Very nice atmosphere next to the Niagara River and great food!
Our overall experience with the Red Coach Inn and it's restaurant was superb, exactly what you want in a romantic, high-quality stay!!!!!
This restaurant was amazing! The food was so delicious and the staff took excellent care of us. It was also reasonably priced for being a tourist area. This was recommended by a friend and we were so glad that she did.
Good food and excellent service. Location is perfect !
The “baked” avocado was NOT baked. It was over filled with salsa and then cheddar cheese melted under the broiler. Avocado was cold. My cherry balsamic pork was delicious. The special of Saturday was supposed to be pan seared shrimp pasta. The shrimp was NOT pan seared and the sauce was super greasy. It could have been so much better but it just didn’t seem like th chef paid attention to detail. The creme brûlée was cherry. It was average. Won’t go back to eat. Our server was awesome.
My fiancé and I walked over to the NY side of Niagara Falls and stopped in here for lunch after walking around the park. It seemed fairly priced and the quality of the food was superb. Nice patio seating area, you can’t see the falls due to the trees along the edge of the river but that wasn’t the reason for choosing this place. If/when we ever come back we will likely stop back in.
My wife and I decided to just get away for a couple days. When I booked with open table for the first time everything was as easy as I had expected. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had breakfast and I can honestly say that everything was great, except the homefries. Everyone likes theres different so it was not a big deal. They were made with onion and yellow peppers which was a first for me. They were undercooked for my tastes. With that said, everything was great and I would definitely go back.
This restaurant, like the inn, has the potential to be great but falls short on many levels. The dinner items my partner and I received were mediocre: the seasoning and thus flavor on my overcooked NY strip steak left much to be desired while my partner's beef tips were little more than a large bowl of mashed potatoes and dark gravy--not worth the 65$ cost. It's hard to find decent dining on the NY side of Niagara Falls, and unfortunately, this restaurant followed that trend.
Friendly servers always attentive to customer needs. Nice place in a good restaurant starved Niagara Falls New York region. A nice relaxing dinner with great cocktails and some excellent local wines on their wine list. Definitely recommending this restaurant for a relaxing and tasty meal. Overall a good spot to go after spending the day touring the falls region. Our waitress was fantastic and made the meal special.
Great views and delicious food.
We had a lovely dining experience for a special anniversary! The staff was very attentive and did everything to make our evening memorable. Would definitely recommend it!
We had a very nice dinner at the Red Coach Inn. The nicest part was the excellent service. We would be happy to go back again!
The food was outstanding and we had the best service imaginable.
I asked them via phone to put a rose on the table for my wife as it was our anniversary and they
had it there and my wife was quit excited about it.
Also I want to say the if you ever want a place to stay in Niagara Falls this is it. Walking distance
to the falls and other activities and the rooms are great. We will go again.
Food was okay, the lobster tail was over cooked and I had requested no peppers on my steak and they were on it.
Excellent food great and we had a wonderful experience
The food was pretty good, but the service was slow. They also messed up my partner's meal multiple times. I will say that the service staff was very nice. They took the meal back both times without complaint, and ultimately ended up taking the meal, and another item, off of our bill for the night.
Good service. Large portions at reasonable cost. Limited wine choices.
The Red Coach Inn was wonderful! It has a view of the rapids above the falls. The service was excellent and the food was too. Don’t skip dessert!
Really enjoyed dinner here on our one day trip to Niagara Falls! As vegetarians, we sometimes have trouble finding good options. The pear salad and the blueberry salad were both very good. The two pasta options were very tasty although we like more pasta in our dinners. Never enough pasta! Mary and Gabby did an excellent job of providing service. Great night.
We traveled from Ohio the service was amazing and the food portion was large and good. Definitely worth going.
Good was great. Very wasn’t and charming. A little dusting and cleaning wouldnt hurt.
Great food and professional service. This is the best place we ate during our visit to Niagara Falls. We will be back.
Service was fabulous as was the coconut and almond shrimp appetizer. I would encourage a glass of white sangria or two.
Very good and exceptional service. Shaun was very courteous and made our dinner memorable with his exceptional service.
Great food ! Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Our waitress Sarah was wonderful! We will be back when we visit again !
After a very long day, the restaurant at the Red Coach in was like a soothing respite. With its old world charm, I imagined decades of newly weds passing through their doors.
The waitstaff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Everything was good - but I especially recommend the poached pear salad with goat cheese, dried cranberries and a fig balsamic reduction. It was out of this word. The strawberry butter with the home made Italian bread was also delightful. Will definitely go back.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner the other night. Went in late May on a Wednesday night so we weren't fighting the high season crowds. Had the Mediterranean Plate for an appetizer and loved it. A really nice blend of flavors that kept you going back for more. We then split a Surf n Turf and enjoyed that as well. The filet was done nicely to medium rare and you can never go wrong with a lobster tail. I really enjoyed the flavor of the herb roasted potatoes. Took a slice of chocolate cake and raspberry cheesecake home for later and they were quite decadent. We've visited this restaurant 3 times now and have had good experiences each time. Had a view of the raging rapids on the river so that didn't hurt either. Very pleasant, attentive staff. One complaint would be food temperature, the steak and tail weren't piping hot but loved the flavors. Will be back.
Service was excellent however the food we ordered was not cooked to specification. Two in our group ordered medium rare steak and got well done and my steak was burned. We didn't want to interrupt the flow of our celebration so we just ate the items. Our server was wonderful.
We arrived and were seated promptly. The wait staff were good, but the main waitress did not know the drink menu well. The French onion soup was worth the visit. The entrees were a bit disappointing. My husband and I had the French chicken with Risotto. The chicken was a basic Chicken Francaise, it was ok. The risotto was bland. Our son had the chicken parm, the tomato sauce looked dark and dried out. Go here for the charm of the building and the French Onion soup. The rest was unremarkable.
It was an amazing restaurant. The service was incredible and the food was delicious. It is definitely worth going to.
We had out of town guest - the traffic was heavy - we where late, the staff was wonderful. We had a table with a view of the rapids and the food was delicious!
Our company was excited and overwhelmed with the hospitality! Thank You Red Coach for a home run ....
The Red Coach Inn made for a delightful experience to end my Mother's Day celebration this year. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Our server, Sara, was a delight -- she was helpful, attentive, cheerful, and very kind and patient with our kids. Thanks for a great experience -- we will definitely be back soon!
Great food, we sat outside and loved being able to see the river RIGHT there. We ate dinner and then breakfast there. Food was good, my boyfriend had the salmon and it was amazing, would not really recommend the tilapia. Overall prices were reasonable, only a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. Their brunch and breakfast is TO DIE FOR! And very reasonably priced for the amount and quality of food that you get.
Everything from the greeting when we walking in was great. Emma was a fantastic server and was so attentive. The food was phenomenal and way quicker than I thought! We loved this place!!!
Ate there for breakfast and dinner, both times had very pleasant and tasty meals.
Restaurant décor was colonial which was very interesting. The menu selections were sufficient. I started with a shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were huge and the cocktail sauce was spicy. I ordered the cedar plank salmon. The entrée was excellent. I ordered the crème Brule for desert, which was fantastic. If you are ever in Niagara Falls make sure your dinner choices include the Red Coach Inn.
In town for business. Very nice ambiance and view of the river. Waitress was very nice and filled us in on some of the “haunting” lore we had heard about. Food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced.. Our group of five had a great time.
This is a very nice restaurant in Niagara Falls. It's well located facing the river rapids. Food is creative and tasty. The restaurant is located in a cozy and well kept Tudor mansion from the early 20th. century.
Service was prompt and courteous. I was expecting something different for my wife since we were celebrating her birthday, fact that was shared in advance through the reservation but besides a happy birthday greeting when we arrived no special deference was shown.
This is a place I will visit again if I ever come back to Niagara Falls.
Great service...excellent food. Close to the Niagara falls state park!
