    Everything about our experience was perfect. From bar staff to wait staff. Cuisine and presentation was amazing. Love the new location. If you haven’t tried it, GO! Many new creative menu items. Highly recommend for special celebration or simply weekend date night.

    From the moment we walked in the restaurant to the time we walked out we felt like the people who work there really love working there and more importantly they know and deliver customer service. Oh and the food was amazing!

    Alex and Alyssa are the best servers! Never have a dull moment when we’re there. Food was great, drinks were amazing, and the atmosphere was as incredible. Will be back, as always.

    We have always loved the UPH and the new location is amazing. Beautiful bar and dining area. Alex our server was extremely nice, helpful and efficient!! The mussels are better than we’ve ever enjoyed. Pork shank and red snapper with accompanying sides delicious!! Great wine list/cocktails and the cookie jar is so cute!! Don’t miss dining here, another fabulous Pensacola restaurant. Only negative was television in bar with loud outbursts from sport fans.

    Very poorly managed. Food quality has gone down since the last location, which was always consistent and good. Food was over salted and the burger was raw.

    My wife and I ate there for our anniversary. Dinner and drinks were outstanding. Strongly recommended the pork shank as well as pimento cheese pups and scotch egg for appetizers. I do wish they had perfect plain beer on tap. As a large open restaurant the noise level was a tad high but not annoying. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back.

    Wait staff was unclear on gluten and msg status of most dishes. "Grilled plums" on salad were never touched a grill. The ranch dressing was not on the salad and only provided upon request. Reservation asked about special occasion (anniversary) but nothing was done for it. I don't mind nothing being done, but if you ask... Been to Union Public House several times and loved every time other than last night. Kinda of a let down considering our previous visits were so good.

    Very good food along with great service in a nicely updated space. The appetizers, drinks and meal were delicious. Only thing that I did not care for was probably due more to personal taste as the potato’s that came with the crispy pork shank had a strong smoke flavor. Some love that however not for me. I would order the same dish again however substitute sides. The cookie jar dessert was fun and had a nice assortment however it would be a nice touch if they were fresh baked/warm. Over all tho we loved it and will return.

    This was my first visit to UPH since the move. Upon entering, it was very loud as noticed by me and my guest but we could carry on a conversation over the noise. Lighting was nice, atmosphere perfect. The waitress was friendly but not very attentive. We ordered the scotch eggs and mushroom bread for appetizers. The scotch eggs were delicious but the mushroom bread was not my favorite. We split the steak meal and it was very good. The menu has changed. I’m not completely sold on it. It wasn’t an over the top experience but may try again in the future.

    Our party of 4 all enjoyed the beet salad. Warning!! They are huge & delicious! The red fish, scallops, hanger steak & salmon were all beautifully plated & beyond delicious. I know this because we all shared bites. Our server was knowledgeable & attentive. We will be back for sure!!

    The food was super salty…. We were so afraid that if they change buildings that the food will change. We went twice. And it definitely changed. Service definitely changed the drinks. Definitely changed.

    We waited about 15 plus minutes for our drinks. Our app and dinner salad arrived before the drinks. My entree was spicy and was told only the 3 drops on the plate had spice. I returned my meal. The scallops in the plate were also not cooked throughly The pork shank was great. Cheese cake was bland and the crust fell apart (dry). My daughter coffee was cold. When I got the bill they based the tip on my returned meal. There was 3 entree with only 2 guest. Then they subtracted the scallops but still based the tip on the scallops. I only tipped on the food we ate. This was my daughters second time here and she was not feeling it. The server was nice, pleasant and attentive.

    Really great service and very fine food! Helpful with 2 grandchildren and cookie jar was a nice ending to delicious meals. Cocktails a bit expensive but well-done. Will go again!

    Server was nice and meant well but was too chatty and spent too much time at all of her tables. It caused us to wait almost 30 minutes for a diet coke. One of the meals took 1 hr 15 minutes to get to us (and it was a salad). Then the tuna on the salad was less cooked than requested so it had to go back. Our beet salads took about 40 minutes so we pretty much filled up on appetizers. The food was pretty good... but I don't think I would go there again. Arrived at 5 and left at 640. I have never been at a restaurant for so long. We had a show at 7. Fortunately, we gave ourselves plenty of time.

    We did NOT appreciate the music suddenly shifting from chill music to music that had vulgarities and that was turned up to a high volume. Probably a kid in the kitchen that did it, but I’m not going out to an expensive dinner (and we spent $300 for two) and having to listen to that. There was a family with two younger children who got up and left as soon as they could pay there bill so they didn’t have to continue having their children exposed to that. Some music is NOT dinner music. We were trapped until we could pay our bill. Our server, Matty, did take our complaint back and the music got turned down and changed. I’m not trying to be a grumpy old man, I listen to music that others would probably not appreciate either. However, in a public space that is clearly trying to promote a more upscale experience, that music last night of the 20th was not appreciated.

    Once again, an outstanding meal at UPH. The food was inventive and delicious, our server was excellent and attentive. This was our first time at the new location and I did miss the funky vibe of the old place but give me a little time and I’ll come around. The only downside that I could comment on was that it was a little loud. Maybe some thought could go into adding some sound absorbing deco. More Funk!
