   My husband had the seafood tower for 2-and since I have a shelfish only allergy and indicated this-the chef created a two teir tower so that I can sample the non shelfish items-thank you so much, and my husband completely loved the entire tower. I had the 18oz bone in rib with truffle mustard butter. This is about the best tasting and best prepared steak I've ever had and the butter-was the pefect compliment-I would like to boxes of these butter pucks. This was our 2nd visit in 30 days-we visit from Kemptville. The drinks are fun and delicous we loved our experience. See you again soon!

   Everything was fabulous! Celebrated my husband Birthday. The service was amazing. Birjan was excellent. He was very attentive the whole time serving us. The food was excellent as well. Never disappointing. Very consistent. We love coming to The Shore Club. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

   Not my first time at this restaurant and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the food. However, on this occasion the food was not up to its usual standards. Not sure if there’s a new chef, but the pasta did not taste the same and the chicken was dry. That being said, this will not deter me from returning to try again. Lovely ambience and professional service.

   Excellent restaurant but the cost would prevent my return. For the price I think bread should be offered at no cost. Little extras such as amuse bouche between dishes should be offered as well for the class of restaurant. I would recommend to friends as a once a year trip or for a very special event.

   Made for a very special evening. Flavours were fantastic and our server was excellent. Would not list as business casual as there were people quite underdressed. Fine with me but suggest not listing a dress code. The sides are almost too generous for two people. 😁

    THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, SO WAS THE SERVICE. THE AMBIANCE IS PERFECT, BUT A LITTLE SOFT MUSIC COULD HELP HIDE THE LOUD CLIENTS. AS THEY ARE NOW EVERYWHERE!

    Seats are not comfortable in the lounge to eat or drink. Chairs are too low and tables too small when side dishes have to be ordered also to complete your meal. It was also very warm in the restaurant. Not comfortable. Will not be returning anytime soon. Staff were friendly.

    What an incredible night! Valet service with Jacob was on point and top notch. Our server Allison was outstanding !!!! We were greeted instantly and informed about the details of the menu and the highlights of the Shore Club fan favourites. EVERYTHING we ordered with Allison’s recommendations, was superb. Roasted chicken- Halibut, talk about melt in your mouth with flavour. Cocktails on point - coconut cream pie out of this world! We were delighted when the manager came over for a table check and spoke with us. Warm, inviting atmosphere that we cannot wait to visit again! Cheers A&S

    Great evening, Bob and other serving staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was great except that my sirloin steak was tough. I didn't want a refund, just wanted the kitchen staff to be aware. The Shore club is one of our top 3 restaurants in Ottawa.

    Cocktails were uninspired, food was mediocre (and the kitchen forgot to finish my entree, so it had to be sent back so the kitchen could finish it properly), service was lacking. We will not return. Very disappointing.

    As usual our outing was fantastic. The service and the food were great. The service from our Alberta connection was A1 as usual, she always makes us feel as though we are the only ones there! The busboys helping her were very efficient and polite. Our whole eating experience made Valentines day even better! See you again soon.

    Lobster was cold no garlic in the butter for lobster..potatoes were plain yuk..the steak was ok I had way better..this place is way overpriced..I paid almost 500...for me and wife...plus tip of course..it was a hassle getting to the place being downtown and all....would not recommend to my friends...the keg and red lobster are better for example...and way cheaper

    We really enjoyed our St-Valentine's dinner - the only question mark for us was the quantity included in the Seared Prawns and Scallops selection - we thought there were too few of each for the price.

    I can only say that it was "Okay". I was expecting more overall but I would say it came up short. The hostess/reception seemed a bit disorganized. Our waiter was great and tried to accommodate one of the steaks being clearly overcooked. There are better places to eat by all measures.

    In addition to the food taking an hour from order to table delivery for a 1 hour business lunch, my salad was soaking wet with dressing and lacked any interesting features. It reminded me of a salad my mom made in the 70's when kraft salad dressing was a novelty. The service for food was slow, though they didn't miss an opportunity to keep the pricy sparkling water flowing - the oldest trick of the trade.

    The food was good and I love the room. The chairs in the lounge are way too low and soft. I felt like I needed a booster seat. I love coming here for the oysters and martinis. If you arrive at happy hour it is a bonus!

    The food was excellent, and the service was wonderful. Didn't feel rushed, and our server had great timing... He seemed to appear at the right time without hovering. Definitely recommend.
