Under The Cork Tree
The food was excellent. We sat next to a very boisterous large party and it was impossible to hear each other at our table for 3. Service was spotty. Got served quickly but getting check and mid dinner attention was slow. Overall a good experience.
Great experience for our first visit. The food was exceptional and the service was on target!
Fabulous food; waiter was most helpful with dietary restrictions, pointing out several dishes & suggesting alternative ways of cooking
Regular menu includes tapas. Sunday brunch has a buffet option. Both are good quality and $-$$. Good bar as well.
We loved the menu and the server was very helpful and friendly. Wish we had a big enough crowd for paella!
Food was scrumptious. The lamb spareribs had a little crisp on the outside but so tender. I also enjoyed The Chilean sea bass. I will be going back.
Food very good, drinks and service below average
Food is good as usual, comes out hot and prompt. Service was excellent. Very good wine list with many at reasonable price points. It's been a while since I was here last since there are so many restaurants in town - and some decline in time unfortunately; not the case here. As far as tapas goes, this is my favorite. Will definitely be back again.
I love everything about this restaurant. The decor, the vibe, the seating, the menu, the wine list. I’m gluten-free so they have lots of good choices for me. A nice variety on the menu. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Outdoor patio it’s really nice when the weather is good. Prices are reasonable.
Excellent in every way!
Outstanding meal and experience we celebrated our 6th year anniversary. Our server did a phenomenal job and even brought us a desert to celebrate. We are not from Atlanta and live in Tampa but this place made us feel as though we were home
Food, wine and service was great!! Noise level was unbearable!! Maybe they have outside seating. If so, we’ll go back when the weather is warmer and sit outside. You can at least carry on your own conversation on a patio.
Miserable person at front desk.
Brought me a Horiatiki salad with goat cheese....invoiced me a Gypsy salad I just noticed.
Threw everything on the table at once.
PATHETIC WAITER SPOILS THE EVENING.
I am a regular patron at this restaurant, at least 3 times a month and will return.
We consistently have a good meal here. The wait staff has been friendly and competent every time as well.
Parking isn’t too difficult with the parking deck, although you may not score a spot in front of the restaurant and have a short walk.
The overall experience was good but could have been amazing if the service was better. This was my third time at the restaurant and second time for my partner. We invited a couple for a double date. The food and ambiance was truly amazing however the waiter's service and level of having a sense of urgency was extremely poor. His personality and attitude was of someone who shouldn't serve people. His lack of enthusiasm for the menu and recommendations were dry. I would recommend to train your servers to have a warm and friendly attitude. Also, they should have a sound method of checking on their tables every so often to ensure there aren't additional needs. I am only bringing this to the attention of the restaurant management because I truly believe this restaurant is a hidden jewel and that added coaching of the server staff can take a customer's experience from good to WOW!
Food was just ok. Very disappointed in wine selection. Waiter was ok but seemed like he was just going through the motions. Won’t return.
Great food, everything was made to order. So fresh, tapas are great portions.
We always enjoy our meals at Under The Cork Tree. Have now been there twice for Sunday brunch. They do a nice job on brunch! Good variety of items on the Sunday Brunch and well done!
Great dinner! Food and service were top notch!
Great food, good ambiance.
Under the Cork Tree is a hidden gem. Always wonderful food, friendly service and an overall pleasant experience.
Very cool atmosphere with excellent food. Tapas is some of our favorite type of cuisine. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Would recommend for a nice date night.
The service was awful! Our waiter was inattentive and extremely awkward, our water glasses were empty for 10 mins at a time. The food was not that great either. Very small portions, even for tapas. I will stick with Barcelona Wine Bar, about the same price point with better service and better food quality and quantity!
Always a great experience when we dine at Under the Cork Tree. The cheese board is excellent and the paella is always delicious.
Excellent experience. The food was delicious. Tapas were oversized portions. I had the bacon wrapped dates, mussels and shrimp. Everything was delicious.
Really enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar.
Tangine and paella were awesome. Had tapas on previous visit. Both times visited food was excellent.
Met couple of friends for long Monday lunch. First visit and food was great! Great variety. Will definitely be back. Our waiter, Gary was so professional and knew just how to take care of us!
Under the Cork Tree is fast becoming one of my "go-to" restaurants. I have always had a great experience here. The tapas are creative and well done, and they have a very interesting wine list. Service is good but some servers do seem to be better trained/more experienced than others.
Friendly waiter, tasty chicken skewers.
Great spot with many unique choices. We went for my daughter's anniversary and all enjoyed.
Great place for a date night. Can be a bit loud but overall the ambiance is good.
I was really excited to try the UTCT - all my friends raved about the spicy lamb ribs, totally over rated! I was disappointed because they were swimming in the bbq sauce. Also, the artichoke hearts again, were swimming in the sauce - totally unnecessary! Great wine and cocktail list, waiter cracked a smile once.
Great food and ambiance; prices are fairly reasonable. We enjoyed our quiet and leisurely lunch.
Very busy and our waiter seemed to be stretched very thin. Food was great but the noise level was ridiculous. We had to scream to hear each other.
We have been there twice, everything is great but both times the guys who were serving us kept forgetting what we were asking, and we had to keep asking twice for some stuff!
The second one, a little opinionated as well!!
Meh. Out of towner here...went for Sunday brunch...it was dark and depressing. Food was mediocre for such a large price tag.
First time experience for my friend, but revisiting again for me. She loved it !
We had 7 people so they put us in the wine room-private-which was awesome. Great service!
