Food excellent as always. Waiter treated my 7 year old grandniece like a young lady and not a child. Most impressive..
Cream of chicken soup was so delicious and homey. I got salmon as main. It could use more sauce and slightly less cooking time. My friend got stake home fries which was good.
It wasn’t busy so no excuse
Food was deplorable.
But the food
And not even hot

My partner and I attended Tundra for Christmas dinner and we were not disappointed. The reception was friendly and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The food was quite tasty, as well as varied, especially with the meat and poultry options, and the service was mostly friendly and consistent. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.
My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas evening buffett at your restaurant. The food was excellent and the overall experience was enough that when we are in Toronto again we would book a dinner again. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Thank you for providing an excellent Christmas dinner.
Gordon & Elizabeth
For a Christmas dinner buffet it was nothing special. Cafeteria style food. All the roast offerings, beef, lamb, turkey, ham, etc. were pre-sliced overdone and dry. The vegetables were overdone as well and the choice of deserts was limited. The wines were well overpriced.
Buffet style on Christmas day. Overall, food was good. Vegetables overdone, meats nicely prepared, salads tasty and colourful. Desserts were mainly of the cake variety, no pies or puddings. Coffee was very strong, service adaquate but not outstanding. Very expensive price.
Another wonderful event at Tundra! Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Buffet
Went for Christmas buffet. Food was terrible, cold and unedible. Not worth the price at all. Meat was like shoe leather. Find another place to eat and do yourself a big favour.
Excellent service, wonderful food and a fun time for the Christmas Eve buffet dinner. Will definitely do it again!
Food was good. We were going to ballet & service was very slow. Restaurant had special Nutcracker menu & it was very good value.
Our Annual Nutcracker outing starts with dinner at Tundra. Our waiter is a gem and remembers us. It is friendly, service is on point and this year’s Nutcracker menu offers choices designed to ensure we arrive on time for the ballet. We had the seafood chowder and braised beef. Food was interesting and delicious. We quite enjoyed ourselves and my granddaughter was pleased to get her own bag of candy.
Very slow and inattentive service.
Our reservation was for 11 am. They wouldn't seat us at our table until 11:30. We ordered a margarita pizza. We got overcooked melted cheese on flatbread. It was not a margarita pizza.
If you are heading in Sunday morning, go for the buffet otherwise the wait for a la carte is ridiculous. 40 minutes from time of ordering for 2 fritatas. May not have been so annoying if we didn't have to be out of there to catch a performance at Four Seasons. When it finally arrived the dish was tasty. The waiter was polite if somewhat defensive. Overall an okay experience but will not hurry back for a pre-performance brunch.
We were served promptly and courteously. It was a busy night because of matinee/evening performances of the Nutcracker at the Four Seasons. We received our meals and cheque in plenty of time to take our seats before the rise of the curtain, even though most of our selections were from the regular, not prix fixe, menu. Thank you.
Too expensive for not much. It was a set menu not very appetizing. Desert was one per table but you still pay the same prise .
Good food. Really good service. Not exactly cozy, but good for a business team lunch.
Every year my team choose a different venue for Christmas breakfast. This year we hit the jackpot! I highly recommend Tundra for early morning breakfast. We arrived @ 7:00 a.m. The service, food and ambience were absolutely perfect. By the time the 8 of us left @ 8:50 a.m. the restaurant was much busier, but still was quiet enough for conversation and great atmosphere.
Wonderful super! Service everything was top notch!
Nice location. Clean, quite, and friendly staff.
We had a dinner with delicious food.
Excellent service. waiter was prompt and always ready to take our orders
Stopped in for lunch on a business trip. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere during lunch. Simple, straight forward menu with a lot of locally sourced ingredients. Started off with the poutine, topped with brisket, bacon, cheese curds, cheese, and green onions; very good. My co-worker had the bison meatballs and was happy with his choice. I had the Pei Aged Cheese ‘N Lumachine: nice take on mac and cheese and was very welcomed on this cold rainy day. Service was great, host exceptionally courteous.
Entree was served cold
Had excellent pre-performance dinner. Staff were very attentive and accomodating for one guest who had serious food allergies -- it was very much appreciated!
Loved everything. My sister and I enjoyed our at at the Tundra. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Past experiences have been good. Service was off-hand and the food mediocre.
Our ballet group have always enjoyed the ambiance, excellent food and congenial and professional service .
All good, friendly good service, Good food
Our server, Mohammed, was very nice. He gave us enough time to look through the menu and upon receiving our food, he checked up on us ensuring our food was good. Service was quick, and food was delicious!
We met with old friends. The women ordered the salmon which was fabulous. The men ordered the curry that was plain.
Great service, food and quiet enough to visit as I am hearing handicap and really appreciated the lack of loud music
We went before the opera. The staff are friendly, prompt and welcoming. The food on the pretheatre menu is good and there is good live music...not operatic!
Tundra is our 'go-to' restaurant when we are attending a concert or performance in the area because they have a pri fixe menu and are very conscious of your time limitations. The food is fresh, interesting
I was very disappointed in the brunch that we had. Everything we selected from the buffet was cold and had to be sent back to be re-heated. There was very little selection, no desserts at all. The vegetable omelette I had to order specially was barely lukewarm and had frozen peas in it. I would recommend if anyone decides to visit this restaurant for breakfast, they order off the menu and hope it arrives heated through properly.
Wonderful and prompt service over the lunch period.
The charcuterie plate is definitely not worth 25$, nor is it inventive or have any flavor.
We had a lovely dinner at Tundra. We were celebrating our anniversary and were offered complimentary champagne and dessert, which was a very nice gesture. The food was yummy, when staying at the Hilton again we will definitely be back.
Overall NOT the Tundra it once was. Food is still very good, the service is OK but can be a bit slow. But a reduced menu and not the super local seasonal Canadian menu it once was.
Extremely depressing enviornment - no one greeted us for a good 5 minutes, told us to sit anywhere and then didn't bother to crack a smile or bother to be welcoming in any way.
We were very hungry so we stayed, had the sub-par food and weren’t impressed. Not only that, but the waiter actually told us not to order an appetizer because “its too much food for you, you don’t need that much” with a great amount of judgement. Really really dissappointing - in the heart of downtown and in Hilton? Never come here - and Im not being dramatic, it was awful. 1 star at best.
Our female server was excellent who give us very good service and very attentive
