   Came here for an early anniversary dinner. We were one of the first parties to arrive and was told we could get a table with a view. The maitre de ended up giving us a table stuffed in a corner and we thought we couldn't have a better window seat because they were for parties of 4. Problem is that all the people she sat in the nicer window seats after we arrived were for parties of 2!!! No idea why she didn't offer us a better seat when we even requested it early online already. Lamb Shank and brussel sprouts were amazing but the seafood spaghetti had rancid clams / mussels in it. We couldn't eat some of the clams / mussels and the dish was $42! The servers were amazing but the bathroom was so eco friendly I've had better toilet paper in government parks. They also didn't bother to put the toilet paper in the dispenser! You had to unravel it with both hands.

   For the price you pay, the noise was a little too much. We were seated next to a table that was very loud. Beautiful place but the ambiance that day did not justify it. Food is okay. A little overpriced and the taste was nothing great. Presentation was more of a priority for the food that they serve.

   My favourite restaurant in Vancouver. Blessed to love so close to here. I highly recommend it especially during the summer months. Book at table about an house before sunset. Incredible views. Food is delicious and excellent quality

   Went here with my fiancee after having heard of it being a great place for a long time. Left disappointed. We had reservations and arrived accordingly, we were left standing and waiting at the front for a while before anyone even acknowledged us, and at that point the staff seemed to be scrambling to find and set up a table for us like they didn't remember we were coming in. Once seated, service was slow and continued to lack attention. The food wasn't anything to write home about either. The only good thing was the view of the sunset over the water on a beautiful evening. Which we could have caught and gone for dinner elsewhere. Overall, food was okay. Service left alot to be desired. Sunset was gorgeous.

   Thank goodness there are still restaurants of this quality and style in Vancouver. Covid has devastated many good restaurants in Vancouver and it is a struggle for many more to keep afloat. We have come here for special occasions over the years. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The view is enormous. The restaurant feels like a favourite, comfortable leather chair. You can relax and enjoy your friends, the food the wine and the ambiance. The menu options are wonderful and the delicious food is served hot and invitingly by observant staff. Yes, John still works here and within minutes feels like an old friend. We are already planning our next special occasion.

    We enjoyed outstanding food for brunch in a lovely setting with snowflakes falling outside. Friendly welcome and excellent service. This classy yet comfortable place will be a tradition every time we pass through Vancouver!

    Best lobster I’ve ever had; the special was lobster Benedict for 35CAD and it was served with the lobster tail on one side of the plate and the poached eggs on top of a baguette on the other side. Also served with fingerling potatoes and an arugula salad. I also ordered the Canadian coffee which was excellent.

    We are recently engaged and chose the Teahouse to try out the food and see the space as we were considering booking the restaurant for our future wedding. Food was great but the service was horrendous, once we received our food no one checked how the food was, nor did anyone stop to see if we wanted anything more to drink, our drinks were empty part way through our meal. Once we finished our meal we plated our cutlery and waited another 20 minutes before our waiter came back to our table, all he did was grab our plates without saying a word, not a oh how was it, or even oh would you like another drink as our drinks were empty now for well over 30 minutes. Another 10 minutes went by and he came back and asked if we wanted anything else. Very unprofessional for a restaurant of this caliber, we obviously opted for the bill. He was quick with the bill and due to the extremely poor service I tipped $5 on $92 to at least acknowledge the good food which I quickly shouldn't have as he obviously didn't like the tip amount as he tossed the receipt down on the table and walked off. Graham the server has tainted our impression of the Teahouse as to no longer consider the facility as an option for our wedding as we don't want to risk poor service at such an important event. Extremely disappointed.

    My first visit was wonderful! Damion was so great :) enjoyed the Dineout menu - the key lime pie was my favourite! Also big thank you for holding our reservation even though we arrived late.

    It doesn't really matter whether the food was perfect. The location and view are amazing, and the service is cultured. Menu offered something for everyone, we had an evening we'll remember.

    We went to teahouse for our 12th anniversary. Overall it was a very nice experience, however I believe I could take my wife to a nicer, more quiet and cozier place. The service was good and our waitress made sure we were taken care of at all time. Although I would suggest updating the uniforms of the personnel would give the place a bit of shine :) The food was delicious. Hats off to the chef. The place was very small and the tables were packed and squeezed into each other. Although we were two, our table size was still pretty small to fit-in things nicely on it. Given the price of the food, I was expecting a bit fancier, better looking dinning area. As I said a friendly place, nice manager and personnel. You should try it once but make sure you go there when there is enough light to enjoy the outside view, a bit.

    Outstanding! Our food was delicious and piping hot. Risotto, fresh stuffed pasta, green salad, and seared fish with flavourful sauces. The service was attentive and experienced. Can’t wait to return.

    The skylight in the conservatory was able to light up the room very nicely on an overcast day, there were screens I assume could pull over when it gets too sunny or too bright, the windows have a nice view over the water. The food was delicious, we had the brunch menu daily special and the price point was reasonable at ~$33 per dish. Our server Graham was kind and very knowledgeable, he also gave us a dessert when he found out it was my birthday which was a nice gesture
