Our dishes feature top quality seasonal and regional ingredients prepared in our kitchen and enhanced when paired with our wines. The Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday - Sunday 11am to 4pm and dinner from 4pm to 7pm. The maximum party we book a reservation for is up to 8 guests. Walk ins are welcome and will be placed on a wait list based on availability. The Restaurant is open in inclement weather and when it rains. Heaters are available in the winter, and misters and fans are on in the summer. We allow trained service animals only, sorry no pets.

    It has been years since I’ve dined here and my mom specifically requested this restaurant for her birthday. It was a great experience. We love the semi-outdoor seating but there is still shade/cold protection with a structure and heaters. The small touches like providing a basket for your purse is nice. We ordered a bottle of the Super Tuscan which I highly recommend. The food was delicious - notably was the persimmon, beet, burrata spinach salad. It was so good that we ordered two! We will definitely be back - this was worth the hour long drive.

    We had a beautiful meal for my husband's birthday. Beautiful location, awesome service and the food was amazing! Gorgeous location, excellent wine tasting and we joined the wine club. A perfect day!

    Ponte is a one of the first wineries I had pleasure to visit many years ego and I was happy to discover that nothing changed The place is simply beautiful and service is friendly and professional. I was satisfied with food ( mussels and halibut dish ) and I’m happy that they still serve delicious complementary bread with yummy sauce.

    I chose this restaurant to celebrate my 20 year anniversary, based on reviews. However, my experience was not as great as I wanted it to be. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli special, which did not taste good for over $30+. Furthermore, the presentation of the ravioli didn't meet her expectations for such a fancy restaurant. Moreover, it's disappointing when a dish fails to deliver the flavors and quality one would expect from a high-end restaurant. Regarding the atmosphere, the experience was further marred by the malfunctioning heater. It can be uncomfortable and inconvenient to dine outside without proper heating, especially during the evening when temperatures drop. This can greatly affect the overall enjoyment of the meal, like it did for my surprise dinner. On the positive side, the restaurant was understanding about my late arrival. It's important for establishments to accommodate their guests, particularly during special occasions, and it's good that they extended this courtesy to my wife and me.

    My husband and I had dinner here as we were staying at the Inn and we loved our evening! The spread served with the bread was so tasty and a great way to begin our dinner! We both got flights to fry wine and would recommend the same to anyone that was not able to attend a tasting at Ponte or Bottaia. For our entrees, we ordered the lobster ravioli (special) and the steak. That tarragon butter on the steak was such a highlight!

    As usual, Ponte was great!! Perfect wine country spot for late lunch / early dinner to entertain our East Coast guests. Most menu items were Gluten free. Our server checked with the chef to be sure our selections did not include other foods our guests had allergies to.

    Charcuterie platter best we have ever had. Amazing. Mark, our waiter, was top notch. Guitar player Buzz = perfect music for our dinner. Wine, ambience, everything wonderful.

    I’ve eaten here a number of times and have always enjoyed the food. This time, I ordered the fish and chips. I was a little disappointed. More batter than fish and the fries, thicker steak fries were just okay. I will return but just won’t have this meal again. Server was very pleasant and service excellent. Ambiance never disappoints.

    Having eaten at Ponte before with a favorable experience I felt confident booking for dinner, especially sine we were staying at the Inn and could walk over. We were celebrating our 44th anniversary so the lovely grounds made for a romantic setting. Boy was that a mistake!! Aside from the fact that we were seated at 6:30 and finished by 7:00, the food was not even average. We ordered the caesar salad to split and was very good. Unfortunately our mains arrived before we finished the salad. My husband's meal was ok but really just pot roast. My meal was advertised as bolognese but was pasta with browned meat. Not a scrap of sauce. The server apologized and brought me some marinara sauce so it wasn't completely dry. They did kindly bring us a happy anniversary dessert. I have spent more time eating a fast food meal on the run. Oh, and they don't serve cocktails! We did enjoy going to the cellar after dinner for drinks. That was a hidden gem.

    Very nice place to dine and you do not need to be over dressed. Not many chocolate items on the dessert menu and the one was not available. Would encourage management to look at that, additionally highly recommend pasta dishes be served with Parmesan cheese when brought to the table and not have to be asked for due to work load of the waiter. However the food was superb and the bread/scallion oil is out of this world. A very quaint and relaxed environment…a must if you are there!

    This restaurant never disappoints. We have been coming for years and each time is a new and wonderful experience. We had salmon cakes with arugula salad and shrimp pizza this time. They were delicious!

    The ambiance is excellent and romantic. The food was very bland, nothing exciting. The service was below average. The waitress was very polite but we felt like we were forgotten. I wouldn’t recommend this place for dining.

    Ponte is a solid choice for an al fresco meal in the wineries of Temecula. As others have noted, it’s a bit more expensive and slightly lower in quality as of late, but that is the same with just about every restaurant. I always love their wine country salad, but the greens looked just ever so a little bit past their prime and little less goat cheese than years ago, but still very good. The au jus is standard enough. The staff really tried to be welcoming and provide good service, and the setting is lovely.

    Ordered two beef dishes, both overcooked. They acknowledged it and wanted to prep another but we had to catch a show so didn’t have time. Bread and wine were good. Service was inconsistent.

    I loved that you could choose 6 wines for your tasting! I did the tasting, while my hubs got a glass of red. We ended up buying a white (Vermentino) since it was cool and refreshing for the hot weather when we went. And we opened the bottle to enjoy with our dinner at the restaurant later in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, letting us dine a half hour earlier than our scheduled reservations. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they comped us a delicious ice cream dessert. A perfect ending to a perfect visit at Ponte Winery and Restaurant! The gardens, vineyards, and ponds at the winery and adjoining hotel were all beautiful to see!
