Primary reason to go here is the magnificent views of the city. Food a little too pricey for what it is. Service was good, although waitress kept pushing us to add more to our order even though we had already ordered plenty.
Our server was below mediocre, lack engagement.
Great restaurant. Service was slow to start as the server appeared overloaded but he made up for it once he began. The flip side is that he was an excellent server.
The food was phenomenal. My steak was so tender I didn’t need a knife.
The reason to come to this restaurant is because the views of Vancouver are without parallel. In one hour, you will see the entire city from horizon to horizon to horizon. I prefer nighttime visits as it is more dramatic, but in the day, the city and mountains and water are an amazing contrast. Service is very good, and generally speaking the selection of choices on the menu is adequate, but the quality of the food itself is lacking and the value for money in terms of the food itself is not there. I would still recommend going for a small meal or drinks or lunch perhaps, but other than bringing a tourist here, it is a hard sell.
customer service was bad compared to other places . Employees cannot hold a plate properly , my friend almost got her eye taken out because the guy couldn't hold onto it, my plate was slammed on the counter, and my other friend almost had her food dumped on her. Was very unimpressed for its prince point considering the food wasnt worth it and not very versatile for vegans and for those who dont eat pork (for entrees). For such a class place why does my takeout food come in a paper baggy...am I 12. Even cactus had reusable bags (much better option) wont be coming back here. Food was salty and mushy and I had a penne past it was too salty now I feel sick!
Excellent. Views. Quiet. Spectacular menu and options. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you.
The service is good but as ever the food is not good for its cost
My First time going to this restaurant, the view was amazing and the food and service was excellent. Will definitely be going back
We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We didn’t realize that it was a buffet, but it was a pleasant surprise. There was a large selection of food and it was all really good.
To be honest, I was concerned what we would feed one of the picky eaters in our group, but there were plenty of options on the buffet and everyone walked away happy and full.
Would be good to go once to see the view but the food is alright.
Took my wife on her birthday night. All I can say that we had a wonderful time. Will come again for sure.
Brought my boyfriend and his friend here for his 21st birthday and he loved it. He said it was one of the best birthdays he’s had. The view is amazing. Food was decent, the price was a bit expensive but you do pay for the view. Average about $50-$60 a plate. Our bill for three plates and two beers was approximately $234. The waiter also brought us a birthday cake, which I did not expect, but it was very good and it made my boyfriend very happy. (Free of charge of course).
Overall, service was amazing; the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back for any special occasions.
Wonderful time! Thank you for always cooking such amazing meals.
Unfortunately we had terrible service. Not even our water glasses were being filled let alone trying to get a cocktail or a glass of wine
We go to this restaurant at least 4 times a year, because we like the view so much. But every time we go , every time the food is getting worse so we decide to not have any food next time here and for next time we have only drink and dessert.
Today we both had the worse experience for food . It poisoned me!!!!!
Unfortunately this time the waitress. She was attitude!! :(
Food menu was not so good
The view was gorgeous, but other than that, there’s no reason I’d wanna go back. I’m a vegetarian and their options were very minimal, and the food I ended up ordering wasn’t even good. My sister is celiac and they only had one option for her, which was veggie stir fry with potatoes on the side. We didn’t even get half way through our meals and ended up leaving the rest. Our server was kind, but nothing that went above and beyond for me to wanna go back again. Maybe you’ll have better luck if you’re not a vegetarian, or if you just wanna get some drinks to see the view. Asides from that, would not recommend.
Although this was not the worst dining experience I have had, it was not the greatest.
The food was nice, but it was also very basic.
The menu was quite limiting also. My partner has a nut and fish allergy to which we found very select options (we were able to get something)
The prices was extremely high. For 2 mains and 2 deserves with 2 soft drinks the total bill came to just under a few cents short of $165. Crazy money for what’s we ate.
Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the experience. The view was amazing but I’m sure it would have been cheaper to just do the lookout and not the Restraunt
Views are amazing. We heard the food wasn’t that great but we aren’t really foodies so we figured it would be fine. Our Brie appetizer was so overpowered by sage that it tasted awful. Surely chicken & pasta dinners would be fine...they were also not good. Very overpriced for the taste of the food.
La. Comoda esta. Riquisima,, tiene una vista espectacular. Tienes que ir. Si vas. Avancouvert los precios. Super buenos!!
Great meal. Everyone was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is ensuring the servers at the actual buffet do not touch the food (yes, touching with bare hands) while explaining what the food is. I made sure I didn’t take anything he touched. He is a nice man, but just requires a little more etiquette training.
Everything was delicious, the salted caramel vanilla cake for dessert was so amazing.
I have been here many times, the food and the view are very good.
Much better than I expected, incredible experience !!!
Great food and environment! Beautiful view waiter was really nice and friendly!
There is no competition for restaurant quality. It's the best. I mean, it's the revolving restaurant. Don't go anywhere else for a nice dinner out.
Restaurant needs a serious up dated.
Staff friendly but their uniforms could do with a makeover
Portions of food too big there must be an awful lot of food thrown in the bin.
Wine over priced even for a restaurant
Website states you need to book, I did book however, Friday night only a quarter full.
View of the city was beautiful but the food was average and very expensive. Most of the tables were empty on a Friday night and the atmosphere was dull. You are better off going to the viewing deck one floor below and picking a great restaurant in the city. There are so many great ones to choose from. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Great place to view the entire city while enjoying wonderful service and food.
Classy place, where you don't have to feel obligated to dress to the nines.
Very accommodating staff. Cooks were diligent with my food allergies.
The view is amazing and the service was great, but the food was bland and not worth the $$$$.
Always an excellent venue. Service always excellent and food very good.
The restaurant was really good and the ambience was absolutely on point .
The view is amazing. Food was average - very overpriced.
Me and my family were denied siting at a table in the revolving section. We arrived on site around 5:45 pm on Saturday . We were willing to wait until 8:30pm for a table until Nigel got involved . Poor attitude and arrogance of people (hostess mainly followed by Nigel) facing the customers. Left the site after we were told we will not receive a table that evening(in the revolving section) . Upon leaving the building I called the phone number listed in the reservation just to end up talking probably with the same hostess who refused to pass me to a manager stating that it was a busy evening and the manager will not take the call. She told me to submit a complain via email. Which I did but got redirected to the same place where we started from. That's about it.
On a side note, we visited the other towers (Toronto, Niagara Falls) in many occasions with very pleasant experiences. While in Vancouver we decided to visit the local tower based on past experiences... very disappointing. If any questions I can be contacted via email
The service was outstanding, the view and ambience is amazing! The food was really good but not super fantastic but it was all really good. I would recommend even though it is very pricey. Worth it for a special occasion.
The view was really nice especially if you go at the right time and witness the sunset. The sunset colors that I witnessed [redish orange, yellow, pink, blue] are magnificent, nothing I have ever seen!!
The view absolutely can't be beat - especially if you catch it on a clear night. However, both the food and service are mediocre at best. I advise sticking with the simplest dishes and keeping your expectations low. Come for the scenery and you won't be disappointed.
The view that you never forget. Taste of the foods are nice.
