                                                                            It’s hard to enjoy the ambience when everything else is so terrible. Service was slow, the food was borderline inedible, and the wait stay was not attentive at all. Our waitress was very nice, but that was about it. Would return for a drink and a sunset, but will not pay for this overpriced garbage when there are so many better options out there.

                                                                            We were greeted warmly and seated at a very nice table. Our server Melissa was delightful, attentive and very friendly. I had the herb crusted Salmon and it was delicious. My wife had the Tofu “scallops” and the flavor of the sauce was good, but the taste and texture of the Tofu was not great (not our personal preference), but then again, it was Tofo. The S’mores dessert was amazing!!! Manager Teddy visited our table and made us feel important. Overall a fabulous dinner.

                                                                            Hostess and server were super friendly and attentive; but, sadly it goes downhill from there. Salad tasted like dirt and had a bitter taste; the rigatoni pasta was bland and unimpressive. Maintenence man was walking around the restaurant looking for something to repair, I guess. Total dumpster fire of a restaurant.

                                                                            First, I will say our server was fantastic at Tidal. However, the food was mediocre at best. Mushy, gooey crab cakes that were over cooked outside and total mush inside. Disguising texture. Hard, stringy broccolini, sandy clam chowder, equivalent to jarred sauce in the Bolognese, okay flatbread, and okay tuna. The only redeeming dish was the salad. Do yourself a favor if you are staying at Paradise Point and take the time to go off island to a better local restaurant. Overpriced for what you get, and we sent some food back to get items that were just as bad, if not worse, than what we returned.

                                                                            Beautiful location and friendly service but decidedly mediocre food. I found this place by searching for $$$$ restaurants for my spouse’s birthday. Didn’t realize the steep price was more a function of the location and its primarily foreign tourist clientele than its menu. Ultimately a disappointment for a special occasion.

                                                                            Nice place but not what I expected. The restaurant kind of implies that it is more of a fine dining experience. In practice it’s more of a casual bar atmosphere. So yeah, loud music, loud young people drinking and being energetic, families on vacation with young and sometimes loud kids. Not the place for fine food and quiet conversation. On the other hand if you want to relax and have a fun casual meal by the water, this is your new home.

                                                                            Everything was amazing from the food, drinks, dessert, ambience and very friendly staff. My husband and I love this place. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there tonight and were not disappointed at all. I highly recommend this place. My husband and I would be back very soon. Thank you all from chef Eddie, the manager Teddy and our bartender (sorry I forgot your name but those drinks were so good). Please try a kiss from a rose. I had two lol.
