   This place is amazing! The pork belly was phenomenal! These may have been the best mashed potatoes we’ve ever had!! The collard greens were so salty and delicious. Drinks were fire, Yes Please was one of my favorite!

   Food was delicious. Our waiter as super helpful and friendly. He made some great suggestions that we all enjoyed. The burnt ends were amazing! Deviled eggs were great too! A few of us had the blackened redfish, which was fantastic. One had the beef shoulder, also gave it rave reviews. One of us had the wagyu burger that he said was great and he would order it again. We finished with the beignets, highly recommend!! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

    Dinner for the first time last night. Was absolutely awesome. We arrived a little before our reservation at 5, and our table for 4 was changed by us on site to a 5 top. No problem, the staff was very accommodating. Sat immediately. The waiter (i wish i remembered his name) was awesome water at the table immediately. He left us to look at the menu for no more than 5 minutes. We made it to happy hour, and he was very quick to point out the amazing options. The table got Brussel Sprouts, Deviled Eggs, and the fat fries. All were at the table within 5 minutes of ordering. The Brussels and eggs were a crowed favorite. Everyone loved their meals. I personally ordered the filet. Chef's normally recommend medium. I suggested I wanted no more than medium it was perfect. I also had the Raspberry Mule. SCRUMPTIOUS. As parents of multiple kids, we rarely get a date nightn and this was definitely worth it

    Salty Sow did not disappoint at all. We made a reservation was seated on time, service was great. We enjoy their happy hour specials and their happy hour drinks which are so delicious. The chicken, catfish tacos and Brussels sprouts are our faves. The little Larry drinks are delicious and hit the spot for sure. E enjoy the food and drinks and will return.

    The service is top notch as is the food. My husband and I really enjoy the charcuterie board and crispy Brussels sprouts. The only disappointing thing is how small the cocktails are. The majority of the glass is taken up by a huge block of ice.

    We were expecting that it leans to a meat heavy menu, but as a vegetarian in the group, for us to return, a couple more vegetarian choices should be added. The service was exemplary, perfect level of attention without any hovering or intrusion. The food quality was mixed. From the group: pot roast was perfect, brussel sprouts and salad were great. The fish special wasn't so special and $2.50 for a small uninteresting biscuit was disappointing. A bit loud for quality conversation. We would recommend to friends but with some caveats.

    Great evening at the Salty Sow as we celebrate our daughter’s graduation this weekend. Love the deviled eggs! Tacos, carnitas and chicken entrees were perfect. And the Bananas Foster Beignets? Wow! Scott was the best server ever. Thank you for a memorable evening.

    We've been going to the salty South for years and I personally always get the cheeseburger. However I was not happy with our server. It seemed like he was annoyed by some of our questions. When someone asks for a drink when he first approaches he basically told us in so many words I'll get that when I come back in a few minutes. The impression I got was he was annoyed by us being there. I tipped 20% but if I realized I could have adjusted it down I would have. I saw that option later.

    Wahoo was super dry and beef cheeks over mashers was swimming in Wasabi. Not great. The beef was very good. The chicken liver mousse and fries were wonderful!

    The food was delicious, as usual, but the server wasn’t knowledgeable of the menu. She hadn’t tried the items we asked about. It was very loud inside, and it smelled strongly of BBQ smoke.

    I remember the Salty Sow in Phoenix and loved it and it was my regular place. As I was in Austin for work it was amazing to see they were still around and perfect for a businesses dinner. Food and drinks were amazing and as I remember them. Staff was outstanding super friendly and attentive. Overall just amazing evening.
