I'll be back to try again.. however, it was a bad first experience. There was a wedding and they were not properly staffed. Didn't get our drinks for 50 mins. I felt so bad for our waitress who could only shrug her shoulders as she refilled our water. Appetizers were an even longer wait. We were there hoping for a relaxing evening, but it was anything but.. drinks and food tasted good. Patio is beautiful.

Wonderful as always! We sat outside with friends and family. The experience was special partly because our friends had not been there before. They compared it with a great restaurant in Phoenix where we had spent a glorious evening dining together. Way to impress I would say!! The fireplace was on, everyone liked what they ate and it was served by a friendly, professional waitress. Couldn’t wish for more.

Had a business meeting last night, and we were very happy to be at The Parlour - a very convenient location just across the street from MacEwan. We were seated on the patio in the shade, and our server was extremely accommodating and helpful. Caprese salad was delicious (my favourite), and white sangrias were very-very yummy too. Enjoyed the summer heat, sunshine, good food and had a productive meeting too. Thank you!

Come here a few times. Usually really good. last night was a bad night i guess. only 2 tables in the building had customers our waitress was non existent. apps came out the carpaccio had 2 sliver thing pieces of meat on it and a 3 inch pile of greens to make it look big 4 pieces of little toast. then the waitress decided to come over and ask if we wanted to order our mains.( never came over anytime before that). ordered 2 pasta dishes and pizza. food came out and the pastas were drenched in water as they didn't drain the pasta. this made the chicken parmesan soaked with water soggy and gross. waitress took it away and off the bill. no visit from the manager so who knows if it was relayed. waited for refills of simple water for 20 min. wasn't until we lined up the glasses at the edge of the table did the bar tender come over....not the waitress . mediocre fathers day supper to say the least. should have stuck with bbq at home

I was informed after we had finished our appetizer that the side that came with my protein choice was not available. I substituted roast potatoes and they were very disappointing. They tasted bland, like boiled or microwaved potatoes that had been quickly browned. Some weren't even cooked through. I didn't mention it at the restaurant because I ate about half and they weren't awful, just disappointing. Shortages need to be mentioned at the time of ordering, I could of chosen something else.

We booked the reservations 90 minutes before the opening act for a concert at Rogers Place. 60 minutes after ordering our entrees, we were told they would be another 60 minute wait, so we didn’t have time to eat or even find another place to go eat since they wasted so much of our time before even telling us about the unreasonable delays. It ruined the entire evening. Terrible service and terrible communication.

Our waitress was great and did the best she could, even going to bar to help get drinks out - that being said, the overall service was slow and we got less than half of our food before we had to tell them to cancel our order because we didn't have enough time to eat it; it was over an hour wait for our food. Drinks were yummy, but again, slow to get to us. It's a shame becuase what we did have was good, just looked poorly on managment of kitchen/restaurant.

We had 1.5 hrs for dinner before our concert. We still did not have drinks after 45 minutes, and our food hadn’t arrived 40 minutes after ordering it. Second set of drinks came 1/2 hour after ordering them. We had to get our meals to go and eat it on the way to the concert. Then the food was very salty. There is great ambience, both inside and on the patio.

Good food. They struggled with service and were understaffed, but they did try their best. It's worth noting that they should clean wine glasses better, every single one we received should not have been served to a client that way, IMO. Good overall, great ambiance, could be a 5-star place with some changes.
