    Had a wonderful graduation dinner at Turtle Jack's Courtney Park. Our server was just wonderful, great friendly service. Loved the food, specially the Nashville Chicken sandwich. Would love to come back again.

    The server was very good. The service was also good. The food was terrible. Greasy fish and chips! Overly meaty burgers leaving the diner feeling uncomfortably stuffed. The salad was terrible!! It was old, rusty lettuce with far too much dressing! The same can be said for the coleslaw served with the greasy fish! I would honestly never eat here again.

    When taking directions suggested through Open Table it directs you to Mavis and Courtney Park instead of HuronOntario. Needs to be corrected as it was frustrating trying to find the location. Their wings and fries are the best in the business.

    All good at the restaurant . Map location on App was wrong. It sent everyone to a wrong location. Had to re-enter the address themselves and find their way back to the restaurant. We had a good time once there.

    Honestly, it started off pretty bad. Half our party was seated at one table and the other half another we only realized this when they called and asked where we were. Once we sorted that out I was a bit disappointed as no one had come over to take our drink order after having waited 15minutes. I had to ask a waitress names Shanzay. She quickly turned the night around. She was very apologetic and served our table. She was quick and kind. After we had paid she noticed and birthday bag and asked if she could bring out some complimentary ice cream. She came back shortly and offered me a free dessert. She even added candles. Definitely a great night over all.

    the booths were a good size for 3. I had the blackened chicken and goat cheese salad. Samantha was our server and she was kind and attentive. I would go back again.

    Our reservations were due 9pm and they were not prepared for us. Putting a table of 8 when it was fur a table of 5. They brought out 2 drinks and we waited for ever for the other 3 and when they did come, the order was wrong. We had to ask for utensils as well. Not a good experience.

    It was a great girls night out. First time since full capacity is back. I was a little nervous but quickly felt at ease. One of my favorite places to eat. Friendly staff too.

    A little disappointed that my plate did not arrive at the same time as my guests. My take out order was incomplete but did not discover until I got home. I may give Turtle Jack's another try.

    When we arrived, hostess told us they had already seated some people in our reservation. When I asked her to direct us to the table, she told us to walk around the restaurant looking for them (???). I asked her to kindly look into her system and direct us to the right one. She looked at the system and then told us that she made a mistake, and that she had sat another party with the same name, so she gave us an empty table. Knowing that she had only taken my 1st name, I was skeptical of how she would know that she had made a mistake in the sames. We waited at the table for our friends to arrive. After a while, I texted my friends to ask when they were coming. They told me they were already at the restaurant, had been seated for a while - so really, there was no parties with the same names - the hostess made a mistake and did not want to own up to it. I ordered the mango coconut salmon and was highly disappointed. It was supposed to be served with coconut rice - it was not. It was tasteless rice. The salmon was also full of bones. My friends ordered a bottle of wine and received the wrong one. The server was very kind, but other than that, I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody, very disappointed.

    I had made a reservation on open table for 7pm in December 24, 2019. When I called to confirm the reservation the restaurant said they did not receive it although i received the email confirmation. I called back and the manager said the 16 year old hostess did not know what she was saying and told me that he had shut down Reservations made on open table. However, it was still possible to access the restaurant via open table. The manager told me I can come in for 7pm still but had to be seated at a booth at the bar end and that no high chair was available for my nephew and that it would be the parent’s responsibility to take care of the child. When we came to the restaurant the restaurant not only made us wait but we did not even get the booth. After 45 minutes, our family left. I am very angry at the fact that not only that my open table reservation was not honoured but the word of the managers to tell my family to come in and we would be seated was not honoured. Also the fact he said that there was no high chair for my nephew and had to sit at the booth so the parents can watch him. Great customer service.

    Food and service were as expected as this restaurant always strive for a great experience. The feedback I received is that everyone enjoyed their visit. Conversation was easily shared without shooting as the atmosphere was muted.

    The evening couldn't worked out any better. The food was perfect. This was a surprise for my 89 year old Mother. We had a siblings only dinner and they put us in the perfect spot, away from the bar area. No noise at all. I want to thank the person who picked the spot. That helped my mother to be more engaged in our conversation. Would definitely come again.

    I made a point to indicate in the " Comment" section at the time of making the reservation on Open Table that this lunch was meant to be a celebration for my cousin's 50th birthday. That said, I guess I anticipated Turtle Jack restaurant (like many other reputable chain eateries in Toronto) to be courteous to my special request, and at least, 'gift' my cousin a dessert for his birthday.... Guess I was wrong to assume this. Very disappointed. Otherwise everything was ok, but I'd definitely think twice to invite my family to Turtle Jack's for any other celebrations in the future.
