Burgers and Brew night an outstanding value. Considering the times we are in, great
I ordered a turkey burger and it had two patties - too much.
And a large pile of fries which I could not eat.
The food was fine, but the quantity was too much.
I would rather have less food and less waste.
Have a fantastic brunch with my honey. Food was hot/ excellent choices.
Waitress was wonderful. Food selection was very disappointing, I ended up ordering an egg and spinach omelette as there was no egg selection provided at the buffet. Omelette was cold/room temperature. Not a lot of selection from the buffet line
Unfortunately was seated near the speakers and asked to have it turned down a bit but didn’t do it. Ambiance was great. Servers were good except had to ask twice for creamer for our coffee and tea. Beef tenderloins were overdone and chewy. Otherwise food was good. With nice variety and choices.
Amazing food and service. Sunday brunch is also a really good price for all that’s included. Will absolutely be going back!
Beautiful setting and a wonderful Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Went for our date night….very professional server…portions are too big! Cooke hungry….Roycroft is a very special place.
Terrific food, terrific service, beautiful setting!
Worst waitress ever. The busgirl was more attentive. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. It was 15 minutes before the server acknowledged us.
We have not been to the Roycroft in a long time for inside dining. In the past few years during the summer we have gone on Tuesdays for Burgers and Brews. Everything was great. Matthew provided great service, the fireplace kept us cozy and our food was delicious. We will be back soon.
Would recommend, always a great time at Roycroft!!
Always a pleasure to be given the royal treatment by the kitchen and wait staff at the Roycroft. The cuisine and service are above and beyond!
Absolutely terrific. Tuesday Hamburger special is well worth it. 100% recommend!!
Dinner was really good. The dining room is spectacular and sitting next to the fireplace was lovely.
We had the brunch buffet on Sunday. So many different food varieties for all diets. Even gluten free desert.
The Roycroft brunch was wonderful! The food was good with a large selection to enjoy. Service was excellent- attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Finally, the Roycroft has just stunning architecture all around you.
Celebrating the new year with friends and brunch!! had a nice table by the window, friendly waitress and the food choices were excellent. Had a very nice time.
There was a wide variety of food options on the buffet and everything I tried was delicious. The servers were attentive, the dining room had comfortable seating, soft classical music, and it was easy to have a conversation with the people at our table.
Great server! Very helpful and professional. Wonderful selections for New Years Eve. Each of us had a different choice and all were terrific! Thanks fir a nice evening.
Can’t wait to go back and are going to try the Sunday brunch
We had a wonderful time!!!
We had a 1 year old with us and the server brought her crackers and the hostess was gushing all over her and making her smile. The high chair was already at our table for us and the service was outstanding! We were put in the back corner of a dark room which we didn’t like. We went for the ambience and Christmas decorations and didn’t get to see anything nice. But in their defense I know they were spreading out tables due to Covid so we’ll still be returning next year!
Food and atmosphere were fantastic. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. We only saw our waiter 3-4 times throughout the evening. The bussers never cleared the table. After we were finished, it took 20 minutes to get the check, and once we gave our card, it took another 15 minutes for the server to return.
We have always enjoyed dining at the Roycroft. We had another pleasant dinner between Christmas and New Years Eve, with outstanding service from our server in a warm cozy dining room.
My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Filet entrée and wine, as it was cooked perfectly and presented on the plate nicely. I ordered the Rack of Lamb, which caught my eye, even though I have a love/hate relationship with lamb. I unfortunately ordered it to the wrong temperature and kicked myself for the wrong choice. This was not the Chef's issue, it was my direction on the preparation.
The menu seemed pared down from previous visits, likely due to Covid, and there were no entrée specials, just the soup du jour. I would have liked to have seen a different dish as an option.
We will return again soon and I'll go with one of my regular favorites and be more conservative with my meat selection and temperature. Roycroft is still a prime restaurant for a fine meal/evening.
service was slow but understand short staffed-food was okay.
Our waitress had some strong perfume on and you could smell body odor, we took our meal home
Food was not great, slow and over priced. The venue is beautiful.
Service was excellent, food was amazing. If you like pierogis, highly recommend their appetizer. We all had the filet, it was cooked as requested and very flavorful. We were celebrating a special birthday and were all treated to champagne, and ice cream sundae for the birthday girl. Wonderful experience.
The process to make reservations through Open Table was easy. That began a truly wonderful experience. Our reservation was ready so we were seated promptly and service began within seconds of being seated. The food was amazing, steaks cooked perfectly. The service was impeccable... highly recommend!
The food was cold on the buffet and not worth 45.00 per person. The service and ambiance was good.
Amazing Christmas brunch with the family! Food selection was great, decor was fabulous and service was just unbelievable!! Thanks Roycroft staff who worked so hard today and made everything special for us to enjoy!! We will be making it a Christmas tradition!!
What a wonderful, special & memorable way to spend Christmas morning with family. The Roycroft Inn’s architecture is naturally & perfectly designed for Christmas. The brunch was delicious and the service excellent! We were blessed to celebrate our Christmas meal together there.
Tables were spaced far apart and the ceilings in Hubbard Hall are very tall. I liked that they care to try during Covid to do the best they can to keep all safe.
It was a wonderful evening for Christmas Eve dinner. Plan on going there next year. Everything was great
We made reservations for the 23rd of Dec. for 8:00. We arrived at 7:00 to have a leisurely drink in the lounge listening to the live music that was advertised on the website for the 23rd. There wasn’t any music, and when we asked what happened to the entertainment, we were told by the hostess that there was a wedding party of 120 people, so we would surely be able to hear their music. I am sure the restaurant knew there would be a wedding that night, and that the live music in the lounge would not happen. Fortunately, there was a table available at 7:15, and we were seated. Unfortunately, we were sandwiched in between far too many tables for a pandemic, and the room had crying children and kids going back and forth. We were seated at a tiny table near the entrance to the room . Our service was good up until our dinner was served, and then our waitress seemed to forget we were there. We waited a very long time to order coffee, and had to find someone who would find our waitress to do so. Our dinner food was good, but certainly not worth what we paid for it. With the staffing shortage that all restaurants are experiencing, we feel that the restaurant should not have accepted the number of reservations that were packed into the dinning room, especially when they were serving a wedding party of 120 people. It seemed that making money was the restaurants only objective- not the quality of service given to the customers. The only reason we chose the 23rd was because of the live entertainment in the lounge beforehand. We thought it would be a great way to get into the Christmas spirit. Had we known there was a wedding that night, we never would have chosen that evening. And we certainly didn’t need to be told that we could listen to the wedding music. Overall, we were very disappointed in our evening and will not be returning. Especially sad, was that the evening was a Christmas present that we gave to our guest who accompanied us.
Wonderful meal in a charming, warm setting. Highly recommended.
Fantastic Christmas lunch with my mom and sister! Great food great ambience!
The Roycroft is a spectacular place to stay, and to dine!! Excellent food, superior service; from the bus staff to the servers to the host/hostess, they know how to take care of their patrons!!!
I can't wait to go back!!!
Food was outstanding. The bisque was one of the best in town.
