    Food was amazing, everything was cooked to order and the cauliflower app was amazing. Drinks and mocktails were made to order. The service however was poor. Our waitress took our drink order, then returned several minutes later to re-ask our drink order completely as if she didn’t remember even taking it in the first place. She did the same with the appetizer and the food. The drinks were wrong twice and one of our food orders was wrong so it took an extra 20 min for one of friends to eat dinner, the appetizer came after the meals. The manager wasn’t very professional on speaking on the matter, however she did try to amend the situation. The atmosphere and food were great for someone that’s been there more than once, just an awful service experience.

    We loved our first experience at the Rabbit Hole. The Alice and wonderland theme was tasteful. The server gave us her favorites on the menu and they did not disappoint. We enjoyed the fried cauliflower app. The cocktails were perfect! My husband had a mezcal tequila cocktail and I had the white rabbit which had a flaming marshmallow and was made with coconut rum! Dinner was chicken cordon blue and ribeye steak. We would definitely come back!

    One word: EPIC! We are visiting from out of town. Like to try unique experiences. My goal is try hit as many with this restaurant group as possible. A Rabbits Hole is totally cool! From my 2 cocktails, to the food, to our server. All were outstanding. Loved the idea of going subterranean. The ambiance and artwork eclectic. Good thing I don't live here as I'd live here. :)

    True gem in downtown Colorado Springs! Excellent drink menu, ambience and the food was outstanding. Maybe the best ribeye I’ve had in a long time.

    Aside from locating the entrance, everything was excellent. There were multiple items on the menu that tempted me. Four of us had four different entrées; Rabbit meatloaf was excellent, there were three large bison short ribs, the chicken cordon bleu was moist, and the duck confit was a double portion. A special shout out to our server Hannah. She was on top of things and took great care of us. A definite return to restaurant.
