Trois Cent Onze
Chef Ayala's cuisine is refined, delicate yet full of flavors of what France's culinary art has to offer .
The Dining Room, under the administration of owner, Sylma Pérez and General Manager Carolina Sostre . It hosts approximately 35 to 50 people for a sit down dinner. Sitting at the bar or in the dining room, you will experience the gentle and unobtrusive service of 311's professional staff.
Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. All good!
The decor is lovely. Very romantic and distinctive. The service was fine albeit slow. We waited 20-30 minutes for our main courses after we finished our appetizers, and the air temperature in the restaurant was too hot. The food quality ranged from good—the coq a vin was flavorful and hearty—to almost inedible—the chicken breast was dry and almost completely devoid of flavor, and the shrimp appetizer included dollops of disgusting goop, the composition of which was unknown to the waiter. By and large, the food quality was nowhere near good enough to warrant a return visit. Quite disappointing.
We have an very Nice diner.
We start wih a charcutrie plte. Delicious with a bothe of pino noir from California afte my wifw have a chucken very tender and I hace a great Piece of meat
The service and the ambiance very Nice

We recomend this place in San Juan to everyone who Love french food
Birthday dinner for a friend. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend the duck breast and scallops!
The service is amazing and very welcoming. Our waiter was of great help. Food was delicious and the ambiance romantic. The only place were I eat créeme brûlée is in this place, they are just delicious!!! Never disappointed when I visit.
Best restaurant in Puerto Rico! Absolutely lovely food in a relaxing atmosphere. A treasure!
El personal es generalmente atento y buscan complacer tus gustos. Los escargots estaban muy buenos, el pescado bien tierno. El bouillabaisse algo salado. En términos generales una buena cena.
4th visit. Every previous time have been great. This time, not so much. Partner didn’t realize salad app came with goat cheese. He can’t eat it. Waiter says since it’s not their fault, they will have to charge for another salad. Manager comes over and replaces salad. Apps were great. Scallops and soup. Entrees were served luke warm and took 40 minutes after apps. Ordered a $40 bottle of wine. Bill comes with a charge of $58 for wine. We ask waiter. He said he realized it when they were pouring it but never told us. Unacceptable. Prices have gone up. Cocktails served in 1/2 sized glasses but still charged the full price. 311 isn’t worth it anymore. So many better places to try in Old San Juan.
Great overall - tailored and great service, delicious food!
Spent a wonderful evening at Trois Cent Onze. My wife had the scallops and duck breast, and I had the onion soup and beef tenderloin. Everything was delicious and went parfectly with a Cotes du Rhone wine we ordered! After that we had an apple tart and the best chocolate moose on the island! Our server Gabriel was very helpful and attentive. He was an integral part of the excellent experience! We highly recommend 311.
Absolutely loooooove this restaurant.....you're transported to France immediately....the ambience is sooooo French...the service is fast & unimposing....the cocktails & menu choices go on forever....when in San Juan old town....just goooooo !
Love everything about this restaurant!
We were concerned that when we entered there was only one other couple. LUCKY FOR US!! . The FOOD WAS AMAZING!, the service was SOLICIT-ABLE, but quite attentive, you know “island style”. I think you can order anything and be soooo satisfied. We ordered 6 selections and walked out starry eyed. Please go. Don’t mind the in attendance.
Very good experience. Service and food were great
Great service and enjoyed the French Food very much. Thanks for making our anniversary meal special.
Excellent food and great ambiance, great service and fair value the souffle is amazing t
A fabulous venue. Service was excellent and the food superb.
Great food with vegetarian options. Lovely atmosphere! A good place to go for a nice meal without breaking the bank.
We went to all the highly recommended restaurants in Old San Juan and Trois was my favorite. I absolutely loved the ambiance the food was terrific and the staff was very warm.
A gem in San Juan
The meal was amazing and the service was top-notch. Right up there with bistros in Paris. Gabriel was the best!
A lovely French bistro! Cuisine was well prepared. Will return. Nice wine list and attentive service. We will return.
Poor quality food and poor quality service.
Beautiful venue, located in the popular Fortaleza street of the Old City, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The serving staff were good, attentive and efficient swapping beautifully prepared traditional French dishes in-and-out of the table.
Great for a special occasion, business meal or romantic dinner. Decent wine list, enough to make good pairings. We ordered the scallops, beef tartare, foie gras, escargot, beef tenderloin, duck breast, cod fillet and salmon; all were delicious.
What a beautiful restaurant and terrific staff.
Great meal. Expertly prepared food. Exceptional wine recommended by or server.
Food was great!
It was lovely, the best quiche & steak tartare.
Went here for Valentines dinner. We were disappointed considering the reviews. We had heard that they lost the chef responsible for their good ratings but decided to try anyway
There really wasn’t a lot that was good about this for the price. Maybe the drinks?
1) wine list was unimpressive
2) I ordered the item off the menu , it was pork. It was tough and honestly I could have done better at home with grocery story pork
3) the music was strange for the concept . Is this French restaurant? I’m not sure .
4) the service was off. We had several servers and some were not confident when answering questions. As in they were sort of negative on the menu items .
Overall we were disappointed . We won’t return. We caution those who are relying on the reviews that we believe there’s been a change and the reviews may not be reliable.
Third time here and it’s always a lovely experience.
Incredible eats, service and ambience. Completely blown away, will definitely return.
outstanding meal!! Second dining here and it was wonderful again.
Love this place, and think it has great food. Cocktail menu could do with some sprucing up though.
The food is consistently great and the staff are very attentive and friendly.
We have been coming to San Juan for many years and not sure how we missed this gem of a restaurant. Food, service, ambiance all were wonderful. We will return.
A very special place, for food, service and ambiance. We will remember our time there for years to come, and will be sure to go back next time we are in PR
Small initiate feel right off busy Old San Juan street. Marvelous French food. Second visit - and we look forward to returning. Oder a soufflé for dessert!
We had a great food with fantastic service at 311. The space is beautiful. Just a terrific experience! We look forward to visiting again.
We had a lovely time with excellent food and service. I called ahead because my partner is vegan and gluten free with additional food allergies. She got a high protien meal that was delicious. The other 3 of us ordered off the menu and also had delicious balanced meals. The staff is highly trained and friendly without being intrusive; they let a group of old friends talk and made great menu suggestions. I recommend 311 highly to anyone who values a respectful, serene atmosphere with delicious food.
