Last time I had steak and it was great. This time the steak was not great. Small vegetable portion.
I take people for the view. Sometimes the food is great. Sometimes not.
NOT enough server. Waited long time to place my initial drink order and then long wait to get the drinks. Server forgot to bring back the replacement wine for another 10min. The host on the phone (Sarah?) gave wrong info about the happy hour drink options - almost sounds like she does not even know the difference between the brand of wine vs type of wine. She also told us that the happy hour wine can be any of the 6 house wines - WRONG!!! Ridiculously high high price for happy hour appies. Same appie menu as dinner. All they have is just the venue being nice n a revolving restaurant.
Great atmosphere!! Amazing food and view and great staff
I really like the ambience of a restaurant. I would highly recommend to visit this landmark of Vancouver.
It was our 1st time there we went for my boyfriends birthday. Service was Fantastic Waiter Eddie was very knowledgeable and friendly! Other than them seating a table of 10=12 behind us near the end it was great.it was nice and romantic , but then it got abit loud with the big table seated right behind us at the next table. We would definately go back though! We were impresses.
My husband I enjoyed eating here. Everyone in the restaurant were accommodating and nice.
Stunning views. Food needs a little help but service was great
Jenny was an amazing server. My boyfriend and I came in and loved how she paired the wine for our dinner. It worked wonderful together.
Staff was attentive. As someone who had worked in fine dining, it was great to be in an environment with staff, food, and ambience like this.
You are defiantly paying for the view, that’s for sure; but I would at it’s worth it.
Would recommend. Ask for Jenny.
Wonderful dinner and spectacular views
The view is delightful !
The food is good but not so amazing for the price; but the views definitely make up for it.
The servers are very attentive and professional.
All around very good
Great restaurant to celebrate with family and friends. Dishes are savory and rich. Presentation is great as well. Some of the few restaurants that give a complimentary dessert if you happen to be celebrating your birthday with them.
Amazing environment and food. Was a great experience.
Just came for the experience, food taste great but portion wise this is not the place. I guess we pay for the experience and place ( to see the top of Vancouver). Great service though, our server was attentive and fun.
It was a overall great experience, just wish there was a little more food on the plates.
Great ambience and the view is just awesome. I felt so good while sitting on top of Vancouver. Best feeling ever. One of my best go to location for special event.
Food was lackluster. Waiter showed displeasure that we didn't order alcoholic drinks (some of us don't drink alcohol). Too much emphasis on minimal order (even though we did plan to have an entree each). Tables not far apart for social distancing. Come for the view, don't expect more.
Service was above and beyond, food was good and menu has a good variety not overwhelming.
The good service and warmth of Jeffrey and Britney added beauty and satisfaction to our fine dining experience at 553 ft. Spectacular view of Vancouver..We are one happy clients.
Amazing supper with an amazing view. Would recommend if you are in Vancouver.
Was a great way to end our vacation! Quiet, great view and a memory for sure!
Great date night restaurant. Good food, great service.
The halibut was awesome, very well presented and very tasty.
The most unforgettable experience from beginning to end, beginning with our friendly hostesses to Mandy taking care of us during our time there. Went out of their way to make my daughter’s 16th a special one.
We also had great weather, makes me a littLe more bias on my review 😄highly recommend
The food was awful. We ordered several items and could only eat the salad. Overpriced and inedible! Shame on them. Somebody that cares should take over this place!
Great spot to have a wonderful meal and beautiful view!
The server was incredible, food was incredible, overall experience incredible
My boyfriend and I decided to spend our anniversary here. It was the perfect place to have a romantic and intimate dinner. The food was good and the view was beautiful. The servers were super attentive and friendly. At the end of out meal we were given a complimentary dessert. Such a nice ending to a wonderful evening.
You pay for the view. The elevator up is nice but everything went downhill immediately upon exiting the elevator. My date and i had our general existence slightly acknowledged by 5 Asian girls dressed in short black dresses when we arrived. None of them really wanted to help us. I'm 90% convinced they were hired only to stand and look pretty because I never saw them do much during my stay.
Attempting to modify something slightly than what was on the menu was an enormous task. "is there any kind of pasta without meat sauce". Over five minutes trying to explain what that means, and the end result was the waitress left and we don't actually know what was ordered. English was everyone's first language.
Bread arrives. There's 2 tiny 1.5 inch (3cm) buns. For reference they're smaller than a small scone and the butter served is larger than the bread. Okay whatever, I ate the bread. The server (not waitress) asks if we want more bread. I said yes please. Date and I are looking out the window holding hands. It's romantic. The view really is beautiful. It feels like some sort of scene from a movie now. Suddenly I feel a basket on top of my hand. The woman came by and put the bread basket ON TOP OF OUR HANDS. rofl. Okay. I understand she must be single and bitter and hate couples. I get it. But please, we had a double table. Two tables combined. There's literally and entire table you could have put the bread. Why did you choose to put it on top of our hands? I can imagine a lot people complaining A LOT for this considering the price of everything.
Lobster soup - overcooked, very fishy
Pasta - nothing special
Lamb - overcooked, very dry, a bone(?) Hidden in the meat stabbed me in the mouth and the waitress silsid it's normal it happens all the time.
Cheesecake - from Costco frozen aisle
TLDR; bring a bottle of wine to the elevator ride and go up, and then down and then leave. You'll get the wine u wanted and you can enjoy the view with more privacy.
Very nice van city view and staff is so kind .food is so delicious!
The views are just stunning! And to my surprise, the steaks and ravioli were super delicious !!! It was my birthday and they brought me cake , awesome experience, highly recommended !
View is fantastic, food is great and service is excellent.
It's a beautiful place, the dishes are delicious and nice.
Views are fantastic 👌
Our server Peter was great 👍
love the view, the staff were extremely attentive and fantastic, but the food tasted just awful. everything is extremely overpriced and tastes like it's been reheated from frozen. worth going perhaps for the view/experience but don't waste your money on the food.
The food, atmosphere and vibe was all amazing. Friendly staff that was inviting but not pushy. Pleased with the visit and would go again
The food the servers and the restaurant was amazing overall definitely recommend a lovely place to go.
Steak is cooked to perfection! Absolutely delish!
Belated birthday dinner out with my Goddaughter…delicious food and AMAZING service…had a really enjoyable evening…Thank you👍😊
For the price, the food is mediocre at best. For the reputation, the carpets could’ve been cleaner. The toilet seats were broken and the washrooms were kind of gross. I’d skip the food and just do the lookout next time.
