Tiara Restaurant - Queen's Landing Hotel
Food and atmosphere was great. As was the service. The only complaint we have is that we stared at the start of the meal that we had theatre tickets, reiterating it in the meal and asked for an early bill. The staff still didn’t manage the time right and we ended up being late for our show and had to wait in the lobby until the first break.
We would have expected that the staff could better manage the time, even without our feedback. Plus it wasn’t busy.
A wonderful experience. Great service and food.
We asked for a vegetarian pasta , but unfortunately it was salty and had too much sauce and only mushroom as vegetable ,way far from our Pasta from last year !
Service was excellent and the food was delicious. The strawberry, rhubarb white chocolate creme brulee was a fantastic why to cap off the meal.
Our group of four had a lovely meal before the theatre on a Friday night. We had to take a early reservation (5.45 p.m.) so the restaurant was not very busy and the service very attentive. We were treated to a selection of the fine wines from the previous evening wine tasting at very reasonable prices. The menu was extensive and the server very knowledgable. Allergies were acknowledged and accommodated. The Romaine decomposed Caesar Salad was outstanding and also the Beet Salad. Mains were also very good. And the shared creme brûlée was a lovely finish. Would recommend although prices were a little on the high side even for NOTL
Both the service and the food are great. Our server accommodated all our dietary and flavour requests.
This is a great place to dine. The food and service are fabulous. We have severe food allergies and they always accommodate our choices by modifying the dishes.
It was perfect! Great food and incredible staff. We had a fantastic time. I highly recommend it.
Excellent food, many choices, good selections for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. Attentive service, fairly priced, beautiful view of Niagara River.
Excellent customer service
Attention to details
Very respectful and engaging server
A lovely spot and classic views. Even though it was empty it took a while to get anyone to say hello but once seated the waiter was great. He tried to upsell a bit much as we just went there to relax after a weekend in the region (flat water to sparkling, come back for this/that event, stay with us next time, etc). The prices were appropriate. I would go back to check out the brunch if in town.
Seat was not super comfy for a long meal and room was a bit hot. Otherwise amazing food and service.
My girlfriends and I went for Sunday brunch to celebrate my birthday and our server, Arthur was great. The restaurant was busy but he was very attentive. I was given a birthday dessert and a rose. We’ll be back for sure!
Never a disappointment. This is my go to place with my mother and daughters. The fact that the staff remember us and truly treat us royally - and we’re not - makes the experience so joyful. And we always seem to have perfect weather when we have our date day with Gma! Thank you specifically to Jerry and Arthur. You guys make it so special. And of course, we’ll be back! Liza Z
It has been years since we visited the Tiara Restaurant and we were extremely disappointed in the food. It was not appealing to the eye not to taste. The seafood had a very strong smell to it and was unappetizing The service was impeccable!
My husband and I enjoyed our silver anniversary dinner at Tiara and it didn’t disappoint! Our server, Rudy, was personable and helpful, and the food was exquisite in presentation and flavor. We’ve traveled worldwide, and this was one of the finest dinners we’ve ever experienced! We will certainly return to Tiara!
Beautiful dinner and our server was very sweet! Would definitely recommend this place for the food, service and the view
One of the best restaurants in Niagara. I’m not a fan of buffets but the brunches here are cooked to perfection!! The chefs create amazing menus and the food is always being replaced with fresh selections!!
Amazing! We enjoyed it very much. There was a great selection of food and dessert. Great service, ambiance and view.
For $126 dollars one would expext food to be hot or at least warm.Sadly this was not the case for mothers day brunch. All the food except the omelets was cold, not very enjoyable. All in all very disappointing experience.Arthur, our waiter was excellent, cold food not his fault.Disappointing experience, will not return soon.
The meal my friend and I enjoyed was amazing. Presentation was out of this world. Our waiter Kevin was polite professional and attentive to our every need without interruptions. He took an interest in our plans while visiting Niagara-on-The-Lake without dominating the conversation.
Lovely dining room with beautiful views. We found the menu extremely limited.
They had one waiter that we could see
Dirty plates not his fault
Crepes were horrible
The food was excellent as always (the Tiara has always been one of mine and my wife's favorite restaurants). The waiter, Matthew, was excellent, I may even go so far as to say he was one of the best waiters we have ever been served by.
The problem is your prices. I have noticed a steady increase in the past few years, and the cost for our dining experience this past Monday was a "budget buster". We are senior citizens on a fixed income, and I am afraid we simply can no longer afford you. What a disappointment; we used to look forward to dining with you a few times per year. It may not happen again.
A wonderful place to celebrate any occasion or holiday. The menu is eclectic and the food great. Our server, Kevin, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and professional. He definitely enhanced our dining experience.
Food was above average, a good selection but not as good as previous years.
The food was out of this world! Ambiance, waiter, etc. were phenomenal!!
Fabulous and extensive Sunday brunch with lovely view
Excellent service our serever was so nice and personable
The food was delicious. Our server Gerry was outstanding.
The food was excellent. The chef is very accommodating with food allergies making it a wonderful dining experience. Our server Kevin was outstanding.
Friendly staff. Very clean environment
The restaurant has a beautiful setting with a view and unfortunately that is all you get for a very expensive dinning experience. The food is well below the chef type quality you should expect for the price.
Amazing service ... Arthur was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. He made our birthday brunch very special. Thank you
Really nice restaurant with a classy vibe. Food was really good and the service was extremely courteous, friendly, and pleasant.
We will definitely be back! The food quality was outstanding, I don’t think my husband and I have had a better meal. My husband said the steak was the best he had! The food was hot, flavorful and moist. I had the salmon for my main course and it was delicious. The flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sorbet was heaven!!!
We had an amazing server who was so attentive and polite and ensured we were well taken care of. He recommended a wine to us and it’s now our favourite wine! Hospitality was truly the focus and it showed!
The food was very tasty and cooked as requested. The server was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was nice for either a family or a couple...well done Tiara.
We had a reservation for 9:45, close to when breakfast ends and the food was extremely picked over and not fresh. I understand they close for a bit until brunch but if you’re taking reservations for later times you should have fresh food coming out. The pancakes and French toast were hard and cold, wasn’t much to choose from. Very disappointed as I have been for brunch many times and it’s always great, wouldn’t go back for breakfast.
We had a set menu and was very pleased at the choice of menu. Meal, drinks and service were excellent
Beautiful dining room. Excellent service. Food was pricey for what you got. A little too high in sodium in some dishes.
