Having been to Turkey before, including a boutique hotel in Cappadocia that now offers cooking classes because the food is so delicious, I can honestly say that the food here is not only authentic, but delicious. The wait staff was delightful and helpful, the wine (I had the sauv blanc from Turkey and my husband had the red) was delicious.

Celebrated my birthday at Tuba with some close friends and family. Everything was fantastic! The food, the service, the energy- it was all so wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely return to try other items on their menu. Thanks Tuba for a lovely evening :)

Came here with my husband, our oldest son, oldest daughter and my sister for dinner before a concert and also as an early bday dinner for my sister. Service was great and the food was amazing! From the bread to the Hummus, to the lamb and knafeh,everything was delicious! We ordered multiple appetizers, 5 different entrées and 6 desserts,we all but licked the plates clean! Haha The (I assume) owner and his staff were very kind,attentive and warm. Great experience! We'll definitely be back! -Mrs Haddad

I went back for the first time after several years and the food was as tasty as I remembered. I only wish I had gone with a bigger group, so we could taste more things. We had the special dumplings with spiced beef, falafel and hummus, and a salad with shrimp encrusted in something tasty that I can’t remember. Atmosphere was lively. A bit loud, but suddenly quieter when the table of 20 people celebrating someone’s birthday left. Everyone seemed to be having fun. Highly recommend!

A group of friends who have lived in Turkey gathered the other night and we were very impressed with the helpful and friendly service and the authenticity of the food. There were some interesting and delicious innovations, as well. We started with a cold meze platter. All good, but I would recommend getting separate plates of the mezes you want, as everything sort of ran together. Then, two hot mezes (the Icli kofte was outstanding) and two entrees. The Sarma Beyti Kebab was an imaginative and delicious variation of Iskender Kebab and easily sharable. We concluded the evening with Sutlac and the Kunefe. The Turkish wines were nice and a good value.

Had a reservation at 7:30pm. Arrived on time. Asked to wait as table was not yet ready. Waited 15 minutes. Asked when we would be seated. Told others would be seated first that came in after us and that we could wait at the bar to wait until a table opened up. Decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere.
