Beautiful view on a ver clear day when we were there
excellent dine out Vancouver experience. The view was amazing!
Our dinner and drinks were amazing ! Our server Peter was outstanding ! Will definitely be back again !
We enjoyed the evening thoroughly.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to have an enjoyable evening dining out.
We saw a couple being proposed a few tables over from us.
Excellent Service and food.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Was seated, received water and the server took down our order. Took quite a while to receive the complementary bread and when it came out, it was hard and not fresh (While it sucked that the bread was hard and took a while... cant complain about it because its free). After the bread, our appetizers were very quick to arrive! After finishing the appetizers, we had to wait a very long time to receive our main course. Eventually I had to flag down a table busser and had to ask them because our server disappeared after the appetizers were taken away LOL. After flagging down one of the staff, our mains were brought out shortly after. Ultimately, if you go here, you are paying for the view and not the service/food. Decent for a casual night out but not worth it for any celebratory reasons because you might receive basic service with a hefty bill $$$$.
excellent service by Peter and very joyful and professional..
So nice services and delicious food!
Very nice place for a calm and relaxed time. Amazing views. Prices and food portions ok. You pay for the view.
Our server peter was super friendly excellent serve
It’s always fantastic at the Top of Vancouver. The food is standard, and a bit pricey for what it is... but it’s not about the food - the view & experience is dreamy. Service is classy & you know what you’re getting. We keep going back because it feels like a mini vacation from real life.
A wonderful dine out Vancouver menu. Amazing views and plenty of space.
Great view and service, food was good, not amazing but good.
We did not feel safe, as there was no social distancing regarding the table set up. There was no 2m between patrons sitting at different tables, and between people from different parties.
Very nice ambience, food was good but not as great as I expected it to be.
Our service staff was lovely she did a great job, but the kitchen was very slooooow!! Food was well presented but ordinaire!! Average. Over all we had a good time! Didn’t really go there expecting fab food. Never do in a tour est place.
We had an amazing experience at The Top of Vancouver! We were celebrating my daughter’s 11th bday and went for brunch! She loved it! Food was very good, view was the best and our server, Peter was amazing! He knew the menu, made good recommendations, attentive but not over bearing and always around when we needed him! He also brought out a complimentary birthday treat for my daughter which she loved! Thank you, Peter for making my daughter’s birthday brunch so memorable!
The service is very good and he explain very detail of verything for us,
I recommend this experience! Amazing city views, a little overpriced but a special occasion deserves it! 🍾
Did the dine out menu so was great value. Lovely views lovely food.
Wonderful experience! Amazing staff. Top of the line food.
We had Andrew as our server and he was absolutely phenomenal! The food was AMAZING, I had the butternut squash which was SO good, the sauce was to die for, and my partner had the surf & turf and loved it! They misread the “anniversary” on our booking for birthday and we ended up with free cake and they were SO sweet about it. Will definitely be back for further special occasions, this place is phenomenal even without the amazing view.
The service was amazing. The food is expensive compared to what you receive but eating with that view is incredible.
we were there to try the dine out menu. The food was wonderful. The service was good too. We will definitely go back again
Our server, Peter, was phenomenal! It was his first night time serving shift and he knew the menu flawlessly. He was attentive without being pushy and anticipated our needs. This vivacious and professional young man is certainly going to go places in his career! The atmosphere was lovely, with the hum of the motors providing a nice light sound that made the other diners seem very far away! Oh the views! Simply one of the best ways to see Vancouver! The food was outstanding! The mussels were delightful and seasoned perfectly, and fresh from Salt Spring Island, no less! And the prawn skewers were a perfect combination of texture and crunch! The buns from a local bakery were fresh and pillowy, just the perfect size to have with the appetizers. And the prime rib with au jus, just heavenly. So perfectly seasoned, tender and an A+ medium-rare doneness. The horseradish creme was delightfully spicy and creamy, and not at all bitter. My only regret is that there wasn't enough mashed potatoes to sop up the leftover au jus! And as for the desserts, they were amazing! The pastry and cream was a custard-lover's delight with just enough sweetness yet a hint of savory as well. I'm leery of cheesecake options in restaurants, since so often they are uninspired offerings from a food supplier with pie filling on top. Nothing could be further from what we had. This restaurant obtains their desserts from a very special, dare I say secret, caterer, who pulls out all the stops for their cheesecake creations! This was white chocolate blueberry cheesecake in layers, with just the perfect whipped consistency, and the berry layer was just sweet enough to balance the cream cheese layer. Simply divine, and garnished beautifully. We enjoyed creative cocktails, a delightful wine pairing, dessert coffees and finished with a palate-cleanser that was truly invigorating. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect way to celebrate with my favorite girl! WILL definitely be back!
It’ was very good place with new experience of viewing the top of Vancouver
I had the salmon crab cake it was delicious and my partner also had the waffles and chicken which looked amazing and even tasted better. this was for lunch/brunch😊
I booked one month ago. At the time of booking it says anything about the table by the window. The only concern that I have is that I didn’t get the desired table tho I reserved a month ago.
The food the waitress and the view was exceptional. Thank you for a great evening.
My boyfriend and I were visiting Vancouver and since it was his first time visiting the city I wanted to book somewhere with a great view. Checking in for our table took awhile due to social distancing but we were very happy to have a table by the window. Our server was very kind and the food was pretty good. All around we had a great night until the end where the manager left a bad impression with us. My boyfriend ordered his final drink and asked for the bill at the same time. We paid for the bill before his drink had even arrived. He had taken one sip of his drink when what we believe to be as one of the managers (he was wearing a suit) came over and asked us if we minded wrapping up since there are many people waiting for a window seat, we said 'not a problem' and were happy to wrap up. What annoyed us was rather than leave he stood there and continue to go on for another 5 minutes lecturing us when we had already agreed to give up the table with a rude tone. We hadn't argued to stay so I didn't understand why the manager felt the need to lecture us for so long - the entire time we kept telling him that we understand and that it wasn't a problem. As we were leaving there wasn't anyone waiting in line or anyone downstairs for the elevator. We had a great evening up until the manager came over - someone should really teach him how to be more polite to customers.
Good food great service. Make a reservation to get a seat
Beautiful location on a snowy wintery day before sunset.
The service and seating was perfect. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.
COVID restrictions were not very good. Tables were quite close together and there were no dividers. Food was okay, definitely not fine dining quality nor worth the price. Amazing views made the experience, but disappointing on other fronts.
Extremely overpriced. The food is very poor and the service was so bad, yet we had to pay service charge even though there is only 2 people at the table. I would not recommend it. Go to the viewing deck and save your money
Good view for the restaurant and service good!! Keep going!!
Wonderful experience. Andrew was attentive but not overwhelming. Food was yummy but not “best ever.” Something every Vancouverite should try once.
i really like the place and the view the food for dine out vancouver was really good. love it😊
The spacing between diners was great, at 5pm...later it was quite crowded during pandemic protocols.
Our server Andrew was excellent!
Great service and the food were delicious. Amazing views!
