. My halibut was warm and the artichoke cocktail tasted like guacamole. The best part of the meal was the aperol spritz we had to celebrate our anniversary. We hadn’t eaten here in years and won’t be back.

We started with the flatbread of the day, argula with mushrooms. it was delicious. I had the crispy chicken. it was very good, however, the potato puree was not warm. It could also use a few more vegetables. My husband had the veal. It was very good, The Old Fashion was fantastic. The service was very disappointing. The waiter left our empty martini glasses and app plates on the table the entire dinner. She didn't come by to see how our food came out.
