Great service and ambience. Food was pretty good (striploin was a bit tough but everything else was great. My wife’s tenderloin was excellent so probably just bad luck on the strip). Martinis were superb. A nice night out.

Team originally brought the wrong dessert
Wine cellar : was missing simplest bottle

The service is really pulling up the rating

We go here regularly for the Turkey dinner on Thanksgiving. The service is always very good. Food is good and selection is decent.

Alysha at the Wildflower was an amazing waitress. She truly delivered everything our unique table had in mind for our two birthday celebrations: amazing gourmet vegetarian friendly options, perfect intimate seating, and beautiful ambiance. Helpful service and beyond wonderful information was a special touch.

Wonderful evening. Service was truly impeccable. Food was beyond amazing. Cocktails and wine were flawless. We had the beef carpaccio, lamb and sirloin. To top it off our server made a special embellishment to the dessert for my birthday.

Absolutely wonderful service. Great restaurant in an iconic Whistler location (The Fairmont Chateau Hotel). Food was excellent. My wife and I were extremely happy. We were celebrating our 1st Anniversary. We will visit this restaurant on our next trip to Whistler.

Fantastic place for intimate meal. First class service, great food, and a restaurant where the music isn't turned up to 11. Make this a stop in Whistler. You won't be disappointed!

Wow! Made the reservation with OpenTable on Aug. 16, 2018 and when we arrived we were greeted by name before we even had a chance to say who we were. The host made some delicious recommendations and even seated us to a better table that became available after we were already seated. The waiter was also very accommodating and made our experience extremely enjoyable!

Delicious food and great service. We were in town for Ironman Canada l. Had the soup of the day cauliflower and roasted pear which was so good. We originally split a bowl and then ordered another one. My husband had the choppino which he said was the best he has ever had. I enjoyed the wildflower old fashioned cocktail and the scallops.

We came to the Wildflower for my husband's 40th birthday for a quiet evening. The staff at Wildflower were so thoughtful and really strived to make it a special evening for us both. The wait staff were so polite and cordial, and I think everyone (I mean everyone!) stopped to wish him a happy birthday. We were impressed by the special touches made by the staff-- a complimentary course with the market special, and when we were too full for dessert (and got it to go), a sweet candle drawn on the box for us. This was a delightful experience we won't soon forget.

Our server and the front of house host were great. One note - I just wish someone explained the dishes we were eating as they came out - other servers would bring our food but didn’t explain the dishes at all. For such a high end restaurant, you would think someone would explain the meals as they arrive

Amazing service and staff, drinks were on point, food was pretty disappointing, crab gnocci had almost no crab and tasted really bland, no flavor. Rabbit was ok but came with a mound of cold uncooked hard beans. Get better food at red lobster, maybe just what we ordered though.

Excellent food and service. Our server, Katie, was very attentive! Food was very delicious. We ordered a sablefish, a salmon, and 2 steaks! Would definitely come back again!

We were here to celebrate Father's Day and 40th wedding anniversary. It was a great experience sitting at the patio. The only downside was the scallops we ordered had quite a few rocks/sand bits in it. The waitress was kind enough to let us order something else which we asked for the pork chop instead. It was a smaller portion than usual. We know because our mother in law initially ordered the same thing. Oh well. All the food was cooked to perfection and well seasoned.

An epic gastronomic experience. Splendid. Attentive service and knowledgeable servers. The menu is superb, the flavours unexpected yet perfectly balanced. The rabbit was perfect: salty yet smooth, tender yet textured. The deserts are simply works of art, both to the eyes and the palate. The staff also went above and beyond and put together a special desert offering and champagne for us at the end of the meal, as we had come to celebrate 20 years of service of two coworkers. Overall, a wonderful experience. I will eagerly anticipate returning.

We booked this restaurant almost a week in advance for a special ‘last night in Whistler’ dinner and we were very much looking forward to the experience. Our hotel in the village dropped us off and in we went to the Fairmont at the appointed time. Imagine our surprise and dismay when we discovered that the restaurant was closed for the evening. No contact from the restaurant at all despite having our cell and email. How incredibly careless and rude. Did they not check the bookings for that evening or did they just decide to let us discover they were closed when we arrived? Then to make things worse the concierge booked us into Sidecut next door but when we went they were closed for a private function and had never heard of us. If Wildflower is as unprofessional and sloppy with their food as they are with guests then I guess we were lucky not to eat there. Thanks to them our last night in Whistler was ruined.

The presentations of most of the dishes we ordered were stunning with artfully arranged sauces and details. We took more food pictures than usual. Service was good until the restaurant filled up and then slowed down to a crawl. Most of our dishes were delicious, but the fish special looked better than it tasted - 5 star appearance, bland taste. The first dessert on the menu, the fancifully named Creakamus River Rock or something like that, was a gorgeous plate with blueberry sorbet, a kind of chocolate pudding, and all kinds of small details that looked like a picture from a natural setting.
