    Gnocchi was baby mush. 6 dumplings that were obliterated.. it slipped through the tongs of my fork when I tried to pick it up. Cooked for either babies or elderly people with no teeth. Everything is outrageously overpriced for the quality. Go eat at Pellar for $200 where the food is phenomenal

    We had the very best server - Ede Ede was amazing and certainly knew the menu! We shared appetizers , main courses and gave that up when we got to dessert! Terrific day. Highly recommended by a colleague and I owe her a big thank you. Excellent .

    Our experience from the moment we drove up enjoying the beautiful flowers, walking through the hallways all the way to the restaurant was an experience to be remembered. The restaurant is beautiful, the art work enhances the natural beauty of the location. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. Our waitress was very nice in suggesting items to try on the menu. The food not not only truly delicious but lovely to look at. The Blackened fish tacos were so tasty with a hint of spice. My banana pie was spectacular to look at as well as delicious. We will absolutely be returning.

    We had the pickerel and the salmon. For both the presentation was beautiful. The fish and accompanying vegetables were prepared to perfection. The service was attentive. Rudy, our waiter was attentive and clearly enjoyed his work. The view of the harbor enhanced our experience.

    We are vegans that are used to having to make do with what is offered. However, at Tiara they have offerings for people with different dietary needs. That they make that accommodation explicit was appreciated. Beyond that the real point to recognize is the skill of the kitchen that gave us a very fine meal. We enjoyed the experience fully. M

    Unfortunately the restaurant was understaffed on my visit and it took about 15 min for a host to seat us despite having a reservation. Similarly the buffet was very picked over. Omelette station was tasty though, but did have a long wait. The restaurant is beautiful and staff were friendly though!

    Enrico is very knowledgeable about the wine and food pairing and Rudy made our dinner experience enjoyable. Scrumptious food and view were amazing. We all were satisfied with our chosen Entrées and the French touch on them were very delightful.

    We were seated outside and forgotten. We could see other tables getting friendly attentive service but we were somehow invisible . Finally the manager asked if our order was taken, he said he would take it. Our food came and my chicken wrap and french fries were very good, but my husband's pasta came without the chicken he had ordered. Our now server ordered it but by the time it came to the table, his pasta was eaten. Our water glasses didn't get refilled. The scenery was pretty but the service left a lot to be desired.

    We loved the Sunday Brunch and we will certainly be back again. The service was friendly and excellent. There was a great assortment of food to appeal to all tastes. The coffee was excellent. Highly recommend for an excellent brunch in Niagara.

    Our experience at Tiara Restaurant in Queen's Landing Hotel left much to be desired. Despite a reservation for an outdoor table, we were initially seated indoors. After questioning the staff, they did accommodate our original request and moved us outside, which was appreciated. Oddly enough, we discovered that the indoor and outdoor menus differed, and ironically, the indoor menu had better vegan options, including an eggplant dish that caught my partner's eye. Fortunately, upon request, they were willing to serve this dish outdoors. While these accommodations were commendable, the overall experience was lackluster, particularly considering the high cost. The food was merely passable, and the initial reservation mix-up left a sour taste. The restaurant seems more intent on its bottom line than guest satisfaction, making it a difficult place to recommend for a special evening out.

    Kali or server was wonderful, grate value for a lunch menu, the chef outdid himself, they definitely made our birthday lunch, the best part of the day. In our case 10 thumbs up! We can't wait for the next occasion :)

    We made a reservation for Sunday brunch for 10:30 a.m. not realizing that the restaurant closed at 11 a.m. to switch from breakfast to lunch. When we spoke to our server she said we were not the first to mention this issue. She asked if we wanted to leave and come back at 12. Not a great response. I don't mind paying$30 a person for breakfast buffet but I want to at least be able to be served my coffee before they close the doors to the food.

    Without exaggeration, this was the worst "fine dining" experience anyone in our foursome had ever had. First we sat in the bar for drinks. One person ordered rose sparkling; they were given a glass of regular rose wine. One person ordered a Manhattan that had so much vermouth they couldn't even drink it. Since we had already paid for our drinks, the waiter said wasn't anything he could do. At our table, dry vodka martinis were ordered. Again, there was so much vermouth one person couldn't drink theirs. And no olives because "the bar was out". At dinner, our waiter did his best, but had clearly not been well trained. He removed dirty cutlery from appetizer plates and dropped them on the tablecloth to be reused for the main. He didn't refill wine glasses or ask if people would like more water. He was friendly, but the service was not worth a $500 dinner bill. The food was absolutely terrible. The pork belly was extremely chewy and the seafood mélange was an unappealing mass of tasteless pieces. The brussels sprouts were soggy and overdone. For mains, the steak and accompanying sauce had no seasoning, not even salt it would seem. The vegetables, some of which weren't even recognizable, were completely overcooked. The duck gnocchi was completely inedible. No one in our group could figure out what had happened to the gnocchi itself. It was flat and mushy and fell apart when you lifted it up. Finally, we had to say something to the waiter, who brought back "crispy" gnocchi (since we said it was mushy). Again, we're not sure how they'd cooked it but it seemed like they'd fried them. We wondered if the gnocchi were actually tater tots - that's what the internal consistency was like - mashed potato. To apologize, we were offered free desserts. Unfortunately, they were equally disgusting. This was such a shame because there are so many excellent dining options in NOTL.

    Attended lunch for our 11 th wedding anniversary and have never been prior. The experience was spectacular with breath taking views and impeccable service. Unfortunately we were kind of wondering that even though we let them know in advance of our anniversary nothing special ( small dessert or complimentary beverage) was offered at all.
