    came for reservation on time. took 20min to just get water and I had to get up and request it. apparently they seat you down and abandon you.

    Absolutely garbage service. Arrived at our table at 430, ordered at 440pm and never ended up receiving our food before the Oilers game. We asked the server multiple times about our food as we wanted to be there early to the game. We even paid before our food came out to save time. And NO FOOD was served. Wasn’t even that busy either.

    The food was absolutely amazing. We were a party of 3 and everyone thought their meal was delicious. They also had some unique cocktails which were also white nice.

    The chef adjusted my meal based on my dietary restrictions (no gluten) and the result was impeccable. Services was lovely and refreshing. Overall amazing experience. We will be back again.

    Very disappointed. Half way through our starters the next 2 courses were brought out simultaneously. We asked. Why have you brought these out? The answer was that the kitchen had done them early and if we sent them back they would just put them under warming lamps. We declined. Food should be cooked in time with the customers eating their other courses. By the time we finished our starters both the pasta dish and entree were both lukewarm. Sad really. Good food and the meal experience ruined .

    First pizza was overcooked but they promptly brought another one gratis. Lots of fresh toppings and melty cheese. The Cesar salad was exceptional- crisp lettuce, tasty pancetta and lots of parmesan but not soggy like some restaurants. Our server was also outstanding.

    We were greeted and seated by a lovely hostess. Service was delivered by several individuals all of which seem to know our order and kept our glasses filled. This was very appreciated! Food and wine were all delicious. We had the bruschetta, which is very generous serving, although suggest more bread be included if needed, without an extra charge. The pesto Orecchiette was generous and delicious as well. We’ll be back again and look forward to the patio this summer.

    Great food, good ambience but the service is slow. Server was not very attentive and we saw lots of different faces at our table. Delivering food, delivering drinks and taking our order. Maybe best to sit downstairs??

    Normally, The Parlour is a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, this visit fell a little short. We chose it on an Oilers game day, and while the atmosphere was electric and lively, the service and food did not meet the usual standard. Our meatballs and pizza arrived cold, which was surprising given how quickly food seemed to be moving out of the kitchen. Typically, we would expect dishes to be piping hot, especially on such a busy night. Hopefully, this was just an off evening, as The Parlour is usually a fantastic choice.
