Amazing dinner. Beef tenderloin delicious, chicken tasty but jalapeño taste could have been stronger. Banana Dessert was huge & so tasty. Accommodated allergies. Staff were great & Made our anniversary very special!

From the moment I phoned a few days earlier to modify my reservation, to the hostess, to the staff who brought me the bread basket and the food, service was impeccable. Kudos to Fairmont for training their staff exceedingly well. They were friendly, polite, efficient, and most of all very professional. They addressed me by my name. However, I can’t say this about my server, the one who took my order. He was a bit rushed and disheveled, even though the restaurant was mostly empty and he was only serving three tables of two each with staggered arrival times. In comparison to every other person I encountered, he was a bit of a disappointment. My halibut was delicious. I loved the sear on it so it was crunchy around the outside but soft in the middle. And the bed of kale mushrooms and squid it sat upon was very nice. The dessert menu looked very appealing. Sometimes I look at dessert menus, and there’s nothing that sounds good. But every item in the dessert menu caught my fancy. But sadly, I was too full and was dining alone so there was no one for me to share a dessert with. Although the restaurant was very quiet and empty, there was a celebration (wedding?) going on on the other side of the partition. And boy it got loud. That was unfortunate because a peaceful meal was punctuated by the clanging of glasses, loud laughter, and whooping cheers. I did have lovely breakfast there this morning, though. Peaceful and again great service. The avocado toast with poached eggs was delicious. And the foam on my flat white was perfect.

Beyond Expectations for: 1) Quality of food 2) Table Service 3) A distinguished tribute to the Chef for accomodating the switch out of the mashed potatoes for the gnocch in a main course without hesitation- Bravo.

Love this restaurant so much! The dinner options are amazing! I love veggies and could just fill up on the various delectable concoctions (cant decide if my fav is the Octopus Salad or the Beet Salad with Gazpacho dressing... so good!). If you are a meat lover, have no fear, roast chicken to steaks, they have many options that are delicious! Excellent wine choices, tasty cocktails, beautiful setting, along with excellent service all combine to make this a personal favorite. And if you are looking for an excellent breakfast for a great value, check out the breakfast buffet. The young man doing omelets makes a lovely fluffy and perfectly cooked omelet! (Lots of pastries, meats, fruits and other choices as well).

Great experience. Fine dining with excellent wine list. Server was great. My wife had the lemon meringue martini and loved it. We were guests at the Fairmont but were told some locals do frequent the restaurant

Excellent choice for dinner with my gluten and dairy allergies. Our soup, salad and desserts were amazing. The entrees were a little disappointing for the price point but otherwise a delightful evening!
