    We made a reservation for 7:45 pm and arrived on time. We were seated and when our server eventually came over he informed us that the kitchen would be closing in 6 minutes! We quickly made menu selections and placed our order. At the end of the meal we were informed he could not offer us dessert and brought the bill. We essentially let ourselves out of the restaurant because no employees were around to see us out. Admittedly it was the eve of Thanksgiving but if you take a reservation you should service the customers.

    The crab bisque was great but the crab and sausage creole tasted like the sauce came out of a can. Very bland. Shrimp tacos were good

    We had a delicious meal at The Shrimp Factory on our last night in town. My husband had the low country boil and I had peel and eat shrimp which I paired with a side of asparagus. We split a side of mac and cheese. Delicious all around!!!

    Our server, Ross, was very attentive, efficient, helpful and friendly which of course ,ales or breaks a restaurant experience. We are happy to say that the food did not disappoint either. The shrimp were huge and cooked to perfection and the fried oysters were good as well. I hate slimy oysters and these were not. The fried green tomatoes were yummy and the pimento cheese was a good accompaniment. We are hoping to go back again before we leave Savannah next week.

    Visited for my birthday. No wait for seating at dinner time. Waitress was very nice and explained the food choices. Food arrived quickly and was prepared as ordered. Portion sizes were large. Would recommend if you want seafood at reasonable prices. Will visit again.

    The food was good. We visited for a Saturday dinner. Our salads and appetizers came out with our dinners.so we wolfed down our salads and fried green tomatoes to get to our entrees before they got cold. The chicken Alfredo was good, as was the shrimp tacos. One member said f our party ordered an ic d tea and sat with an empty glass for a long time Afger he finished his meal the waitress asked if he would like he tea refilled. He said no and that he was now finished with his meal. She refilled it.

    Lovely server in Kalen but somehow our order got messed up and we waited quite a bit longer. It’s a special celebration for my sister and we did not like our first table so we declined it and had to wait probably five minutes. The restaurant was not busy. Make sure you get the coupon from the local map for a delicious free shrimp appetizer. We shared a peach cobbler and it was delicious. I think the place could use a general cleaning, but the food was very good.

    Went inside the restaurant and the staff didn’t really want to acknowledge us, and mentioned that they were about to close “in a few minutes” an hour before they closed. I told them that I made a reservation and pointed to my name on their tablet. After being seated our waitress came over and asked us for our drink selection but stop mid table to scream over us and tell the hostess to turn down the music. Just very unprofessional. The firecracker shrimp and fried green tomatoes were really good. Prices are not worth it for the overall experience.

    The food was fantastic and so were the drinks. Our server was attentive and very friendly. We had a reservation but we were really early. They were able to seat us quickly. We will go back there the next time we are in Savannah.

    Bar was great service and great drinks. Service for dinner started out good, however,we asked for our salads first and they came with our meal. I wanted Parmesan for my lobster shrimp pasta but he never checked on us at all. Food was fine but a bit bland the broccoli that my husband got was way over cooked.

    Our server was amazing . Forgot her name but she has the brow short hair. Fun & knowledgeable. She made our visit so much better. We had fun. Visiting from Canada & Memphis. Loved the fried green tomatoes. They were amazing. I had the shrimp & lobster fettuccine. My boyfriend had the shrimp po boy. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend it.

    Service was amazing! Our server was Kayla and she was awesome!! Actually spoke to the chef... he is a great chef and very personable. The food, drinks and staff were wonderful. We will definitely go back.

    I was pleased with the food and the service. Everything was great! We had a small mixup at first upon arrival. Once we were seated no one came to our table to help us. But once we informed the staff. The manager himself saw that my wife and I were taken care of! From there the experience was very good! I would definitely visit this place again, and recommend it as well!!!!
