   Healthy, tasty food prepared with care. The grass fed burger was delicious. Their Tuscan kale salad is addictive. I dine at True Foods kitchen often and I highly recommend it.

   Our experience wasn’t too bad. I love knowing our food is higher quality and cooked and prepared without seed oils. Staff was welcoming and good mannered although one item was forgot entirely from our order a side salad. My only complaint was a dish on the brunch menu, the breakfast tacos. The size of tacos were mini street size and only 2 of them with scrambled eggs. They resembled something maybe a toddler would have made? Wait I take that back I’m positive my toddler has made better looking tacos. It really hard when you’re in the taco capital of the US . Your tacos should really shine and stand out from the rest and they definitely looked and tasted like they fell extremely short of even a standard taco shop. Everything else was decent but nothing exceptional.

   Hands down one of my favourite lunch spots! Everything from ambience to excellent service and food and beverage. Kale aid and kale salad with salmon is my standard but oh so many delicious things to try including seasonal dishes. Looking forward to next month’s lunch:)

   They were advertising a 27.95 dinner. There were several option that in the description it said gf 7. Some gf 8, gf 9. I was surprised when I got my check and there was an upcharge, I didn’t order gf. Turns out the up charge was for all order not just gf. Also the peas were not snap peas, they were peas to gf shelled- meaning the shell was stringy and not edible.

   Pros: Reservations easy to make. Restaurant was beautifully decorated. Hostess was friendly and gave excellent service. Two of three food orders were tasty and a good price. Cons: food service long wait. Waitress didn’t provide my beverage but provided the others at my table. I had to reorder when food order taken. Salmon entree had bones and was not warm and accompanied with green beans that were very stringy. Manager said he would comp out but the bill had no subtraction which required an additional query. Overall: ok place for someone who likes to linger, maybe bring a book! Will not return.

    Easter Brunch, our family had a splendid time. TFK was gracious to accommodate our smaller group due to unforeseen circumstance. Lynnae was fabulous!! As ALWAYS my favorite restaurant for healthy food... consistent. Thank you!!
