Come here a few times. Usually really good. last night was a bad night i guess. only 2 tables in the building had customers our waitress was non existent. apps came out the carpaccio had 2 sliver thing pieces of meat on it and a 3 inch pile of greens to make it look big 4 pieces of little toast. then the waitress decided to come over and ask if we wanted to order our mains.( never came over anytime before that). ordered 2 pasta dishes and pizza. food came out and the pastas were drenched in water as they didn't drain the pasta. this made the chicken parmesan soaked with water soggy and gross. waitress took it away and off the bill. no visit from the manager so who knows if it was relayed. waited for refills of simple water for 20 min. wasn't until we lined up the glasses at the edge of the table did the bar tender come over....not the waitress . mediocre fathers day supper to say the least. should have stuck with bbq at home

I was informed after we had finished our appetizer that the side that came with my protein choice was not available. I substituted roast potatoes and they were very disappointing. They tasted bland, like boiled or microwaved potatoes that had been quickly browned. Some weren't even cooked through. I didn't mention it at the restaurant because I ate about half and they weren't awful, just disappointing. Shortages need to be mentioned at the time of ordering, I could of chosen something else.

We booked the reservations 90 minutes before the opening act for a concert at Rogers Place. 60 minutes after ordering our entrees, we were told they would be another 60 minute wait, so we didn’t have time to eat or even find another place to go eat since they wasted so much of our time before even telling us about the unreasonable delays. It ruined the entire evening. Terrible service and terrible communication.

Our waitress was great and did the best she could, even going to bar to help get drinks out - that being said, the overall service was slow and we got less than half of our food before we had to tell them to cancel our order because we didn't have enough time to eat it; it was over an hour wait for our food. Drinks were yummy, but again, slow to get to us. It's a shame becuase what we did have was good, just looked poorly on managment of kitchen/restaurant.

We had 1.5 hrs for dinner before our concert. We still did not have drinks after 45 minutes, and our food hadn’t arrived 40 minutes after ordering it. Second set of drinks came 1/2 hour after ordering them. We had to get our meals to go and eat it on the way to the concert. Then the food was very salty. There is great ambience, both inside and on the patio.

It's worth noting that they should clean wine glasses better, every single one we received should not have been served to a client that way, IMO. The worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Even though we had a reservation we were sat at a dirty table covered in crumbs. The hostess simply put our menus over top the mess. The service was incredibly slow and the food was mediocre. After waiting for our bill for over 20 minutes, I went and grabbed take out boxes myself and we had walked down to the door and waited there to pay. We will not be back.

We arrived a little late and they were nice enough to hold our seats at the bar. However, the service at the bar was far from attentive. Our pizzas took 40 mins to arrive after being ordered and they were dry and over cooked. Probably won’t return anytime soon.

The service was exceptionally slow. No blame to our server as she was excellent and friendly. But it was clear that the restaurant was critically understaffed. Took close to 45 minutes to get our first round of drinks and another 45 minutes to get our second. The food and ambiance was great but perhaps more staff should be hired for busy weekends. Queen pizza was ok, dough under the main part of the pizza was soft and crust was ok. The cauliflower fritto was greasy and could have used a bit of degreasing. Service and ambience was good. Family friendly which is great.
