Tiara Restaurant - Queen's Landing Hotel
Fantastic food & service! Beverly & Shelley were wonderful and made our dining experience extra special!
The food was out of this world.
Was not expecting the buffet but it was lovely. Our server Gerry was awesome, moving us to a table with a better view without being asked. There is nothing like enjoying a good meal, with good company and an awesome view on a cold February day.
Just had Sunday brunch with famiky. Overall excellent. Will definetly go again.
This a really good value buffet in a beautiful room with great service (Gerry - the perfect waiter).
The word to describe our experience was grandeur!
Felt like we were in a movie!
The atmosphere, the food and the service was fantastic!
Third times a charm! We just love Tiara! The menu was just perfect with something for everyone. My seafood appetizer was delicious and my tenderloin even better. My husbands lobster bisque was good but different than what I’m used to. But seriously the desserts were the best part of the evening. They are all made in house (so we were told) but it was very special for my husbands birthday. Thank you to Rose for your excellent service and special touches to help us celebrate.
One of the best restaurants we have been too. Very good food and excellent , proffesional service.
Good food value and very nice ambiance supplemented with good service.
This restaurant was lovely. Great atmosphere, great service, delicious dinner and desserts! I would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our time at the Queen's Landing. Everything was wonderful from check in to our room, the restaurant (food was delicious and portions were good and staff was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The rose at turn down was lovely
We will definitely come again.
Always great! We go there every time we are in Niagara-on-the-lake. Once in a while the service does not seem to match the class of Tiara, but is always acceptable.
Both dinner and next day breakfast were wonderful! Food selection and presentation beautiful and Wait Staff fantastic!
We had an excellent ‘get away’ night!
The food was well above average for anything you find in a hotel. I got the impression they felt they were more upscale than they really were but all was good. The seafood entrees were particularly well done yet the rib steak was somewhat thin, overcooked, and disappointing overall. The add on lobster tail was small but worth it. As first glance, the prices may seem a poor value but much of the fare at Niagara on the Lake is overpriced so that is just to be expected; in this way, Tiara's pricing seems on par.
As usual we had a lovely dinner on January 4 and were treated for the 7th consecutive year by our favourite server, Rose. The food is always beautifully presented and very tasty. This year the prices were definitely higher than in the past, but for a special occasion it was worth it.
The breakfast buffet was typical of most buffets, which was a little disappointing. Our server, Jerry, was delightful and attentive.
Looking forward to our return trip next January.
This is my fourth brunch here. We came last NY Day as well. This year I was not as impressed. The veg dishes weren't as tasty as previous times. I couldn't find ketchup or butter. However, the macarons were outstanding.
Excellent ambiance, wonderful food. Worth every penny.
We had a wonderful dinner in our server, Rose, was very professional and added to our great experience. Thank you.
Love, love, love!!! Been coming here for many years and have never once been disappointed!
We went for brunch after reading on Trip advisor how good it was there. I was disappointed. Many of the foods were over cooked and they didnt have many of the traditional items available for brunch (ie potatoes and sausages ) but rather had a hash that many people passed because it looked like mush.
I wasn’t the only person to notice as i heard others in the buffet line asking where those items were.
The restaurant itself is nice and we had a lovely view of waterfront.
I would try it for dinner, but would skip the buffet brunch in the future .
Excellent service (thanks to Gerry), great food, our prexmas tradition continues, wonderful venue for our family celebration once again.
We were there for Sunday brunch...…...Best brunch everrrr!!!...…..Not only the food but the level of service.
We went for our anniversary and were made to feel very welcome. The waiter (Arthur) hit all the right notes - from professional service to friendliness to knowledgeable about the food and wine. He even took our anniversary photos.
We shall return and recommend it to friends.
It was a great evening to celebrate my wife’s birthday and retirement. Rudy our server was really exceptional and the place was not busy at all. The food was very tasty and we really enjoyed the bottle of Niagara cab sav. An overall excellent experience so my thanks to all.
I took my friend there for her 75th. We were treated like royalty by Ric. Truly enjoyed our lunch,
Food was really good but the main course arrived cold, which is kind of unexpected for this price point.
We have been here many times and always had a very good experience. However, there was a wedding dinner going on and the restaurant was obviously understaffed. Drinks were very watered down,
dinner itself was excellent but the service was incredibly slow. Waiter was very busy. It was obviously the kitchen. Coffee was terrible - very watered down, like the drinks. We have been coming to Queen's Landing for 24 years and this was our first bad experience. We'll chalk it up to understaffing and a busy night this time. Christmas decor is outstanding.
Went with 7 people for Sunday brunch buffet. Had a great table by the window and was set up for our group in advance, so no table moving was necessary. Food was great, server (Albert I think?) was very friendly and quick with serving beverages and clearing plates. Huge variety of fresh food for breakfast choices and lunch style choices. Both hot and cold, and great juices and coffee. Dessert table was small yet had many great options.
Wonderful place for a nice breakfast or brunch. Beautiful view of the marina, bright and cozy ambience and wonderful staff and service. Exceptional breakfast buffet for just $20/pp.
Traveling thru Niagara, had dinner here. Food & service excellent. Spacious grand room decorated elegantly Although dated and not crazy noisy busy. Relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our time very much. The extra attention for the birthday was much appreciated. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and prompt.
The food was bland and disappointing. Appetizer and main were fine, but nothing special u would expect from a restaurant of its calibre and price range. Only the dessert saved the meal.
The Sommeliers evening was fantastic. Worth the drive, the eye-opening experience on food and wines, and educational. The atmosphere was very comfortable and staff helpful and dedicated.
Thank you.
We purchased a $70 bottle of wine only to find out later the retail price is less that $15.00. Highway robbery and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
The restaurant is beautiful, we sat by a lovely window overlooking the river. Our server Arthur was professional, friendly and attentive.
Wonderful Sunday brunch, a bit pricey $34 per person but exceptional food and service. Great view of the harbour in the beautiful Queens Landing Hotel.
Gerry our server was great!
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner so much. We were celebrating his birthday. He is a meat lover from Alberta. He said it was the nicest steak he had ever had. So well cooked. We had a lovely night. Our server was so friendly and efficient. We would love to go back again.
We had friends from out of town and they enjoyed the whole experience.
Great service form Kevin. Looked after all of our needs quickly.
We used open table to make a reservation because we could not reach the Tiara by phone. Therefore our service was via Rose instead of Rudy (whom we usually request) because we had no opportunity to specify. She proved to be just as reliable in guiding us through the excellent choices that the Tiara offers. My wife chose the lobster / pasta and I chose the lamb saddle. Preparation and presentation were great for both.
