    Our waitress Caroline was AMAZING!! So friendly and engaging! The food was excellent! The wait time was minimal and even the manager came out to say hello! It was a family dinner and we all said how much we enjoyed the outing!! Thx again Caroline for laughing at Roy’s jokes and making it such a fun evening!

    We go to this location almost every week. Generally the service is good and the food is too. We booked for four of us when my niece came home from University for Thanksgiving. The food took over 90 minutes to arrive at our table. Some of it cold (poutine, fries) and some had just been cooked. The initial server was sent home as she was now doing a split shift. The manager came to our table after an hour to apologize for the wait and then delivered our food with apologies 35 minutes later. Not impressed but hoping it’s a one off situation. 🥴

    It was a family night out, and as always , the food was great, clean tables and ready to serve anyone..Special shout out to our server Kendra for adding the spice of laughter and conversation to our night. We will be back and back and back, great place to unwind.

    Received meal with cold fries. Maybe leftover from earlier as we dined later in the evening. New fries were brought but should have been on plate originally. Paid extra for avocado and received very little. Service was good but personally believe overpriced for what you receive

    There were three of us. We each enjoyed an adult beverage that was right on point for flavour and temperature. Mike, our server, was prompt on each step of our service. He had good suggestions and checked for allergies and ensured our needs were met. Very good experience.

    Blackened Chicken Salad was good but not great. Wine Pinot Grigio they have 5 or 8 oz where’s most restaurants have 6 or 9 oz.

    Turtle Jacks has the best menu I have loved for years. Their food is absolutely incredible. Everything here is top level quality and flavour. This is my #1 restaurant in Ontario. The cocktails and wine choices is also top level. Why go anywhere else.

    We went for lunch. our server was Ryan, a very helpful and efficient person. One person is quite fussy and this restaurant is very accommodating with their food requirements such wanting very crispy bacon, changed the type of bread for their sandwich and substituted other veggies for the avocado. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner. There is also a lovely outdoor patio with umbrellas when the weather is warm.

    VUYELWA. earned you a 5 star rating for service. She has been our server before and she is a 10 out of 10. We absolutely love her. Value got a 4 due to the small amount of gravy for $2. Seriously!!!!???? Although it was a bit better than Earl's. Nothing to do with ratings, but we wished that there was a door into the mall, like before.

    We came for our Valentines dinner and we’re seated next to a loud family who we’re all wearing dirty pyjamas and either track shoes or crocs. When we arrived the music playing was so depressing and the lighting was just sad. I cannot believe they don’t have a basic dress code? This family’s kid is walking around carrying a dirty pair of crocs next to all of the tables. UGH.

    The food was great. We were surprised at the absence of brunch/breakfast items on the weekend. Our table ordered the bacon cheddar burger and a couple of different salad offerings. Overall, the food was good. Our waitress was lovely and checked in minimally. The only thing I would have changed was the volume of the music in the restaurant as it was rather loud.

    Overall the experience was okay but I have to take some points off because the ovens weren’t working during our visit and no one informed us of this upon our arrival. It wasn’t until after we ordered drinks and were set to order food that this was told to us. It would have been nice to know first thing because what we wanted (nachos) was not available and we would have gone elsewhere. The food we did order was alright but just not what we wanted.

    The restaurant was decorated very nicely and the food was excellent. Everything was cooked from scratch. Very friendly people looking after us and will return in the future. Definitely recommend for any occasion.

    You need to put more TV’s around the restaurant. We booked a table and asked to be near a tv for the leafs game. There were many empty tables available at our arrival but was refused seating there because we didn’t seem to be important enough .

    As usual everything here was good. Fantastic bacon cheddar burger. So Yummy. My only complaint is I always ask for the fries to be cooked last so they are hot when they get to the table. But they were not hot at all when I got them. I don’t understand why all kitchens seem to leave them under a lamp while they cook the rest of the meal. I am certain they can do this differently if they really wanted to. Otherwise the food here is excellent. The Cajun chicken penne is also a favourite here. Service was excellent from Heather. So friendly and happy. We dine here often. It’s a trusted place that’s always consistently good.

    I always order the chicken rolls appetizer and on this visit they were not very well cooked. Disappointing but everyone has bad days so this will not stop me from going again.
