   My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. Our waiter brought us a complimentary glass of bubbly. So thoughtful. Food was awesome waiter was great and the wine pairings was even better. Loved it!

   The most delicious food! The butternut squash ravioli and buratta appetizer was absolutely incredible. We also had the best waitress named Ashleigh - super attentive, fun and kind. She was so lively and made great conversation. Trius is a must see while in NOTL and ask for Ashleigh!!!

   Our meal was one of the best we have eaten in a long time. The food was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The kitchen easily accommodated out dietary and taste preferences. The service was outstanding, all our questions were answered and the recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   It's absolutely amazing. Servers are very tentative. I really appreciate that It's a quiet setting, you can hear music but you can also hear the person you're eating dinner with. This is typically an issue at most restaurants. Food was fabulous! Can't wait to come back.

   Best food and wine and staff during our stay in Canada for 1 week. (Vancouver, Whistler, and Tronto. ) Cannot miss Trius for anyone to travel this area. Highly recommended.

   Had a wonderful experience at Trius. The food was exquisite! Our waiter Chris and the other servers were exceptional. The description of every dish was incredible and increased our anticipation! The freshness and presentation of every dish was phenomenal Chris was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even became our photographer and snapped a some great photos of our group! Thank you Chris and thank you to everyone at Trius! Will definitely return!

    Chris is an amazing server- knowledgeable and affable. The first two courses, while tasty came out quite less than warm- which for a soup amuse bouche is less than ideal. The mushroom burrata toast with egg was also much cooler than expected. It is unclear if the kitchen was misfiring or there is just no way to keep the food at the right temperature. Whatever the case may be it is not acceptable. Also- I continue to find it egregious that having a reservation does not ensure you can get a wine tasting the same day before our dining experience. I couldn’t get a reservation until the next day which I will likely now cancel. There has to be a way to accommodate guests who are committed to spend money at your establishment. We have been loving and faithful supporters of Trius dating back to the days of Hillebrand and Tony DeLuca. We have been spoiled and expect that experience each time we choose to dine at Trius.

    Our service was beyond 5 stars from Anthony. He truly went above and far beyond to make our experience absolutely fabulous. The food was something we all enjoyed and we were especially impressed with carrots! Please order the carrots!! Strongly suggest opting in for the wine pairing. A big thanks to everyone at Trius for a wonderful evening.

    Always a great dining experience with Trius. Everything was lovely. The atmosphere was beautiful. Our server was amazing. The food was great. My wife and I had the duck parfait, burrata to start and they were amazing. We each orders the lamb. All the components to the dish were spectacular. The lamb was a bit dry. I assume it was braised and then reheated. It was still tasty but a bit dry. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and we will be back.

    We had 12:30pm lunch reservations and were treated promptly. Our server was very knowledgeable on all itms on the menu and suggested wine pairings with each item on our meal while taking into account our preferences in wine. She went above and beyond by suggesting a flight of three wines would better for us as we were undecided on wines available to us. The quality of our dishes were excellent. The quality of the ingredients shines through each dish. The skill and artistry of the chefs were evident when tasting layers of flavours and balance of textures on each bite. We will definitely be back to explore the menu further!

    We brought in the new year with a lavish dinner at Trius. This is a tradition we have been doing since 2014 . This time we had family from Quebec joining us . They loved the dinner and wine pairings expertly paired with each course. So much so that we bought collectively 8 bottles . Thank you very much Trius ! Always a pleasure to bring in the new year with you ! Thank you always .

    Our server was excellent and the meal started out well with the appetizers (duck liver pate and smoke salmon) and the amuse bouche were incredible, but unfortunately the main course meals were only okay (cornish hen and braised lamb shank - they were both dry) and the dessert was not very good (deconstructed butter tart). The wine pairings were well done and the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere but for the cost of the meal we expected a better quality of food.

    Excellent meal.....extremely good service (thanks Jenn), well worth the trip. The Lamb shank (just being picky) was a bit dry, but very flavorful. Fish, and chicken were outstanding as entrees, salmon fantastic appetizer. Wines were much better than expected, we did the pairings. Well done Trius!!

    We went with parents 4 of us to celebrate Christmas in Niagara. So pick this winery to have dinner. We booked 5:30pm but we arrived an hour early even after wine shopping at their wine store. They let us had our dinner early which was great. The atmosphere was good. We especially like the lighting was not too dim so we can see the food and take our pictures better. The waitress was professional and nice. When other helpers brought in each dish, they will describe the details and provide info of the dish which was great. Two of us ordered the 3 courses menu and 2 ordered 2 courses. The only thing was before the dessert, our waitress asked if we needed to take a look of the dessert menu again and make different choices. We thought she was asking about the 2 of us who chose our dessert may want to pick another dessert. So we told her the changes. But when 4 desserts came, we found out the waitress misunderstood and thought the remaining 2 who ordered 2 courses also wanted the desserts. In fact the desserts were not that great. However because of the great service of the waitress, we didn’t mention anything and decided to take the desserts. Overall a great dining experience.
