    Quality of food was not what we had experienced before. Server was borderline rude and rushing us. Love this place but after this experience I am. It sure I will be back anytime soon

    It was a rough experience this go around. We were seated in a loud section and the waiter was slow, seemed overwhelmed and flighty. Food was not as good as usual.

    always excellent and the service (thanks Mel) is always so wonderful and easy. We love to eat there every week, the front desk is also so accommodating and very pleasant, the food is excellent and best quality. come early if you like Uni as they run out very quickly.

    Our family has severe food allergies to milk, eggs, all nuts, peas, and our kids that have them, they have never eaten out because restaurants cannot deal with these all at the same time. We were at Tsunami and told them about the allergies and they told us they could work with them. We made our reservation and we put the allergies in the notes. When we arrived, they had deep cleaned the table and told us that the kitchen was ready and that everyone had been made aware. When the food arrived, my kids were able to eat their full meal with no issues!! Everyone at Tsunami showed so much care and concern for our kids to make sure that the experience went well. The manager came and checked on us a few times and the wait staff was amazing. My wife and I both cried we were so happy. Thank you to Tsunami for their attention to detail that allowed my family to eat together safely. I would recommend Tsunami to any and every one I can talk to. The care and concern to make the experience successful for my family was phenomenal. Oh, and the food was excellent! Consistently fantastic every time we go. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

    There was a giant flying bug in my salad and the staff apologized, but no other discounts or offers were made. It was so gross.

    We eat at this restaurant every week and as long as we have, we still find the food outstanding and the service is fantastic and it does not matter which server you get, they are all excellent. order comes out perfect and they do not rush you. We like to have a cocktail first and share some appetizers then order our dinner and they understand this.

    Brian was our waiter and he was great. He was very fast delivering our food, keeping track of our need for water or another drink and bringing us extra sauce for our meal. He was phenomenal. We had a great experience on my husbands birthday.

    My husband and i have been here many times, and we decided to go again for our date night last night, $100 later we couldn’t eat ANY of our rolls they were soooo gross and poorly rolled. They fell apart the second you tried to use chopsticks, and then each roll tasted poor quality. Like borderline expiration date. We were going to tell our waitress (who was okay but not great) but when the moment came she kept looking around away from us and seemed extremely rushed so we felt uncomfortable to say anything. That’s not her fault I’m sure she was busy. We have been to places where the sushi was AMAZING and cost about half the price and had the same type of service so we were super disappointed and will more than likely never come back.

    I do not know how they train the wait staff, but they are the best. they listen, the order comes out perfectly and at the right time. they are friendly but not in your face all the time. We love eating there once a week. the food is always amazing and fresh.

    Our server Madison did an excellent job. Very attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Checked in with us appropriately. Food was very good as usual, and we were actually able to be seated early. Overall a really nice experience.

    We love their Teriyaki Steak and Chicken and their Tempura vegetables are out of this world. I'm told by my friends and Son their sushi is amazing but personally I'm not a fish fan

    The food is always amazing. However, our service this visit wasn’t great. Cat was the waitress. We ordered our drinks and appetizers at the same time. It took 15 minutes just to get us our drinks after ordering them. Then another 10 for the appetizers. Even then she did not bring out the two miso soups we also ordered as appetizers. When she brought out the rest of the food she neglected to bring out one party member’s dinner for another 5 minutes. We didn’t get ginger and wasabi with our rolls, even after being asked. Our drinks were only refilled after we had to ask for them to be refilled for the kids, the adults drinks didn’t get refilled. Finally, Cat brought our miso soups that we had ordered as appetizers along with the check. Tsunami is usually an awesome place to go out for dinner, but this visit was the exception.

    Once again, we only have good things to say. Kennedy was our waitress, and she did a fantastic job even though she told us this was only her second week working.. She did get everything correct and the timing was right a little wait between appetizers and main course, but we enjoy this restaurant. front staff is always delightful. We will be back. the food is always so good

    I have lunched at this Tsunami frequently and it is always good, but the food for this visit was exceptional. Both of us had lunch boxes and the steak, salmon, and sushi rolls were all very good.

    Dinner was fabulous! Our server, David, did an outstanding job. He was friendly, attentive, and gave us some great recommendations. We tried the Graffiti Roll at his suggestion and it is our new favorite! We loved it! Tsunami is our “go to” restaurant every month before Hale Theatre and often on the weekends too.
