   We are frequent visitors of the restaurant. The salmon dinner was way too spicy...the manager came out to address our concerns, and offered another dish with less spice. But my wife was no longer hungry when the dish came out. We enjoyed the evening, but that was a disappointment.

   My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner date out. Booth seating was comfortable and food was good. Macadamia nut crusted Snapper was delicious! Husband enjoyed his cheeseburger.

    Came with my girls to celebrate a birthday, let me just say the desserts were unforgettable and our server Jafari absolutely made our experience so fun and memorable!! We even decided we wanted a more quiet area and without hesitation the hostess helped us get somewhere where we were outside with the heaters. Very accommodating. Thanks for a lovely experience.

    Went for my birthday, was not offered anything special for choosing Tommy Bahama…ie Appetizer, dessert or drink. Will not keep me from coming back, but would have been a nice touch.

    The ginger & cilantro Mahi Mahi was outstanding. So many flavors! My husband really enjoyed the baby back ribs. Also enjoyed listening to the guitarist Ramone who played a wide range of music.

    They changed some long standing items on the menu and not for the better. Specifically the goat cheese and macadamia nut appetizer is now a dip and has lost its flavor profile and texture. The coconut shrimp had very little coconut and was mostly a greasy batter. Everything else was great, same wonderful service and ambiance.

    The ambiance is what carries the restaurant. The food is good but the kitchen can be uneven. The proximity to the center of Market Street and the open patio is good for families.

    My first visit here was a miss but you can tell that management is focused on customer service. Our waiter Josh was on point , and his selections we spot on !!! Manager Morgan was busy as heck but made the time to check in on guest. She leads by example and it shows throughout the restaurant .

    Always enjoy TB, food & service always top notch. Noise was louder than ever & menus needed magnifying glass to read. Yes, I'm getting older, but they were ridiculously miniscule. Surely something can be done. Our anniversary & had family from out of town as well and even the 50 year olds complained about noise & fine print on menus.

    Food was either overcooked or undercooked depending on order. Taste was far less than historical norm This was once our favorite restaurant. Probably wont return

    The food was terrific - honestly, better than I thought it would be. Kona-crusted ribeye was fantastic. Noise level is pretty high (including live music, which IMHO wasn't very good), so not a place to go for a nice quiet dinner. All in all, it's certainly worth a visit.

    The service left much to be desired. We were there over two hours before our food was served. Drinks never refilled. Never asked about appetizers because he was too busy so it was straight to the meal and then once the plates were served we were immediately given the bill. I had to wait 25 mins for a to go plate. I love the food but I will not be back thanks to Chris.

    The service was excellent (Claire)! The ambiance was very good! However, it didn’t make up for the food…there was 4 of us and we all ordered different things, ribs, fish tacos, salmon, mahi-mahi. Ribs were super fatty and everything else was just ok (bland). We won’t be coming back - there are too many other restaurants in The Woodlands with excellent food.

    Audrey, our waitperson, was the best thing about our visit. She was attentive and observant. Entrees were not good - too much salt on shrimp and blue crab pasta dish; ribeye not flavorful and sides too salty. Chocolate toffee pie was good! We were comped for the pasta entree. We use to be regular patrons of TB, but it may be a while before we visit again.

    Typically a great place to go, but for whatever reason they were off this go around. Salad was prepared wrong, never got our bisque, dessert had a burn bottom so just ate the top. Server was nice, but for the prices you pay at this place…….and the choices around the area the expectations were not met.

    Awesome waiter Devine. He took his time at our table and didn't seemed rushed. The menus were awful. The font was tiny so you'd better bring your bifocals. Coupled with the low lighting we couldn't read a thing! We had to use our cell phones to read them. I wouldn't expect such a blunder from a restaurant at this price point. We also noticed that this restaurant changes their menu quite often so if you have a favorite item better enjoy it while you're there because it'll be gone the next time you visit. LOL. Overall the food was tasty and our visit was good.

    Hostesses are very rude and unwelcoming. Even with a reservation, we had to wait for 20 minutes and they act like they're doing you a favor. They gave us an awful table, hidden in a corner and next to the kitchen door even though there were more than other 15 tables available. Food and service were ok, but we're not coming back because of the hosting staff.

    Atmosphere was great as usual but food and service suffered due to some unfortunate events. Our server had a large number of tables and worked tirelessly to accommodate them all but she could only be in one place at a time so it was only as good as she could get to each table. To add to this the kitchen was quite slow with entree’s which we observed across the dinning room around us. To make matters worse the kitchen overcooked my steak and it took an unusually long period of time to get it replaced with a properly prepared meal, and once it did arrive the rest of my party had completed their meals. To their credit the manager was apologetic and comped the steak and our desert in an attempt to salvage the experience and while I appreciated the effort, unfortunately it did tarnish the evening. We enjoy the food and atmosphere at Tommy Bahamas so we will return and remain hopeful for the kind of service and experience that they have always exemplified.
