    You are my favorite restaurant in Pensacola. I have driven to Pensacola for business for several years. I’ve always scheduled my trip on Fridays for lunch, Arugula Salad with Parmesan Cheese and Beef Carpaccio. I order it every time because it is the best thing meal I’ve ever had. Yesterday I brought 3 friends with me. They wanted come see what it was all about. Everyone ordered a starter and the Beef Carpaccio. After we were seated we finally had to find someone to wait on us. The service was very sub-par. The Beef Carpaccio was just ok as some of the condiments that make it wonderful were not on the beef. I was very disappointed with the experience. Hoping that maybe it was a staffing thing. I will be back. Your new digs are great! Sara

    We were a party of 8 and sat at the "chef's table." What a lovely exerience! Any restaurant confident enough to have an open kitchen always gets a nod from me. First off the service was top notch. Servers Peyton and Justine were very attentive and helpful with suggestions. We started with the chef's choice charcuterie board and the pork rinds. EVERYONE loved their meal choices, which included: tuna tartare, arugula salad, beet salad, pork shank, hangar steak, and crispy skin salmon. The new digs at UPH were a wonderful upgrade! Congratulations, Blake! And thanks to you and Nate for making our evening a true pleasure. Can't wait to go back (In fact, I was so impressed, I went back for lunch the next day to experience their outdoor seating, which is lovely!) Go!

    Had a reservation, asked for booth but was told they would have to change a bunch of other reservations, but then another woman did the same and they gave them the booth. The brisket open face had very dry meat like it was sitting in the window a while. The pamento puffs were good though,

    Was seated and never greeted by a server in 15 minutes. Even went up to the hostess stand, she at least got us water. Waited 8 more minutes then left. Had a great dinner at Iron.

    Quail dish with dirty rice and beans was delicious as was the charcuterie board. Asian salad was nothing flashy, but tuna was good kale was fresh. and soy flavored egg was great. It was missing the seaweed salad component though. Mixed drinks were average, lacking in distinct flavor esp. the Blackberry Fizz.

    Service was great. Menu was a little limited and Shrimp and grits is no longer available. Food was a bit different with some very different seasoning choices. Not for my taste overall. Watermelon Margarita was just plane weird and not what you would expect it taste like. I'm not knocking the food it's just not to everyone's liking. The seafood corn dogs and pork skins where excellent in my opinion, Scottish egg was good also but the scallops are served and a non complimentary bed of greens that would have been better served with a pork dish. Overall a good dinning experience I would recommend if your looking for something different.

    Never fails! The new location has some small growing pains, but nothing too crazy! I got a bottle of wine that said $10 glass, $17 bottle on the menu, and was then charged $36 for it. When I asked, the very kind waitress said oh that's definitely a typo on the menu but we will still give it to you for $17!! Reservations are so easy to make online, ours were at 6:45 and we were early and were seated by 6:40 too!

    This is my favorite restaurant! The food is always consistently good (and I’m hard to please) and I love the new place. The only thing I would add is it was a little bit loud however, it didn’t stop us from enjoying conversation and our meal.

    First time at the new digs! The space is handsome and well designed. Our server (Fuong I think) was very polite when half our party (my husband) was very late. He gave excellent recommendations. Food came out very quickly and was hot and delicious! I was thinking about how delicious and well run it all was then remembered this isn’t new and they all know what they are doing. We had a fabulous experience. Thanks!

    Service was top notch. Madelyn (sp?) was really attentive. Pimento Pups hit the spot. Sweet & Spicy! Shrimp & Grouper corn dog was merely adequate. The Nashville Hot chicken was delicious, but overcooked. Fries were soggy. My friend's Brisket was really excellent. Our 2 ladies each had the cornmeal crusted shrimp salad. Greens & dressing we're tastefully done, shrimp was way over-cornmealed. A light dusting would've sufficed. We like the new location. Nicely finished with some of the old UPH vibe.

    This was our 1st time ever visiting this establishment; to include the last location. We looked at the menu online to know what we wanted when we get there. Well upon arriving the ambience is really nice, I just hate that it has a high noise level (no fault on the restaurant). Our disappointment came when we sat down and looked at the menu. Everything we wanted, outside of the meet and cheese board, was either out or taken off the menu. The server did an amazing job with trying to find suitable substitutes. Hopefully they get around to making their menu online matches to what they are serving in the restaurant. So if you go, I recommend not looking at the menu ahead of time and just be “surprised” when you get there.

    Meal and cocktails very good. Not sold on the new layout-busy, loud, people queuing inside next to seated guests and service was not the norm. Already miss the vibe of the old place. Been going for years, hope they sort things out.
